VUE Dining

VUE Dining consists of one main dining hall and five individually-designed private dining rooms. The cuisine features a selection of delicate dim sum and signature Cantonese dishes. Elegant with a distinctly residential ambience, VUE Dining is the ideal venue for family and friendly gatherings or for business dinners, with a vista of Shanghai’s colourful skyline as your backdrop.

Tea Room

Relax in comfortable lounge chairs as you enjoy sipping Chinese and international tea blends with the sounds of soft, classical music in the background. Home-made French pastries, macaroons and chocolates are also available from the retail counter.

Room Service

Room Service offers the ultimate in convenience for a quick start for early risers, a romantic dinner for two, or a hospitable gathering for a group of friends. From all-day dining to light snacks, the Room Service menu provides an entire range of international breakfast – American, continental or Shanghainese. Beverage selection includes coffee, tea, soft drinks, milk, juice, beer, wine, sparkling wine and champagne.

Xindalu - China Kitchen

At Xindalu- China Kitchen, offers a traditional and elegant ambiance, bright and comfortable natural lighting, creating a distinct dining atmosphere. The cuisine mainly features traditional flavors from Shanghai and the Jiangsu-Zhejiang region, delivering a delightful culinary experience in a relaxed and comfortable setting. The restaurant's signature dishes include the Peking Duck roasted in the wood-fired oven, delicious Beggar's Chicken and the Pyramid Braised Pork.

Experience a culinary adventure at our international hotel buffet which offers a sumptuous selection of authentic cuisines prepared in eight open concept kitchens ranging from Chinese (roast duck, wok and noodle stations), Western (seafood and salad bar, grill, and freshly oven-baked pizzas), Japanese (sushi, sashimi, teppanyaki, and tempura) and a Pastry counter featuring a colourful and abundant dessert selection.
