With space for more than 200 attendees, the third-floor Chicago 7 Ballroom draws in light from floor-to-ceiling windows, offering spectacular views by night. The entire space combines Davis, Dellinger, and Hayden rooms, and features a separate pre-function space for larger receptions and dining opportunities. For additional personalization, digital signage may be customized for each space or for the entire floor.

Overlooking bustling Rush Street through floor-to-ceiling windows facing west and north, Davis Room draws in the energy of downtown Chicago, providing a vibrant backdrop for any event. This day-lit venue can be combined with the Dellinger Room for larger meetings, product launches or receptions for up to 30 guests, with dining next door.

Dellinger Room

Centered in the heart of the Chicago 7 Ballroom and overlooking the bars and restaurants of Bellevue Street, this private event space soaks in natural light from the north. For larger gatherings, Dellinger can be combined with the Davis or Hayden rooms — perfect for meals — and opens directly onto the third-floor pre-function space. The venue is best set-up in a U-shape or hollow square arrangement, ideal for up to 22 guests.
Hoffman Room
74 sq m/ 40 Person Max Capacity
Located on the far west side of the fourth floor and featuring an abundance of natural light, the Hoffman Room comfortably seats 48 guests across 12 tables or up to 33 attendees in a reception-style gathering. Directly adjacent to the Rubin Room, the two venues can be combined allowing for privacy and additional space for dining. Digital signage may be customized.
Rubin Room
60 sq m/ 40 Person Max Capacity
The Rubin Room is located on the eastern side of the Hoffman Room and features natural light from the north. For catered meetings, the two spaces can be combined via solid oak doors. To add a personalized touch to your event, digital signage may be customized with your company logo.
Penthouse Loft Suites

Ascend to the top floor where six bi-level Penthouse Loft Suites offer chic, midcentury modern settings that are elegantly appointed for private dinners, intimate receptions and impressive-yet-informal meetings of eight to 10 people. Spacious terraces with options for alfresco dining offer spectacular views of the city and Lake Michigan — while inside, a dining room table for eight, large comfortable corner sofa, and half-bath on the first floor are perfect for entertaining. Upstairs, a sleeping area is out of view of attendees and may be serviced individually without disturbing meetings.
