Scarpetta, which debuted to critical acclaim in 2008, embodies our mission to bring la dolce vita (the good life) to contemporary dining. Under the direction of Chef Jorge Espinoza, Scarpetta’s kitchen is guided by a philosophy of bold flavors, achieved by amplifying the essence of seasonal ingredients. The restaurant’s name comes from the Italian expression “fare la scarpetta,” meaning to savor every last bite.
