The Encinitas Coaster Station is about 10 minutes away from Alila Marea Beach Resort and offers service to surrounding coastal towns and downtown San Diego.

A car or rideshare is recommended. Our e-bikes are also a fun way to explore the coastline.

Yes. Our fitness center offers cardio machines, functional training gear, free weights, and strength equipment. We also offer wellness classes.

Ponto Beach is a wide, sandy stretch of coastline known for great surfing, beautiful sunsets, and a relaxed local vibe. Located just below the resort, it is easily accessible via the public beach access path. Our team can also arrange a beach concierge with chairs and umbrellas.

While known for its serene, adult-forward ambiance, the resort welcomes families and offers beachfront access, outdoor activities, and spacious accommodations.

Yes, we welcome dogs at Alila Marea. There is a $150 dollar fee per pet, per stay, with up to two dogs allowed per room. Each dog may weigh up to 50 pounds, or 75 pounds combined. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply. Service animals are always welcome and exempt from this policy.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM.
