Thank you for your valued patronage to Hyatt Regency Tokyo. 

In response to the current COVID-19 situation, Hyatt Regency Tokyo has implemented proactive precautionary measures.

Please note that face masks are required in all hotel public areas both indoor and outdoor.

Notice on Change of Regency Club Lounge Operation Hours and Services (updated May 10)

Please kindly note that from 10 May 2022, Regency Club Lounge will change the opening hours due to prevent the spread and contraction of COVID-19.Please kindly refer the details as following below.

Operation Hours  7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (L.O. 8:00 PM)

・Breakfast : 7:00 AM – 10:30 AM

・Tea Time : 10:30 AM-6:00 PM, 8:00 PM-9:00 PM

・Cocktail Time : 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM

Concierge Desk (9F) still remains temporarily suspended. However, Concierge on the lobby floor (2F) is available between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM every day.

Notice of change in Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contracts.

As of February 1, 2022, the " Terms & Conditions for Accommodation Contracts" will be partially changed.

Major changes

・ Deleted the description of service hours for Dining, Drinking facilities

・ Deleted the description of service hours for auxiliary facilities

Article 11.

1. The business hours of the main facilities, etc. of the hotel are as follows, and those of other facilities, etc. shall be notified in detail by brochures as provided, notices displayed in each location, service directories in guestrooms and others.

(1) Service hours of Front Desk, Cashier’s Desk, etc.

A  Closing time 24 hours service

B  Front service 24 hours service

C  Exchange service 24 hours service

(2) Service hours (at facilities) for dining, drinking, etc.

A  Breakfast 6:00AM-10:30AM

B  Lunch 11:30AM-2:30PM

C  Dinner 5:30PM-9:00PM

(3) Service hours of auxiliary facilities Massage (6:00PM to 2:00AM) etc.

Please kindly be advised that all rooms will be completely non-smoking as of 4 March 2020. From the date onward, guests will be asked to smoke in the designated smoking area located on the 5th floor (24 hours available).
