Was recently at the hotel for vacation. Had kids with me. The hotel front desk staff made us feel at home, and the housekeeping services were also very good and prompt. Would definitely go there again.

Clean rooms and hallways. Staff were friendly. Hotel is in a great location. Close to the Rogers Centre, ACC arena and theatre district. I recommend this location to anyone travelling for business and leisure.

The Hyatt never disappoints. Staff are friendly and always helpful. The buffet breakfast is amazing. The location is so convenient when going to the theatre or sports events. Rooms are always clean and service is great

Room and common areas are very clean, and staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We stayed as part of a work event, and I wanted to give a special shout out to Maria at the lobby bar. Everyone was extremely happy.

Location is great. Good restaurants nearby. Beds were really comfortable. Our bartender was quietly friendly and confident in her craft. Housekeeping staff member I spoke to was helpful and also kind. Some additional cleaning in the non-focus areas is needed eg bathroom door. Shower, sink and toilet were fine. Bottled water greatly appreciated

Fabulous location. Easy peasy underground parking. Amazing staff and amenities. Don’t miss the buffet in the am. A variety of breakfast items including a lot of beautiful fruit as well as a shot of a delicious smoothie :)

The rooms at this property are fairly dated, and do not really give me a calming vibe conducive to sleep. The bed was rather uncomfortable, much too soft and not supportive. The pillows were too soft or too firm as well. The AC was also very loud when it came on and off during the night. I personally appreciate windows that open and would normally choose a property that has opening windows for air. A quick look in the area would show other properties that are more updated and likely more comfortable for around the same prices.

From check in to check out, attentive service with a smile. Any representative that I spoke to went out of their way to assist. I would not hesitate to recommend this location. We had a breakfast included in our meeting and it was well received by the group.

Stayed at the HR in Toronto to celebrate my girlfriend's birthday, and the staff at the front desk, specifically, Ayesha, provided great suggestions! The room was great, from the bed to the pillows to the great smelling shampoo/conditioner/body wash. We had the breakfast buffet, and they had a good variety of options. Even though this is a hotel that sees more business travelers, I would definitely recommend to friends planning to visit Toronto.

Hotel is nice clean and friendly upon entry only issue is the parking was told with a World of Hyatt credit card I’ll be entitled to free parking admission unlimited times I go in and out but when I check out was charge a parking fee
