  • Grateful returning customer.

Having stayed at the Tempe Mission Palms several times now, it is always a welcomed experience! Kind, responsive staff, excellent accommodations, and great food (albeit, a little pricey). I always look forward to returning!

  • Consimworld Expo 2025 was fantastic!

Attended Expo in Tempe in July. The solar flares increased the outside temperature about + 5500 °C however we stayed cool and comfortable due to the staff and well maintained A/C. Rooms clean, food was fantastic and staff helpful and professional. We will be attending in 2026! thank you!

Hi Matthew! Yes, Mother Nature thought we needed to sample life on the surface of the sun during Consimworld Expo this year. Still, I am glad that you were cool and comfortable and had a good time with us. We always look forward to welcoming your group back every summer. See you next year!

  • Excellent hotel. Loved it.

Excellent hotel all around. Spotless and updated rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Convenient to Tempe restaurants. Airport shuttle was very convenient. Loved this place.

Thank you so much! We always love hearing feedback on our airport shuttle since we are the only ones in Downtown Tempe to offer this service. We hope to see you back again at Mission Palms in the not too distant future.

  • Not All That Good - Try the Westin or Other Properties in the Area

TMP has gone downhill a bit in the past years. The hotel is no longer focused on guest or client satisfaction. Money seems to drive everything. Rates are ridiculously high. Mill Ave. has gone downhill with no good restaurants replacing PF Changs or Gordon Biersch, etc. Hotel property is still nice, but attitudes have changed to money first, clients second. There are other properties that are newer and are competitive close to that location. Basic employees are still good. Don't hold an event there as they will look our for themselves and not for the client. Unless you are wealthy and can pay them whatever they want. Sad.

  • Great place to stay in Tempe

Beautiful venue in a fantastic location! The peaceful ambiance makes it perfect for a relaxing getaway. One of the best features is the charming patio where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast while listening to the soothing sounds of birds chirping—such a serene way to start the day. The staff is friendly, the atmosphere is inviting, and every detail is well thought out. Absolutely loved my stay and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a tranquil yet convenient retreat. Can’t wait to visit again!

Thank you, Carlos, for the wonderful feedback on your recent stay. The Mission Grille patio is definitely great spot to start your day. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

  • Luxury and location

Best location , The hotel property is in the heart of Tempe, restaurants, bars, tacos, pharmacy and everything else was within walking distance, next to mayor road and expressways, and if you are in for a college football weekend trip , the ASU in just down the street, however the hotel is so luxurious you don’t feel like you’re inna college town, I strongly recommend this property.

Hi Rick g, So glad you found Tempe Mission Palms. You are absolutely right about college football weekends or other ASU celebrations. The energy of the hotel and surrounding area is incredible. We hope you'll come back and experience that as well.

  • Would stay again in Tempe

Great hotel to stay in for ASU graduation. Fantastic location, walkable to Mountain America Stadium and everything on Mill. The front desk employee did not explain anything about where our room was or any info about the hotel, so that could have been improved. The first room we got was on the third floor, above a noisy bar, so we asked to switch and they moved us to a courtyard room, which was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable and the pool area was great. Service was really the only hitch that kept this from being a five star experience, but overall, I would definitely stay here again.

Hello, mayar9899- Thank you for spending ASU Graduation at Mission Palms! We appreciate your business and feedback. I am glad that we were able to move your room away from the bars on Mill Ave so that you were able to enjoy our lovely courtyard. Thank you for sharing the details on your check in experience so that we can work with the team on ways to improve and make a better overall first impression.

  • Great Road Trip for Business.

Hotel was great, from the grounds to the services of employees, to the food... and hospitality. plenty to do in the little area of town especially being just blocks away from ASU. the Rooms were cozy and the AC was quite, and nice and cool.....

Thanks so much for recognizing our great colleagues. They are at the heart of everything we do.

  • Beautiful but needing a little TLC

Beautiful property that's a little dated. They are updating the elevators, which is good, rooms, hopefully are next. Carpets a bit worn and you can just tell it's needing a little TLC. But you won't find a friendlier, more helpful staff anywhere. Overall, it is a fine place to stay.
