November 21,2022

Due to the facility renewal work, the following outlet will be temporarily closed.

 ■ SHINJUKU NADAMAN(3F)
 Closed period: January 10 - March 4, 2023

 ■ Bar "Eau de Vie" (3F)
 Closed period: January 10 - February 28, 2023

 ■ Spa & Wellness "Joule" (27F)
 Closed period: January 4 - January 31, 2023

Notice on Change of Regency Club Lounge Operation Hours and Services (updated August 1)

Regency Club Lounge is open with modified hours.

Please kindly refer the details as following below.

 

Operation Hours   7:00 AM – 8:00 PM (L.O. 7:00 PM)

・Breakfast : 7:00 AM – 10:00 AM

・Tea Time : 10:00 AM-5:00 PM, 7:00 PM-8:00 PM

・Cocktail Time : 5:00 PM – 7:00 PM

 

Concierge Desk (9F) still remains temporarily suspended. However, Concierge on the lobby floor (2F) is available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM every day.

Notice of change in Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contracts
September 16, 2022

As of October 1, 2022, " Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contracts" will be partially changed.

 

Major changes

・ Changes in the description of ATTACHED TABLE NO. 2 Cancellation Charge (Ref. paragraph 2 of Article 6 )

■ Applicable part of the previous terms

After 14:00 Within 2 Days Prior to Accommodation Day/

100% of the Basic Accommodation Charge

Supplement to Table No. 2, attached.

1. The hotel retains the right to apply a certain cancellation policy not shown above, specific to select bookings and these charges may vary according to circumstances.

2. The cancellation charge shall be applied to the cases of partial cancellation or reduction of the number of rooms as well as the case of cancellation of the whole group.

■ Applicable part of the future terms

After 0:00 on the Day Prior to Accommodation Day / 100%

2 days Prior to Accommodation Day/No charge

Supplement to Table No.2 attached.

1. The percentage signifies the rate of cancellation charge to the basic accommodation charges for the first day of the cancelled reservation.

2. When a reservation is changed at a time when a cancellation charge would apply, a charge for the change of the above percentage of the basic accommodation charge for the first day of the original reservation shall be paid by the guest regardless of the contents of the change.

3.  A cancellation charge shall incur for each room of the total number of cancelled rooms.

4. The cancellation charge shall be applied to the cases of partial cancellation or reduction of the number of rooms as well as the case of cancellation of the whole group. 

5. The hotel retains the right to apply a certain cancellation policy for specific bookings.

6. Please note that Date of Cancellation is based on local time in Japan.

Resumption of Limousine Bus Service (updated July 11) 

The limousine bus schedule has been revised, and buses departing from the hotel to Narita Airport and to Haneda Airport will resume service.

9:10 / 10:10 / 11:10 / 12:10 / 13:10 / 14:10 / 15:10 / 16:10 / 17:10 (9 times a day)   

One-way fare: Adult / 1,300 yen, Child / 650 yen
