Named after the hotel’s address, No. 101 tropical Nanyang style design infused with “Garden On The Sea”, features local Minnan cuisine with a twist, newly defined Xiamen cuisine, as well as Hyatt’s signature Beijing duck. The vibrant all-day restaurant houses a series of open kitchens showcasing live cooking. Indulge in a semi-buffet breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Andaz Lounge is the skylit heart of Andaz Xiamen and a convivial central gathering space. It serves up a menu of light snacks and an elevated afternoon tea experience where you can select sweet and savory treats from a pass-around service, while tea and coffee masters work side-by-side to brew pour-over coffee and Fujian tea.

Sharing the outdoor terrace with No.101 Chinese Restaurant is More Than Wine, celebrating the ocean-faring culture of Xiamen and Nanyang. Dominated by a striking central bar tiled to resemble fish scales, More Than Wine specializes in classic cocktails with a local twist, as well as a wide selection of whiskeys and carefully selected wines. Accompanying the drinks are local- and South Pacific-inspired bar snacks.
