Named after the hotel’s address, No. 101 tropical Nanyang style design infused with “Garden On The Sea”, features local Minnan cuisine with a twist, newly defined Xiamen cuisine, as well as Hyatt’s signature Beijing duck. Andaz Lounge
Andaz Lounge is the skylit heart of Andaz Xiamen and a convivial central gathering space. It serves up a menu of light snacks and an elevated afternoon tea experience where you can select sweet and savory treats from a pass-around service, while tea and coffee masters work side-by-side to brew pour-over coffee and Fujian tea.
