Quick 48 Hour Biz Trip
Check in was quick and the staff was extremely friendly. Bed was comfortable and the location was so convenient for all my business meetings.

Get Ready to Pay a Lot More than Expected!
While the location of this hotel is convenient and the rooms themselves are very well designed and clean- I cannot recommend this hotel because of it's horrible parking/valet experience. I looked up parking in advance on the hotel website and was unhappy to see that it was valet only, and at the extremely high price of 60/night but decided to go with it anyways because I'm not familiar with the area and didn't want to have to drag my bags from a parking garage half a mile away. That was a mistake. The price is apparently "variable" and they change it on the valet stand (not the website or any formal communication method) each day. My friend and I both had cars and with the "variable" pricing, and the service fees they add on we EACH ended up paying $156 for a two night stay in JUST parking fees from the Dream. For that price I would expect a luxury experience, and yet it took 15+ minutes each time we requested our cars on the app for the valet to actually bring it to the front. I am a World of Hyatt rewards member, and a Hyatt credit card holder and there were no discounts for parking. You are also going to pay a $30/day resort fee that amounts to two free bottles of water a day- the other "amenities" they say this pays for are probably not useful to most guests (things like preferred reservations at the hotel restaurant). Another thing to note when making your decision to stay, is that they appear to host DJ brunches at the hotel restaurant on random days, so you may step off the elevator at 11 am to the sound of blaring Backstreet Boys mixed with EDM beats. It was jarring and unexpected to find myself in what felt like a 2004 nightclub (I cannot stress how loud the music is throughout the entire lobby and first floor) when I was simply exiting the elevator and walking through the lobby. Not my expectation of a hotel at this price point.

No hot water
The check in process was easy and we were able to check in early. The staff were friendly. The location is convenient to Broadway. Our first morning however was met with major disappointment when the shower or sink did not produce a drop of warm water. When we notified the front desk we were told it is to be expected because the building is historic. They stated that they were only 32% occupied so it was difficult for the warm water to reach us on the second floor. This was unacceptable. We have stayed in other historic restored buildings and did not experience cold water.

Great hotel
Very nice ambience. Clean room, check in was smooth and easy. Great location, close to Broadway. Brunch and Beats at Stateside Kitchen was fun and delicious.

You HAVE to stay at Dream Nashville
The king bed was the best hotel bed I have ever slept in! The hotel staff was more than accommodating and friendly. The valet staff was amazing and super friendly and made sure our car was taken care of. One of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time!

Beds were super comfy. The staff met all our needs. The location was perfect for seeing a concert at the Nissan stadium. I would stay here again

DREAM is a Dream!
DREAM is outstanding - Just book it and enjoy your stay! From arrival to departure, eating at Stateside Kitchen, drinks at the bar with Gene the bartender, to the fabulous ambiance of the hotel and location is fantastic! You're withing minutes of walking to Broadway, right next to Printer's Alley, and Sinatra's right outside of the hotel. We can't wait to return to DREAM!

Dream hotel was a dream
Customer service was great from the moment we got there. The man checking us in (think it was Jess) was very friendly, attentive, and anticipated our needs. Any time I asked for anything, they were very quick to respond. Every one there was so nice every day. The beds and pillows were comfortable, pretty quiet for a hotel, and can't beat the location - near downtown and backs up to Printer's Alley - and there is a restaurant and bar in the lobby. They really are customer service oriented. Thanks for a great visit!
