The Dreams Spa offers a full range of treatments, including hydrotherapy, massages, facials and beauty services, spread across 10,000 square feet with jetted tubs, steam rooms and a beauty salon. Services are available daily.

The resort offers the Explorer’s Club for Kids (ages 3–12) with activities like arts and crafts, treasure hunts and beach movies. Teens (ages 13–17) can enjoy the Core Zone Teens Club, featuring social events, video games and sports like table tennis and foosball.

Small dogs under 10 kg (22 lbs) are allowed for a fee of $65 USD per night in select room categories, with some restrictions on where pets are permitted.  

Four pools are available, including an infinity pool, activities pool and a private pool for Preferred Club guests. The beach offers lounge and towel services, along with poolside wait service at both the beach and pools.

There are 10 dining options, including four a la carte restaurants, a buffet, grill, pizzeria and café, offering French, Italian, pan-Asian and grilled specialties. Preferred Club guests enjoy additional dining choices, and all restaurants offer gluten-free menus.

With 488 spacious rooms and suites, including family, honeymoon and swim-up options, the resort accommodates 2–11 guests, depending on the room. Family sections offer connecting rooms, and Preferred Club rooms feature upgraded amenities.

The World of Hyatt program lets guests earn points for stays, offering rewards like free nights and room upgrades.
