We’re Pet Friendly
We welcome dogs under 10 kg free of charge, maximum 2 per room. A cleaning fee of €30 will apply. Should there be excessive clean-up required, an additional €250 fee will be charged.
Age Requirement
To check in, you must be at least 18 years of age and present a valid ID.
Incidentals
At check-in, the hotel will ask for a credit card to authorize room and tax charges, along with an additional €100 security deposit per night to cover incidentals (e.g., the minibar, mattresses on the roof, etc.).
Check-in/Check-out
Early check-in is subject to availability, depending on the time and availability the night before. The hotel reserves the right to charge an additional fee.
Parking
No parking facilities at the hotel. The closest parking lot is Indigo Zin which can be accessed at Chaussée d'Anvers 59, 1000 Brussels.
Smoking Fee
Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. A fee of €250 will be charged if this policy is violated.
Bedding
Only double beds are available; twin beds are not offered.
Breakfast
Breakfast is available at €25 per person, per night.
Cribs & Rollaway Beds
Cribs and rollaway beds are available upon request at an additional cost of €35 per night.
