If you can let us know if you are planning on receiving anything, we can make sure it arrives safely. If anything arrives for you before you check-in, we’ll hold it at the front desk. We are only able to hold packages for 10 days before or after your reservation.

Our individually curated retail shops are worth a visit on their own. We offer a host of signature souvenirs, thoughtfully sourced local goods, and one-of-a-kind finds. Save room in your suitcase or if you decide you want something after the fact, our online shops are always open.

Rooms & Amenities
- All rooms include bath amenities, bluetooth speakers, a hairdryer, a fully stocked minibar, a delightfully comfortable bathroom. Other amenities such as an iron and ironing board or steamer are by request, just ask the front desk!

- Reservations are guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. We’ll ask you to bring a method of payment upon check-in.
- No. All of our rooms are non-smoking. If a noticeable odor of smoke is present in the room upon your departure, we will charge you a $250 smoking fee.
Parking, Travel & Transportation
- We are located at 1220 South Congress Ave, Austin, TX 78704.
- Our lobby is located off of South Congress, right in between Nellie and James St.
- Our parking lot is located off of South Congress on James St.
- We offer one complimentary self-parking spot per room and we will register your vehicle upon check in.
- We offer paid parking for any additional overnight vehicles for a nightly charge.
- Yes! There is both a Tesla charger and a regular EV charger in our parking lot for our guests!
- We do not offer bike rentals, however there is a bike rental down the street in front of Jo’s Coffee!
Hotel Facilities
- Yes. The pool is available to guests from 8am – 10pm. Limited to registered guests, any additional guests would have to check in with the front desk for a pool pass!
- Outside drinks are prohibited at the pool. However, we do have a pool bar on site, and you are welcome to have outside food!

Pets
- Yes! Well-behaved dogs are always welcome (for a small fee). Pack your pup and we’ll supply a bed, bowl, and maybe a treat or two for your best friend.
Families & Groups
- Yes! We love guests of all ages. The holder of your reservation must be 21 or up to check in.
- Yes. We have pack n plays available for no charge, just let the front desk know so they can place it in your room prior to your arrival!
Booking & Policies
- Check-in begins at 3 PM. Upon check-in, your card will be authorized for $50 per night per room for an incidental hold. It is fully refundable, though it may appear on your debit or credit card for up to a week post-departure.
- Check out is at noon.
- We always try to accommodate early check-ins. Let us know when you are arriving and we’ll do our best to get you into your room early
- If you need a little extra time getting out, let us know. We will do our best to give you some more time, and we can always hold onto your bags while you explore.

- You must be 21 or older and present a valid ID to check in.
- Maybe. Commercial photography is prohibited without express permission. Contact us if you have a request.
- For payment, we accept American Express, Discover Card, Mastercard or Visa. We are cashless!
- Plans change. If yours do, we just ask that you let us know by 6 PM local hotel time at least 2 days prior to your reservation to avoid a fee (equal to first night’s stay plus tax).
- During peak times and depending on your reservation, our policies may vary, so please refer to the policies specific to your reservation. These can be found during the booking process and in your reservation confirmation email.
- We will need to secure your booking with a credit or debit card up front. The cost of that deposit may vary and during peak times we may require the full cost of your reservation up front— but the remainder of your payment will be charged upon check-out unless stated otherwise. Please check the exact policies for your reservation while booking.
- Cancellation is required 48 hours prior to arrival unless booked with a deposit, which is non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- $50 per night per room hold for incidentals
- Minimum length of stay will vary based on the season and time of year.
