This is a great resort.  The service is exceptional, Serean at the pool bar was a standout, nothing too much trouble, she always had a smile and was so much fun.

Watch out for the roof terrace room, the stairs are not in the room, so you have to walk out to access, that wasnt clear at the time of booking, so whilst lovely, it meant we didnt use, we thought our room had a roof terrace view, but the room was on the ground floor, disappointing and not worth the upgrade price.

Overall the resort was great, very expensive, so we ate out every night, and didnt eat lunch at the resort either.  Breakfast was superb.

A gorgeous resort

The resort is well maintained. The restaurant staff are excellent! The concierge team work harder and are more friendly than I have encountered at other resorts.

Great resort

Did not meet expectations. Extremely poor service.  The hotel needs to review the whole customer experience.  The check-out process was not clearly communicated and bell services did not collect cases or inform reception does not open until 9am.  Would not recommend.

I would recommend this hotel for the facilities but overall, I would caution anyone who expects a 5-star experience.

This 5-star resort earns five stars for its property and the overall range of facilities (two pools, two beaches, the Cone Club, etc.). Unfortunately, the guest relations and management is a 3-star experience, at best. Staff members who routinely interacted with guests (receptionists, hosts at restaurnats) seemed undertrained and unprofessional. The food quality is high but portion sizes are small, making menu prices disproportionately expensive. Rooms are nice but less than one would expect for a 5-star resort. 

Overall, I do not think this resort earns its price tag.

Doesn't live up to being a 5-star resort

We were greeted with moscatto at arrival. Our bags were delivered to the room and we got a small tour of place place, which was very big. We got a room with sea view, but actually partial since there were trees in front of the window and a roof from the room in front of us. The place is immaculate clean, well kept. The bed was wonderful with very nice quality of sheets, pillows and such. Rooms nicely decorated and it seemed newly redone. It is a quiet place, private beach, close to other hidden coves. We enjoyed very much.

Great place. I would go back in a heart beat!

We spent three wonderful days at this property and were warmly welcomed with sparkling wine. Since we were celebrating my wife's birthday, we were delighted to find a bottle of champagne and a cake waiting in our room. Our room was upgraded to see view. This property is absolutely ideal for a beach vacation — beautifully maintained and infused with genuine Italian hospitality. The staff are friendly and always greet you with a smile. Breakfast was excellent, featuring locally sourced fruits and other fresh options. The hotel has its own private beach, and several other beaches are just a short distance away. The village center, with its wide variety of restaurants, is only a 15-minute walk from the property.

One of  the finest property in Sardinia

A very beautiful and relaxing resort, the perfect place to find peace. The people working there are really helpful and friendly, the rooms and the whole complex is set up with a high attention on the details. From the rooms over the pool are to the beach and rocky sea area: there is so much space to unwind and escape. I will definitely come back.

This is a beautiful resort with a top-notch check-in experience, well-appointed/clean/beautiful suites, and friendly and readily helpful staff.  The pool areas are very clean and well-staffed as are the beaches!  The breakfast spread is amazing.  We fully enjoyed dinner at the Cone Club.  Highly recommend this resort.

Fabulous

Had a great stay at 7Pines, very friendly staff and the resort is nicely laid out. We had one of the junior suites which is very private and has a great pool. Overall service was very good and is a good base to explore this part of Sardinia.
