Num Bahn Chok is truly part of Cambodia’s identity. It is a popular breakfast dish with a unique history and traditional method of preparation that can be sampled from local markets and food stalls in town to the distinguished restaurants at Park Hyatt Siem Reap. The dish consists of rice vermicelli noodles served with a cool fish gravy and crisp vegetables. Extremely delicious, the national dish is equally loved for its taste and the manner in which it is still crafted by hand.
