Worth Getting Out of Bed For
Whether you appreciate the surrounds of the hotel for the bucolic views or their promise of adventure, the hectares of green are enticing enough to occupy any guest. The hotel staff harvest and mill wheat from the gardens for home-made bread, and prepare cheese using milk from the owners’ herd of dairy cows. Marvel at the garden-to-table process or dive in with cooking classes for insider intel on how best to utilise some of the local ingredients. The hotel is ideal for outdoor adventurers. Fly-fish on the Liucura River from the hotel grounds, or head upstream for rafting or sailing.
