Situated on the 1st floor of Grand Hyatt Shenzhen, 1881 follows the naming tradition of the Hyatt Group, deriving its title from the hotel's address. It is a Sichuan and Northern Chinese restaurant that welcomes guests with its warm and inviting atmosphere. It is adorned with red bricks and wine barrels, making it an ideal gathering place for friends and family. The signature dish at 1881 is the Beijing Roast Duck. To ensure the authentic flavor of the roast duck, the restaurant carefully selects ducks flown in from the suburbs of Beijing. They are traditionally roasted using hanging ovens, resulting in perfectly crispy skin and tender meat infused with the aroma of premium date wood. Additionally, the menu offers a variety of authentic Sichuan dishes such as Sesame Spinach and Spicy Chicken Cubes, providing diners with a diverse range of flavors to savor.
