Pet Policy

Bring your small, furry friend on vacation. Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca is a pet-friendly hotel in Playa de Muro, Mallorca, welcoming dogs up to 10 kilograms. Enjoy a pleasant vacation with your canine companion in our specially designed rooms, complete with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay. We provide dog beds, food and water bowls, waste bags and a welcome letter with helpful guidelines.

When bringing your pet, please note the following pet policy terms at our resort:
 

• Only one dog per room is permitted.
• Dogs must be walked in designated areas only. They are not allowed in the swimming pool, gym or spa facilities (except for service dogs).
• Pets must always remain on a leash outside guest rooms.
• Notify reception and display the “Dog-Friendly Room” sign on the door.
• Due to local regulations, dogs are not allowed on beaches.
• Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet on the hotel grounds.
• Guests will be held accountable for any damages caused by their pet.
• We understand that pets may feel stressed in an unfamiliar environment, so we kindly request your assistance in helping your pet relax to ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests and staff.

Accessibility

Sarena de Muro Resort Mallorca offers six accessible rooms designed to provide  comfortable stay. These rooms feature wider doors, lower beds, accessible bathrooms with walk-in showers, shower seats, grab bars and adapted washbasins. These thoughtfully equipped accessible rooms cater to the needs of all guests, allowing everyone to enjoy a relaxing stay at our rooms in Playa de Muro, Mallorca.
