Inspired by the concept of a "gentleman's club," BAR 1919 is a refined retreat for the young elite. The bar's interior, adorned with wood and leather, embody elegance and subtlety. At BAR 1919, guests can savor the rich complexity of whiskies from various regions, wines from both old and new world vineyards and signature cocktails by skilled mixologists. All this unfolds to the soothing melodies of jazz singers, gently plucking at the heartstrings of those who gather here.

East Room is a sensory delight, where guests can savor authentic Cantonese and Jiangzhe cuisine in a space that blends retro French elegance with contemporary flair. The room’s ambiance is elevated by the hand-painted wallpaper, with de Gournay’s Chinese-inspired designs highlighting intricate colors and craftsmanship. The wallpaper, originally from Yves Saint Laurent’s French apartment, evokes a sense of stepping into a bygone era, as if transported into the pages of an Eileen Chang novel. Every detail here is worth savoring—premium leather dining chairs, rosewood and tables, handcrafted porcelain tableware, silver-tipped wooden chopsticks, delicate sheer window curtains and high-fidelity Nordic audiovisual equipment on the walls—all weaving together a tapestry of Chinese emotion and poetic charm.

West Room, a classic modern steakhouse, is a haven for meat enthusiasts.
