Our Favourite Rooms
Opt for a room on the fifth floor or above for the most ravishing of ocean vistas; Deluxe Sea View Rooms (we particularly love room 506) are light and airy, and look out over pretty Talamanca Bay. Our top pick has to be the two-storey Duplex Suites, these lofty rooms have a private rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and allow you to moon over the Med.
Poolside
The hotel has two split-level pools: the lower-level pool is a dazzling turquoise hue; the other on the upper-level is a deep blue. Both have decks topped with teak-coloured sunloungers and bright-white parasols. Summon drinks to your side with round-the-pool bar service and indulge after your dip at the oyster-and-champagne shack, so guests can sup in style post-dip.

Hotel Restaurant
The light-filled, Scandi-style restaurant has a clean, fresh look, with vast floor-to-ceiling windows, sleek polished-wood tables and white hanging lamps. Expect healthy Mediterranean-Asian fusion food: we love the tasty tuna tataki, the hearty wagyu burgers and the creamy burrata salad; come morning, make sure to opt for one of the fruit-laden detox juices.
Hotel Bar
There are three bars at the hotel. Centered in the middle of the airy hotel lobby, the Lobby Bar is framed by comfy stools and floor-to-ceiling glass windows, and offers a smorgasbord of tasty cocktails: our top picks are the tropical passionfruit mojito – sweet and zingy – or a classic Spanish G&T, muddled with rosemary and juniper berries. There’s also an array of dishes on offer, from club sandwiches and refreshing gazpacho to quinoa salad and Black Angus sirloin. The poolside Oyster Bar serves up lime-infused ceviche, fresh oysters, veggie bites and burgers, alongside a selection of champagne, liqueurs, smoothies and juices. Get in the party spirit with a Fruit Explosion, a vibrant blend of vodka, watermelon liqueur, lime juice, watermelon purée and cranberry juice. And the Sky Bar serves up custom-made cocktails against sweeping views of Talamanca's bay. We’ll cheers to that…
Last Orders
Breakfast runs from 8am till noon, lunch is available from noon till 6pm, and dinner is served from 6pm till 11pm. The Lobby Bar serves round-the-clock, and the Sky Bar opens between May and September (depending on the weather), and serves until 1am.

Planes
Ibiza International Airport is 12 kilometres away (a quick 15-minute drive away) and is served by British Airways, EasyJet and Ryanair. The hotel can organise private transfers for €80 each way.

Worth Getting Out of Bed For
During the balmy summer months there’s a regular DJ playing at the hotel, so patrons can practice their moves for the big night ahead; the tempting cocktail offering from the sleek lobby bar helps ease inhibitions. Intrepid visitors can try cliff diving at Rockid Ibiza, who can also arrange snorkelling and kayaking around the island’s craggy coves and bays. Padi-licensed Scuba Ibiza is a short walk from the hotel, and offers a variety of scuba-diving experiences: check out the flora and fauna of the Don Pedro wreck in Ibiza harbour, or explore the coral-covered San Guillem caves on Formentera’s coastline.
