The special location has directly inspired the resort’s signature restaurant, Seafood House, which aims to offer the freshest live fish and seafood in the region and become the area’s premier dining destination.

Dining Room serves both authentic Western cuisine and Chinese comfort food in an elegant and serene home-style.

Guests can also dine in The Tea House, located in the centre of the resort grounds and transformed from the Memorial Hall of the Dai Family from Qing Dynasty. The luxury dining boat offers both Western and Chinese luncheon and dinner.

Dining Room is a residential-style all-day dining venue with a magnificent view of the outdoor pool pavilion overlooking the Dong Qian Lake.

Breakfast is buffet-style, served from the show kitchen while an a la carte menu and special wine pairing menus are available for lunch and dinner. Dining Room serves both authentic Western cuisine and Chinese comfort food in an elegant and serene home-style.

The lake view brunch is available on each weekend, presenting the ultimate brunch experience featuring lobster freshly prepared in a variety of ways and many other delicacies made to order. With scenic view of Dong Qian Lake, this lavish yet affordable brunch extravaganza paired with primer champagne and cocktails offers all things luxurious. Followed by a perfect combination of exquisite sweet treats and traditional Chinese dim sum in high tea buffet designed to wrap up your sparkling weekend.

Seafood House

Seafood House signature restaurant redefines the fish market concept, allowing guests to choose their own “catch” from a series of preparation styles ranging from local Ningbo favourites to nearby Zhejiang flavours.

Set in a traditional Chinese noble family surrounding along the canal, with outdoor garden and courtyard, Seafood House serves delicacies and specialty dishes from the region – Hangzhou and Ningbo, and eleven individual pavilion-style private dining rooms making it the ultimate choice for formal and family occasions.

Large sofa and tables. Special floral and lighting with a relaxing ambience Living Room is furnished with comfy sofas and home-style accessories.

Tea House

Located in the center of the resort grounds, the Tea House is transformed from the Tai Auditorium from the Qing Dynasty. The quiet and peaceful Tea House maintains a rich tea culture and offers traditional Chinese snacks. Each of the snacks is freshly cooked so that guests won't miss the best time to eat them. The outdoor terrace offers seating pavilions, while the venue’s interior is furnished with traditional teahouse furniture, antique Chinese molds and tea urns.

Each weekend evening, the tea house undergoes a stunning metamorphosis into an elegant Chinese bistro, where discerning guests are treated to an array of exquisite Chinese cocktails and a selection of timeless Chinese delicacies.

Red

Red was rebuilt from a 700 year old classical temple palace and retains the traditional Chinese red element, while at the same time maintaining a contemporary design with the highest quality. It serves spirits, premium wine and Champagne. It is also the perfect venue to host a private party, celebration, conference, meeting, art exhibitions or art salons as a cultural and art exchange centre. 

Red is also the carrier of the resort's vegetarian feast. The Temple Food of Red is another feature of Park Hyatt Ningbo Resort and Spa.
