We came in town for a wedding at a different hotel. That particular hotel was way out of our price range, so we booked here on a friend’s rec. Very accommodating and nice hotel! We were coming in for a 2pm wedding same day, and they were able to get us checked in early so we’d have a space to get ready. Highly recommend.

nice rooms, good housekeeping, superb location! Some rooms face into the atrium. these should be better specified. As it turned out, we like facing inward, because the River Walk can be very noisy. Good customer service. We had no waits for bellmen, and short waits for valet retrieval. This hotel is well run.

We were very pleased with the quality of the hotel, location, staff and food. So close to the Alamo, museums, restaurants and stores. Riverwalk was right out the door on the other side. All our needs were met! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable. Highly recommend.

The location of this hotel is right on the Riverwalk so was very convenient to everything. Rooms were clean and our room overlooked the Riverwalk which was just beautiful during the Christmas season. Everyone was very pleasant and willing to help. Location on the Riverwalk is close to all kinds of restaurants and very close to the Alamo. Restaurant in lobby is open till midnight which was a real plus since we got in very late from our flight and then again late after a concert. Great for a late night snack. Totally enjoyed our vacation!!

The hotel was pretty but the valet is terrible. It took forever to drive in and check in and always took forever to get car. Self park! Me and my young daughter were traveling alone, no one helped us with our bags, and the front desk wasn’t helpful trying to find us someone. The food at the restaurant wasn’t great.

Great location on the riverwalk and excellent food options in the hotel in nearby. My problem was with the cleaning staff entering my room without knocking and 1 in particular being rude. When I greeted her and asked for wash cloths, I didn't hear her reply. She said snappily, "I answered you!" I asked her to change the sheets after I spilled coffee and there was a language barrier, so she handed me the sheets to change myself...Moreover, we had requested a late check out and the staff kept trying to get into our room even after I went to the front desk to remind them. I had to keep the security latch on because the bathroom door wouldn't close completely so each time the staff tried to enter (always without knocking mind you), I would have been completely exposed to anyone in the hallway.

our room at the Hyatt was wonderful the bed was so comfortable and the room was laid out so well for relaxing the only thing is there is no dresser or closet to put clothes away they do have a bureau that has one drawer and several hangers but was just not enough for 2 people other wise our stay was wonderful the hotel was very nice and had great access to the riverwalk would stay here again

Rooms clean and comfortable. Parking is expensive. Nice restaurants. Refrigerator and coffee machine in room. Great location. Staff were very friendly. Right on the Riverwalk. Shops downstairs were very convenient

Beautiful hotel that is right on the River Walk...highly recommend it when visiting San Antonio. Room was perfect and the staff shared a warm Texas welcome. It was a great setting for our conference, and I look forward to returning for a personal stay soon.

Hotel is right on the riverwalk...so beautiful. Christmas lights were on on the river walk! Romantic. Drinks at the bar were on point and so were the appetizers. My fiancé is from Baltimore, MD - first time to visit!
