Offer valid through December 31, 2022. To qualify for this offer, a wedding must be booked and held at a participating Hyatt hotel or resort worldwide. Offer code HMOON must be requested at time of wedding inquiry, disclosed in signed wedding contract and offer is subject to hotel participation, availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking. Offer availability is based on the discretion of the hotel. Offer not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held weddings and may not be combined with other promotional offers. The number of World of Hyatt Bonus Points earned will be based on the estimated spend at time of contract (pre-tax and hotels fees) for the wedding. Pricing

All prices include VAT at the standard rate. Deposits will beare required prior to the event.

Event Times

We are delighted that all our events within in the hotel can be held until 1:00 am (Monday-Saturday) and Midnight (Sunday). Events in Portman Square Gardens can be held until 10:00 pm which to include tear down time. Next day tear down time is also available if required.

Can I create my own menu?

We offer a wide variety of wedding menus to suit all tastes and preferences. If our existing plans do not meet your needs, our experienced team will be happy to work with couples to fulfill any requests.

Can I taste the food before the wedding?

Of course. A complete tasting of all the selected menu items will be scheduled several weeks prior to the your wedding. At that time, we can make any necessary adjustments.

Is it possible for you to provide request special dietary meals to meet dietary needs?

Yes, our banqueting chef will be more than happy to prepare the requested special meals. All special dietary requirements must be addressed at least one week prior to the event.

Can I have an open bar at the wedding?

You can elect to have an open bar, a limited selection of wine and beer, or a cash bar. Our wedding coordinator can provide will advise you of the costs and inclusions for each option.

Do you have suggested suppliers for flowers, music, photography, etc.?

Yes, we work with several trusted and carefully selected suppliers.

Can I decorate the reception room?

Generally, yes. All decorations must be approved by the hotel and must comply with Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill Fire Codes. Decorators must be licensed and provide proof of liability insurance. The hotel will not permit anything to be affixed to the walls, floors or ceilings of the rooms with nails, staples, tape or by any other damaging methods.

Can I host a morning-after brunch at Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill?

Certainly. We will be more than happy to discuss with you the appropriate private room for this occasion. Our hotel restaurant, The Montagu, itself hosts renowned weekend bottomless brunches, loved by all.

Are taxes and gratuities included in the pricing?

Yes, all the prices include VAT at the standard rate. Deposits will be required prior to the event.

Can my guests have a late check-out the morning after the wedding?

The hotel’s check-out time is 12:00 pm (noon). We will of course try and accommodate your guests’ requests, although this will depend on the hotel’s overall occupancy on the day in question.
