The location is great. Good access to multiple metro lines, big shopping malls and parks. The room is amazing and the view of the skyline is breathtaking. Housekeeping was always on point and always provided extra water etc. The bathroom facilities were great too. Very little noise levels and everything felt very lush. My only real negative is the time it takes to get to the rooms or back to street level. Every time you have to take 2 elevators with a pretty long walk way between them. This got slightly annoying especially for takeaway pickup, as the hotel doesn't offer a robot so you have to take that track every time you need to pick up a delivery.

This caption hotel stands out among other caption hotels because of its location and service. It is located right next to the Zhongshan Park, it has well-designed rooms with affordable price. *Globalists receive room upgrades when available, and this is a special goodwill service this hotel provides as room upgrades are normally not applicable at caption hotels (like Osaka Namba Caption).

The hotel lobby has a very friendly/community vibe - many people hanging around chatting and working on their laptops. It is literally around the block to the subway entrance, which I didnt realize beforehand. The room is very clean and highly functional. The breakfast exceeded expectation since there were many options and the food was pretty good. It is also very close (down the block and cross the street) to Zhongshan Park if you care to get some fresh air and leave the urban jungle.

Strategic location with metro and eatery nearby. Modern boutique hotel and design. Good for young couple and business purposes. Special surprise decor and birthday cake from the hotel.

Fantastic Location. Right next to the Metro station of Zhongshan Park. Very new hotel. everything is nice, modern and tidy. Is a very vibrant hotel. highly recommend. Worth the value.

Love the vibe of this hotel, so modern and chic! Comfortable room with everything one needs. Great location! The subway station is walking distance, lots of food choices around the hotel too.

Breakfast might not be worth the expense, but otherwise, the hotel is quite nice, with a great location surrounded by many restaurants and a 3-minute walk to the subway station. However, the rooms are rather small; don't expect a Hyatt hotel to offer the large, five-star rooms you'd expect.

Good Service and foreigner friendly during their staying. Hope foreigner should choose this hotel if they plan to Shanghai.

Perfect location, friendly staff, beautiful room, one thing not convenient is the reception located at second level, and you have to change another lift to go to your room, but overall, it's a nice hotel.
