Pet-Friendly

Andaz West Hollywood is pet friendly and we welcome dogs up to 50lbs. The pet fee is $100 for 1-6 nights, $250 for 7-30 nights.

Smoking Policy

Andaz West Hollywood is a 100% non-smoking hotel. A $500 cleaning fee will be charged for smoke odor in the rooms (up to $1,000 in the suites). Please adhere to designated smoking areas.

Self Parking

Andaz West Hollywood offers self-parking with a max fee of $75 per day. The cost is $20 for the first 3 hours, then $1 for every 20 minutes after.

Package Deliveries

Packages may be accepted for registered guests and confirmed arrivals. A $10 handling fee per package applies. Unclaimed packages may be returned to the sender. Please contact the hotel before shipping oversized or multiple packages.
