More luxury resorts coming to Hyatt

Your perfect escape awaits.

Later this year, you’ll have nearly 100 new luxury resorts to choose from across Mexico, the Caribbean, Central America and Europe, following Hyatt’s anticipated acquisition of Apple Leisure Group (ALG). The acquisition is expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2021.

Once the acquisition is completed, Hyatt will offer you the largest collection of all-inclusive luxury resorts in the world — including many new markets such as Acapulco, Curacao, the Canary Islands, Menorca, St. Martin and more. Get ready to explore even more beachfront luxury, lavish spas, gourmet gastronomy and incredible amenities through ALG’s AMR™ Collection of resorts, including the following brands:

Whether you’re planning a rejuvenating wellness break, relaxation for two, some quality family time, or the ultimate destination wedding, the planned addition of these new resorts to Hyatt’s existing collection of 1,000+ hotels will give you even more memory-making options.

Hyatt’s anticipated acquisition of ALG will also include the following components:

  • Exclusive travel club. We will add Unlimited Vacation Club®, ALG’s exclusive membership offering that gives guests preferred rates and other benefits at AMR™ Collection resorts.
  • A carefree travel journey. We will add ALG Vacations®, one of the largest packaged tour provider and leisure travel companies serving Mexico and the Caribbean, and Amstar, a destination management company with expertise in transfers and excursions. Both help take the stress out of planning, so you can enjoy every moment of your journey.
