Been to 3 resorts in Cancun, this was the worst in so many ways, especially having all my personal things rummaged through and my money stolen by housekeeping

We travelled as a family with our children and had such a memorable vacation. The resort was beautiful, with gorgeous pools, lovely grounds, and a relaxing tropical atmosphere. There was something for everyone, making it a fantastic destination for families with children of different ages. What really made our vacation special was the overall experience. From the beautiful surroundings to the opportunity to relax and enjoy quality family time, it was everything we hoped for in a tropical getaway. We made so many wonderful memories during our stay and are so grateful for the experience. Not the sams quality as other Dreams hotel's. Overall the experience was not what we normally have. Half of the restaurants were closed.

I could not find one problem with the resort. Everything was beyond our expectations. We will definitely be back with our kids soon.

We decided to go to Mexico and we stayed at the dreams peurto morelos resort and spa, we went preferred club option and what a great experience you are welcomes as the hotel says as family nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff they are all part of a family from the cleaning team to the management the food and drink choice was excellent and yes it doesn't have a beach but it's not needed there is enough pools to keep anyone happy, entertainment was great and the spa facilities are excellent if you want a relaxing break where nothing is too much trouble I would highly recommend and we will be returning thanks everyone for making our holiday a great one

Traveling with young kids we were looking forward to the water slides and were very disappointed to find out they were closed. The food could've been better some restaurants such as Mexican were better than others. The buffet did not have a lot of options. But our vacation was great thanks to David at the pool bar. He was fabulous and was great with the kids. He made you feel at home and kept you entertained. When he left Orlando was just as great!! They made our vacation great!

The hotel is beautiful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The only downside is that there's no real beach. You can look at the ocean, but swimming from the shore isn't really possible. Everything else was great.

The whole team was extremely nice and went above and beyond to make my stay with my two young children truly memorable. The level of service and attention to detail was exceptional! A special shout out to the manager, Luis Sanchez, for his incredible service. He arranged an amazing day trip for us, and we didn't have to worry about anything. The entire day was planned out and taken care of, among many other thoughtful things he did throughout our stay. One moment that really stood out was when my son accidentally dropped his hat into the ocean and was very sad about it. Luis went out of his way to send a lifeguard to retrieve it for him. It may seem like a small thing, but that little gesture meant so much to my son and to me. Attention to detail at its finest! This was the best service I have ever received at a resort. Juan was fantastic as well and even arranged another day trip for us at no cost. We truly appreciated his kindness and generosity. The massage therapist on site, Eliazar, was also wonderful and provided an excellent experience. And a huge shout out to the entire entertainment team, especially Jhos Ximenez! Jhos was absolutely fantastic; so friendly, funny, energetic, and always making sure everyone was having a great time. I unfortunately can't remember all the names of the other team members, but every single one of them deserves a 10/10! They were all amazing and made our days so much more fun. All the teams were amazing, from the waiters to the bartenders. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. Once again, fantastic service from the entire team! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ **An important note for future guests**: While we absolutely loved the resort and the service, I do want to be transparent about the beach. There is not really a traditional beach at this resort. The beachfront area is very limited and may not be what you expect if having a beautiful, spacious beach is an important part of your vacation. I think this is something future guests should know before booking, especially families who are specifically looking for a beach vacation. Overall, we had an amazing stay. Traveling alone with two young children isn't always easy, but the incredible staff made our vacation so much more enjoyable, relaxing, and special. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so memorable. You truly made us feel welcomed, cared for, and valued. 10/10!

We came in here in a big group of around 20 people. We found that the food options were limited in most restaurants. The breakfast buffet had limited options, with only 3-4 fruit varieties and the same food every day. There was no option for a dinner buffet; instead, they open about two restaurants every night for dinner. Not all the restaurants were open on a day during our stay. There are only two restaurants that require reservations, which worked well for us too. Also, there is virtually no beach at this resort, which was an issue for us as well. However, we were very pleased with all the staff, including the front desk, servers at the restaurants, and bartenders at the bars, including the pool, Coco Cafe servers, entertainment team and housekeeping staff. They were all amazing and always attentive to our needs.

Can't really command on services or staff, too much of extremity, the housekeeper Carmen was amazing, the bathroom and floor were cleaned everytime she came. One of the bartender at Breeze was amazing, Timo was the only waiter who paid attention to visitors, the other waitress and waiter do not care at all. We had an accident due to a puddle of water in front of the room, there was no sign of floor wet. My niece got a bump big as a ping pong ball, didn't get other medical attention except getting an ice pack. Water in pool was yellow....
