Great stay at 7 Pines!
I had a great stay at 7 Pines. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The food was delicious, though the menu felt a bit limited. What truly stood out was the service—every detail was taken care of from check-in to check-out. Special thanks to Damian at the front desk, who was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and detail-oriented. His dedication to guest satisfaction is truly outstanding.

2024 4 nights, 2025 7 nights, planning 2026 for 10 nights
We (wife, 6 year old child, and me) stayed at this resort in June 2024 for 4 nights (initially came in for 2 nights but quickly changed it 4 on our first night after seeing how beautiful Ibiza and the hotel was). We loved our experience and came back to this amazing resort (too notch customer service) for 7 nights in June / July 2025. We are planing on coming back again in 2026 for 10 nights. All hotel staff from reception to concierge, from housekeeping to restaurant/bar staff, everyone was very helpful, friendly, and made every effort to make sure our stay was memorable and smooth.

Beautiful, exclusive resort, although very isolated and shut off. You 100% need a hire car. Generally helpful staff. Children are welcome but price of children's meals for the size is ridiculous. Beautiful rooms and facilities. Breakfast is insane!

Incredible.
The most incredible hotel and staff, whose service was first class! The rooms, pool, breakfast and most importantly the friendly and very welcoming staff, who took care of our every need, were absolutely amazing. I encourage you to visit this absolutely fantastic hotel.

Very very disappointing! Not the 7pines we have loved for many years
Super disappointing not what we love and know 7pines to be. We love children but when the infinity pool is advertised as no children over 14 to be bombarded with children kicking footballs around and splashing around it was very disappointing. Breakfast was awful! And complete chaos! Often waiting over 20 minutes to be served then waiting another 20 minutes for your coffee which was cold. Food was cold. We have always loved the team around the pool. True team work and outstanding vibe! Not this year. Some really good staff don’t get me wrong but lack of team work and eye for detail. Some poor staff were working so hard where others just didn’t have a clue! Quality of food varied immensely! Customers were reserving beds with towels and not turning up, it says on the website this isn’t allowed! Also housekeeping was extremely poor. Basics like sugar and milk wasn’t being replenished and had to call for this. 7pines we love you, you were our go to hotel in ibiza for 4 years but sadly not now. Management need to get on top of training and rebuild the culture and first class customer experience you used to offer

Truly Luxery
Perfect Stay with top service. Checkin was smooth with all nessary informations, a wellcomedrink and a verx informative and frindly Rooming from Theresa. The room waas decorated to our special aneversery from Ramona, again a big Thank you. Breakfast every day was wonderful and the Team at Breakfast made us allways a good start in the day with their smiles and wellcomimg attitude. Drinks at the pool or for Sundown at Cone Club where allways dellicios and made the beautiful scenery perfect. 2 Dinner one in the room with Homedelivery and one in Cone Club where delicios and are a perfekt choice for lazy days. We had an amazing Couple Signature Treatment at the Spa which is a must have in our oppertunity. Christina gave us an Show arround and interduction and Florentina did one of the best massages I had for long time. Thank you to Team for this perfect 7 days at 7 Pines Ibiza. Marc & Michaela

I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. The staff were incredible and their attention to detail was impeccable. We were a big group (30+ people) and had a lot of requests which were executed without issue. The events team (Sofia and Simona) were highly responsive before the trip and could not have been more helpful before and during. The hotel itself is immaculate and the food was outstanding. Quite possibly the best hotel we have ever visited and we will be returning without question!

Beautiful hotel with a stunning view
7Pines is a beautiful, well kept hotel in a stunning location on the coast. Staff and service was great. Facilities were amazing, especially that infinity pool by the ocean. Very peaceful and quiet place that allowed us to relax and soak up the sun. Thing to note: rent a car if you want to get around especially if you don't want to pay for excessively expensive food at the hotel. Town is near by with great food choices. Also, aside from breakfast where they did go out of their way to make vegan pancakes, there were not good vegan options at the hotel. Overall we would definitely go back.
