Pricing

All food and beverage charges listed are not inclusive of current taxes and service charges. A non-refundable deposit will be required with the signed contract. Your final balance is due seven business days prior to your wedding. Our menus and pricing are subject to change without notice until a final contract is signed.

World Of Hyatt

World of Hyatt points are awarded for all food and beverage purchased for your wedding. Points are awarded for each dollar spent for all events starting after 5:00 p.m. Points can be used toward future overnight accommodations.

Guarantee

A final number of guests is required three business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport can accommodate weddings from 10 to 1,000; our ballroom wedding location includes the majestic 9,000 square foot Regency Ballroom, the largest outside downtown Pittsburgh. Conveniently located on one level, guests may access the wedding sites from the lobby level or from the long-term airport parking area behind the hotel. Connected to the airport via a climate-controlled moving walkway, it couldn't be easier for out-of-town guests to attend!

Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your wishes. Our experienced team will work with you fulfill your requests.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

Of course. A tasting of all the selected menu items, will be scheduled several weeks prior to your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments. The tasting may be for up to two people.

How long will my reception last?

The wedding package includes a four hour open bar.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer or a cash bar. Your wedding specialist will advise you on the costs and inclusions for each.

Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at the Hyatt Regency Pittsburgh International Airport?

Certainly. We have several locations that are appropriate for these occasions.

Are taxes and service chages included in the pricing?

No, your contract pricing will not include all taxes and service charges. Please remember, pricing is not final until a signed contract is returned to your wedding specialist.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Generally, yes. There will be certain limitations in some rooms, which your wedding specialist can review with you. Allow us to give you ideas and suggestions that have successfully worked in the past. Buffet presentations can be enhanced with fresh floral arrangements and special decorations. We would be happy to coordinate proposals for you.
