The restaurant features an open kitchen that allows patrons to see chefs in the live kitchen preparing dishes to each diner's preferences, and serving the freshest produce for each meal period. Along with the live kitchens, gourmands are offered a broad selections of hot and cold dishes that include seafood, grilled food, barbecued items, noodles, dim sum, delicious desserts, fruits, drinks, beverages and more. Selections include scrumptious Hunan countryside cuisine, Asian flavors as well as Western cuisine.
