Q.  How much do you pay?

A.  We will pay you a referral fee of $9 per hotel booking for domestic Hyatt properties (excluding International, Hyatt Vacations and Vacation Club bookings), a $3 fee per World of Hyatt registration, a $3 fee per Hyatt Gift Card purchase, and a 5% commission for each net booking at AmeriSuites, Hyatt Place and Hyatt Summerfield Suites paid on initial visits only made by users accessing Hyatt.com through a link on your web site.

Q.  How much can I earn?

A.  We cannot predict how much you will earn from our affiliate program because we don't know anything about your web site or its visitors. However, there is no maximum amount of money you can earn through this program.

Q.  How do I know how much commission I've earned?

A.  Once you sign up for our affiliate program, you will be given a password to CJ Marketplace, where you can access reports showing the quantity and types of transactions being made by users referred by your web site through Hyatt.com. Through CJ Marketplace you can access reports that provide information on impressions, orders, transactions, and commissions earned. Reports are updated daily.

Q.  How often will I be paid?

A.  You will be paid on a monthly basis. If your commission for any month is less than $25, the total amount will be carried to the next month. Once it passes $25, a check will be sent to you within 45 days after the end of the month for the complete amount owed to you up until the end of that month.

Q.  Do you pay on cancelled orders?

A.  No. If a transaction is cancelled, or if credit card charges are reversed due to a dispute or credit card fraud, your account will be debited for any commission earned on that transaction.

Q.  How do I monitor sales?

A.  You can monitor your sales by accessing reports as often as you like through CJ Marketplace.

Q.  Will I receive commissions on my own purchase?

A.  Yes. When you complete a transaction with us through your web site, you earn the same commission on your purchase that you would from a visitor's purchase.

Q.  Who processes transactions?

A.  We process transactions and handle customer service for all customers that you refer to Hyatt.com, Goldpassport.com, Certificates.Hyatt.com, Hyatt-Place.com, Summerfieldsuites.com, and/or Amerisuites.com. All you have to do is place our links on your site. We do the rest!

Q.  How often can I run reports?

A.  You can run reports as often as you like. CJ Marketplace is updated daily with the latest information about your site.

Q.  I operate more than one web site. Can you track them separately but pay me with one commission check?

A.  Yes. You can have multiple sites under one affiliate partner account. You can create links and generate reports specifically for each site, but you will receive one commission check for all of your sites.

Q.  How do I get started?

A.  All you need to do to get started is review and agree to the Terms & Conditions for this program and then complete the application. We will then review your application. If and when you're accepted into the program you will receive an email with specific directions on how to implement Hyatt ads and links on your web site.

Q.  How do I know I'm accepted?

A.  You'll receive confirmation of your acceptance into the Hyatt Affiliate Program immediately following the submission of your request for enrollment. Not all applicants will become affiliates, and it is within Hyatt's sole discretion to deny any application for any reason.

Q.  Does it cost me anything?

A.  No. Enrollment into the program is free. There are no initiation or membership fees to become an affiliate partner.

Q.  How do I earn commissions?

A.  Each time a visitor of your web site is referred directly to Hyatt.com and books a qualifying transaction of a hotel room, registers for World of Hyatt on goldpassport.com, or purchases a Hyatt Gift Card within 14 days after that referral, you earn money.

Q.  How do you track transactions?

A.  At the time of enrollment, you will be issued a unique source ID that will allow us to keep track of all qualifying transactions that users from your web site generate on Hyatt.com, Goldpassport.com, Certificates.Hyatt.com, Hyatt-Place.com, Summerfieldsuites.com, and/or Amerisuites.com. Your source ID must be used each time your users link to Hyatt sites.

Q.  Are foreign sites allowed to join?

A.  Yes, we welcome affiliates from all countries. However, the links, ad banners, graphics, and icons provided to you on CJ Marketplace are only available in English at this time.

Q.  What are my responsibilities as an affiliate?

A.  You are responsible for using the tag generator in CJ Marketplace, to create and place links on your site and maintain branded links to Hyatt.com. You are responsible for updating and maintaining those links on a regular basis. You are also responsible for following the Terms & Conditions once accepted as an affiliate partner. We handle everything else.

Q.  If I don't have web site, can I still apply?

A.  No. Unfortunately, in order for us to accept you as an affiliate partner, we must be able to view your web site.

Q.  How do I change my account info?

A.  Once you have been accepted as an Affiliate, you can modify your account information through CJ Marketplace.

Q.  How do I create links?

A.  We have an automatic tag generator on CJ Marketplace, which should be used to create HTML that you cut and paste into your web site. It is so easy to use that even beginners can create links in seconds. The tag generator allows you to create multiple types of links to our services.

Q.  Can I change my links whenever I want?

A.  Yes, you may change and update your links whenever you wish. In fact, we recommend that you update your links frequently and visit CJ Marketplace to get the latest information on Hyatt.com special offers and promotions available through the affiliate program.

Q.  How often do I have to update my links?

A.  You should update links to our site frequently. We often update our special offers and promotions, so you should create new links that fit the interests of your visitors.
