Loved my stay here. Good fitness center with 4 treadmills, lot of weight equipment. A few restaurants for variety. Thoughtful staff and waiters. One waiter ran my credit card back to me after I had forgotten it.

If you have an overnight layover this hotel is a great option. There are a lot of restaurants in the lobby. Just schedule a shuttle to pick up or walk through the parking lot to get to the hotel. The skyline airport train does Not get you to the door of this hotel.

We stayed there after a football game and had an extra early flight the next day. The welcome desk was very helpful with car return and morning flight info. Hotel room was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again

This was a very nice hotel and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They made sure to ask about special accommodations and greeted me by name. The room was huge and very clean. The bathroom was very nice and there was plenty of space. It was a bit hard to get to the hotel but that is my only complaint.

My wife and I needed to stay over to catch an early light the next day. Our stay was great. The staff were so kind and helpful. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious. Everything worked. We will definitely do it again.

Tremendously convenient if you have an early flight out of DFW and are not familiar with the traffic, travel time to and from DFW, and need extra time prior to departure. This is super easy to navigate as well!

As airport hotels go, this was fine. The room was large, everything was clean, but the A/C was uncomfortably loud. The staff at the check in desk was very nice and professional. I did not have time for any meals, cannot comment on that.

I couldn't get a simple yes or no on early check-in request. I was simply strung along for over five hours. I was met with some slight hostility after my second inquiry about the room although I didn't exhibit even a hint of annoyance at being inconvenienced.

Room was pricey but the room condition was not up to bar and the bar at the hotel was excessively overpriced which kept me from wanting to visit the bar a second time. Also the complementary shampoo in the shower was not full as if it was used before.

I paid for a high floor room with a view of the runway. I got 4th floor overlooking the parking lot and freeway. Room was clean though just not what was advertised. Staff were friendly and hotel was overall pretty good. Again just disappointed that I told my daughter we can watch airplanes take off and land. She watched the airport shuttle make round trips every 20 minutes on the hour.
