Notice of Operational Changes of Outlets and Precautionary Measures (updated January 7)

Thank you for your valued patronage to Hyatt Regency Tokyo. 

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, Hyatt Regency Tokyo has implemented proactive precautionary measures. Please note that face masks are required in all hotel public areas both indoor and outdoor.

Please kindly note that some hotel facilities and services including hotel shuttle bus, pool and fitness center will still remain restricted until further notice. Please refer the link below to find more details.

Notice on Reopening of Regency Club Lounge and Change of Operation Hours

With effect from October 1, 2020, Regency Club Lounge will partially reopen with limited hours of operations as follows.  

Operation Hours 10:30 AM – 8:00 PM (L.O. 7:00 PM)

・Tea Time : 10:30 AM – 5:00 PM  

・Cocktail Time : 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

Guests with Club access may enjoy breakfast at "Caffè" (Lobby - 2F) from 7:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Please show your room key to the staff at the entrance.  

Concierge Desk (9F) still remains temporarily suspended. However, Concierge on the lobby floor (2F) is available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM every day.

Non-smoking Policy in All Guestrooms as of 4 March 2020

Please kindly be advised that all rooms will be completely non-smoking as of 4 March 2020. From the date onward, guests will be asked to smoke in the designated smoking area located on the 5th floor (24 hours available).
