Q. Is my company eligible to join the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. Your company qualifies if it is legally registered with the government of its country as a corporate entity and possesses a valid business number, tax ID number or similar documentation. If your company already has a national corporate agreement with Hyatt, it is not eligible to join the Hyatt Company Travel Program. Travel agencies, associations/clubs, social groups or government agencies, and similar organizations are not eligible.

If your company has a high volume of room nights, it may qualify for additional savings through a volume agreement. Please contact your Hyatt Worldwide Sales Representative or call 1 877 393 8034.
Q. My company currently has a local corporate agreement with a Hyatt hotel. If my company enrolls in the Hyatt Company Travel Program, will it be able to retain a local volume rate at that hotel?
A. Yes. Your company will maintain its existing negotiated rate at the Hyatt-branded hotel(s) where your travelers currently stay. In addition, your company will be given access to the special Hyatt Company Travel Program rate, so your travelers will enjoy savings at all participating Hyatt hotels. Please contact your Hyatt Worldwide Sales Representative or register via the website to participate.
Q. If my company is headquartered outside North America, is it eligible to join the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. Yes. As a worldwide program, the Hyatt Company Travel Program is available to all eligible companies no matter where they are headquartered. Your company can enjoy savings and other benefits at participating Park Hyatt®, Andaz®, Grand Hyatt®, Hyatt Regency®, Hyatt®, Hyatt Place®, HYATT House®, Hyatt Ziva™ and Hyatt Zilara™ properties worldwide.
Q. Does the Hyatt Company Travel Program allow my employees to utilize our corporate number and room rate for personal or leisure travel?
A. Yes. The Hyatt Company Travel discount is available at participating Hyatt-branded properties worldwide.
Q. Does my company need to meet any volume requirements to continue participating in the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. Yes. The Hyatt Company Travel Program is designed for companies with stays of at least 50 nights at Hyatt-branded hotels worldwide over a rolling 12-month period. While Hyatt maintains the right to discontinue membership based on a lower threshold of stays, each registered company is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and given every consideration upon re-qualification. That is why it is important that your employees use the Hyatt Company Travel Program site to book travel and track their stays.
Q. If my company registers in the Hyatt Company Travel Program, can we continue to book Hyatt hotels through our company travel agency?
A. All bookings must be reserved through the Company Travel Program website or by calling 800-492-8837 (within U.S. and Canada) or the nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center, not through other websites or other reservations systems travel agents would typically use unless you have a current local volume account with Hyatt - please contact your Hyatt Worldwide Sales Representative for more information.
Q. Will my travelers be required to provide proof of employment when checking into a Hyatt hotel?
A. Yes, they may. As a security measure and best practice, Hyatt reserves the right to ask for employment verification. Proof of employment may be verified with a business card or company credit card.
Q. How do I enroll my company in the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. Enrollment is fast and easy. Simply complete our online registration form. If your company qualifies, an automated email will be sent to the registered Company Administrator welcoming your company into the program.
Q. Is there a cost to joining the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. No, the program is free with no cost to your company or employees.
Q. Who should enroll my company?
A. Generally, the individual who is responsible for travel decisions or expenses should both enroll your company and be listed as the Company Administrator for your Hyatt Company Travel Program account.
Q. Does my company receive special rates as a member of the Hyatt Company Travel Program?
A. Yes, your company travelers will receive 5% to 10% off the Prevailing Rate at Hyatt-branded properties worldwide. Prevailing Rate generally refers to rates without special deposit policies, cancellation policies, date restrictions, pre-paid special offers or advance purchase.
Q. What is the process for making hotel reservations?
A. Visit Hyatt.com to make your reservations. Enter your B# in the Corporate or Group Code box under Special Rates.
Q. Am I able to extend the special Hyatt Company Travel Program number and special rate to clients of my company?
A. Unfortunately no. To enable registered companies to track program usage and generate reports on stays with Hyatt-branded hotels, use of the Hyatt Company Travel Program is limited exclusively to registered employees. Hyatt does make every effort to provide special rates and offers to non-members through a variety of promotional programs.
Q. My company includes a parent company and several subsidiary offices. Should our parent company register once on behalf of all subsidiary offices, or should each subsidiary register separately in the program?
A. Each subsidiary office should register separately in the Hyatt Company Travel Program.
Q. Are associations eligible to join the program?
A. Yes. Associations may join the Hyatt Company Travel Program. However, only paid employees of the association are eligible to receive program benefits and register as travelers. Members of the association are not eligible to join, but may register with their own companies.
Q. What if I haven't received my Company Travel Program number?
A. You should receive an email at the address provided for the Company Administrator with an embedded link and your new Corporate Account number.
Q. What if I'm not able to book the Company Travel Program rate?
A. Rates are based on availability at the time of booking. It could be that the rate is sold out for the dates you are checking. If you would like further information, please contact Company Travel Program reservations by calling 800-492-8837 (within U.S. and Canada) or the nearest Hyatt Worldwide Reservation Center.
