Very positive
We had a very positive experience with the hotel in overall. The decorations made it very pleasant. The staff was dedicated, helpful and the rooms cleaned and confortable. The food was varied and the pool good.

Fantastic, always!
We have been staying here for many years when visiting skg. Although other hotels are closer to where we usually go, we refuse to stay anywhere else. The service is impeccable, the food excellent and the rooms bigger and better equipped than expected. Thank you!

Very good hotel
Another lovely stay at the Hyatt. I had hoped to stay in the city but hotels were all fully booked - luckily I saw the Hyatt has a great shuttle in to the city which meant we could visit with ease. Fantastic breakfast and lovely grounds. Unfortunately the indoor pool was closed which was a real shame as we had been looking forward to a swim! Most of the staff were lovely and very helpful - the service was just unfortunately slow in the lobby bar. That said, the food and drink were of the highest quality and very good. The concierge Vasili is amazing - he is truly a wonderful staff member and really made our stay! Would highly recommend a stay here for a relaxing time with good food and nice rooms.

A WONDERFUL HOTEL
Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is my personal favorite of any hotel I have stayed at. The quality and variety of the food and beverage is excellent, the hotel has all the amenities you would expect but what makes it truly exceptional is the outstanding staff. Every member of staff goes out of their way to make your stay a special experience.

The best at Thessaloniki
The hotel location is amazing and in a quiet area for those looking for relaxing and the rooms are big and clean , all of the team are amazing and the food was yummy , the pool area is wonderful and I highly recommend the hotel

Top Notch Hotel!!!
I am a seasoned traveler and a fan of the Hyatt product, and their property in Thessaloniki is far above one of the best Hyatt's I've had the experience staying at. The staff were amazingly responsive. They always had the "can do" attitude and were willing to help whenever possible. The bed was comfortable, and the room was well appointed. The breakfast selections were extensive and tasty. The pool areas were great and a nice place to relax. The hotel is a bit out of the city, but they offer 3 complimentary daily shuttles into and out of the city which come in very handy. (Be sure you know EXACTLY where the pickup is near the White Tower...we almost missed one because we were in the wrong spot). Otherwise, cabs are easy to come by. Also, the airport pickup service is very helpful...and available at all hours. The Hyatt Regency Thessaloniki is an oasis in Greece's second largest city and well worth the stay, whatever your reason.

Breathtaking
Loved the pool, and awsome suite with balcony to watch the sunrise. Loved the complimentary wine that they gave me as a welcome for me. Can't wait to come back to visit. The breakfast buffet was grand but alot of the stuff wasn't up to taste with the American flavor I'm use too.

Business trip
I recently stayed at the Hyatt Regency Hotel for three days during a business trip. The hotel staff exhibited professionalism and were consistently helpful throughout my stay. Their efficiency at check-in and their responsiveness to requests were notable. The hotel's proximity to the airport was convenient, reducing travel time and hassle. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from the hotel. The pool is an oasis! It was clean and well-maintained, providing a suitable place for relaxation after work. The hotel's restaurant offered a diverse menu with quality dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. In summary, the Hyatt Regency Hotel served its purpose well for my business trip. The staff were efficient, its location was convenient, the pool area was well-kept, and the restaurant offered good food. I would consider returning for future business or leisure trips.

An extraordinary experience. This hotel is like the heaven. The staff is very kind and helpful for everything you want. I will be stay at hotel for sure. The food is excellent, big swimming pool and unbelievable garden

Very comfortable and great facilities
Convenient for the airport. Not by the sea, but a free shuttle service runs regularly to town (by the sea). a very lovely hotel with beautiful grounds and very good facilities: tennis, gym, large outside pool and smaller one inside. A good spa. incredibly friendly and helpful staff - we were surprised at the number who spoke good English. great buffet breakfast, otherwise 3 restaurants for the evening, though from Sepember the poolside restaurant closed early. Good food, though pretty expensive - cheaper, good restaurants, with more options, in town.
