Seating Arrangements and Room Set-up

We offer flexible seating ranging from eight to twelve guests per table. Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor will create a ceremony room in a round or chapel style, whichever you prefer. Choose from any number of venues to find the one that suits your style.

Linen / Table Settings

Customized linens enhance any wedding set up. Included in your wedding package is our in-house black or white floor length linens. Select one of our preferred vendors to enhance your day with delicate overlays or upgraded linens. Our wedding specialists can help you select the right style and fabrics for your special day.

Dance Floor and Risers

These are fully mobile and adaptable to your specifications.

Audio visual Equipment

Our onsite audio-visual experts, PSAV, can help you execute your ideas, from a slide show to special lighting.

FAQs

Pricing

A non-refundable deposit is required to hold the ballroom on a definite basis. Your event is considered tentative until a signed contract of agreement and deposit are received. Your deposit will be applied towards the total amount due. Payment in full is required prior to your event.

Guarantee

A final number of guests is required three (3) business days prior to your event. This number is your guarantee and may not be lowered. The hotel will prepare meals for 3% over the guaranteed count. Final charges are based on your guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater.

Can I create my own menu?

Yes, our food and beverage experts are happy to create a menu that reflects your preferences. Our experienced team will work with you fulfill your requests.

Can I taste all the food before the wedding?

Of course. Complete tastings of selected menu items including your cake, for up to four people, are done twice a year. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

How long will my reception last?

Generally, a wedding reception is planned for five hours. You can extend the time if desired. Your wedding specialist will advise any additional costs for the extended time.

Do you have suggested vendors for flowers, music, photography, etc?

We work on a regular basis with several vendors. Please contact our wedding specialist for more information or to arrange those services.

Can I host a morning-after brunch or a rehearsal dinner at Hyatt Regency Boston Harbor?

Certainly. We have several locations that would be appropriate for these occasions.
