Amandine Bistro et Vins

Run by award-winning Belgian chef Rudi Scholdis, Amandine restaurant features French, Chilean and other international delights using the finest local ingredients. The chef brings to the menu his extensive international experience with classic French dishes such as: terrine de foie gras, duck confit, duck magret, steak tartare, among others.

The restaurant offers on a daily basis breakfast buffet, lunch and dinner à la carte. It has room for a total of 164 diners, two outdoor terraces and two rooms with independent access.
