I stayed at the hotel from November 12th to the 18th, 2023. The rooms were very nice and comfortable. What made it special to me is that I had the opportunity to taste the Trinidad buss up shot for breakfast.

It was my first visit to Hyatt and it was so wonderful thank you. I would gladly recommend Hyatt to all my family and friends. I plan to stay at a Hyatt whenever I travel. Thanks to the staff who were very helpful. The rooms was great I love the layout I loved the shower and robes great great stuffl.

I had an exceptional Hotel experience. The food was tasty and there were different food choices daily. I will recommend this hotel to my family and friends because of the helpful, welcoming and friendly staff.

We stayed just for 1 night for a quick weekend relaxation. Check in was smooth, the rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. We requested two champagne flutes to our room when checking in, relaxed in the room for a few hours, went out on the waterfront restaurant for dinner, came back to the room and the flutes were not there. Approximately 5 hours had elapsed. I went to the lobby to request again, around 45 minutes later they arrived with the flutes, but at that point, since we waited so long, we just used the provided coffee mugs. Breakfast was great. A lot of options as well as local options. Everything tasted great and service was excellent. Upon leaving the car park after checking out, the security told us that we needed to pay $100TT to leave. I told her that we stayed the night, isn't parking included? She responded by saying the staff needs to validate and/or sign my ticket otherwise we need to pay. No one mentioned this to us for the entirety of our stay. This is my first time staying at Hyatt as well as staying at a hotel then paying for parking at that very same hotel. This information should be told to guest when checking in/out. I know now that this needs to be done, but I learnt via the negligence of someone relaying information. For other new guests, it will be a learning experience as well if they don't see this review, otherwise, hopefully, the staff informs them well. Overall my stay would have been excellent if it weren't for these issues. My wife and I were a bit disappointed since we expected more professionalism from Hyatt. I would return for breakfast and/or dinner, but not too convinced as yet for a return overnight stay.

Generally, my stay at the Hyatt was superb except for an interaction with a waitress who I found was a bit rude. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to anybody visiting Trinidad. Love the food and the friendliness of most of the staff.

The room was clean and comfortable. The Air-Conditioning was too cold and could not be adjusted. There was no iron in the room to use on my clothes and the delivery of one from Housekeeping took extremely long

A memorable experience staying at the hyatt Trinidad. Outstanding food, full of different experiences and ambients, out of this world service. Hyatt employees make sure your stay is as pleasant as possible.

It’s great hotel , it’s just to over priced I’ve had better experiences for much cheaper, the taxi service was 3times more than taking a regular taxi, excursions was out of this world expensive, it’s better to book taxi an an excursions from somewhere else .

Elijah and Caleb were so helpful and friendly, definitely a I’ll be coming back. It’s my sister first time in Trinidad and my first time in the Hyatt . I usually stay with family but I loved lounge area down stairs and the sushi bar . Hotel is in good area

The staff is mostly friendly and welcoming but you don't get value for money. Whilst the beds appear clean, closer examination created doubts about it. The food is also subpar. The standard has dropped tremendously.
