What a beautiful hotel and great experience. We arrived very hungry after a late flight, unfortunately the lounge kitchen had just closed. Om and the front desk were very helpful with a minor issue finding the room service menu and took great care of us. The welcome gift in our room for celebrating our wedding anniversary was much appreciated. The hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing in this beautiful city.

The Andaz is a gem! The location is perfectly suited to a walking visit. The decor is modern and elegant. The in-room amenities are thoughtful and high end. The lobby bar is convenient and well stocked. The restaurant’s breakfast buffet is abundant with a mix of healthy and hearty options. AND the staff at d informed, professional, and welcoming.

Modern hotel with all the glamour. Facilities and staff are amazing. So close to everything as well . Could not fault our stay !

The hotel has a great location. Next to restaurants and shopping stores. All most everything was a walking distance. The staff very friendly and service outstanding. They really make you feel that you are in a 5 start hotel.

Top notch staff. Very comfortable room. And extremely quiet, even though there’s a lot going on around the hotel. Daily breakfast was always tasty. We had one dinner at the hotel and it was exceptionally good. We left very early one day for a trip to Porto, and the staff was able to make us fantastic breakfast boxes to take on the train with us.

The new Andaz is the perfect location in the heart of Lisbon. Rooms are a bit small, but the style and efficiency make up for the size. The shower is a standout, but the water pressure and temperature varied during a 7 minute shower. Breakfast upstairs is better than we expected, but it is difficult to keep a coffee cup filled with black coffee, we waited most days for a second cup. Staff is very friendly and attentive.

Beautiful hotel located in downtown Lisbon, close to sites and shopping. The interior design of the hotel is gorgeous and the staff is welcoming!

Staff was SO kind!!! They truly made the stay. Location is 10/10. The rooftop bar area was the perfect work spot for us after a long day of exploring (the FuFu is the best cocktail we’ve ever had). We would come back in a heartbeat!

The service was excellent. The breakfast was wonderful. I would recommend this hotel for anyone to stay at. Close to the center of Lisbon
