Signature Dishes: Peking Duck and Flambé Rose Wine Barbecued Pork, Lard Rice

Live performances by the chefs are the highlight of both dishes: Peking duck is skillfully sliced in front of the guests and divided into 3 dishes: crispy duck skin, duck breast meat and duck leg meat. For Flambé Rose Wine Barbecued Pork, Lard Rice, flaming rose wine is poured over the barbecued pork, filling the area with the delicious aroma of the rose wine and slightly charred barbecued pork. It is available for a minimum of four people in the main dining area and private rooms, with reservations required at least one day in advance.

Dim Sum and Set Lunch

Sha Tin 18 offers traditional dim sum favourites such as steamed shrimp, bamboo shoot dumpling, steamed shrimp, pork, crab roe dumpling and fresh chicken congee. Guests may also opt for the lunch set menu, taking a moment of respite from a busy schedule. They can select from dim sum, soup, main dishes, vegetables, and noodles or rice, complemented by Chinese sweetened soup and petit fours, to enjoy a wholesome and sumptuous lunch.
