Not the regular Hyatt experience

Hotel was dated and in need of an update. There is no room service and the food at the hotel restaurant was sub-par. Looks as if it hasn't been updated in 20 years. I expect much better from Hyatt. I will not return.

Not Satisfied with Customer Service of Hyatt Regency Cincinnati and World of Hyatt

Unfortunately, my experience was unsatisfactory. I was not satisfied with the customer service provided by the Hyatt Regency Cincinnati or World Hyatt. I requested to not have any membership points added to my final receipt (due to government regulations). I did not reserve the room with a membership number. They were unwilling to remove the membership points from the receipt. Government employees will unlikely stay at Hyatt or affiliate hotels due to the issue.

Great experience

Hotel was perfect for a three day conference. Hotel conveniently located in Downtown Cincinnati within walking distance to many restaurants, Fountain Square, and the stadiums. Highly recommend this hotel for business or leisure.

Beautiful view of the river

View was gorgeous, and most of the room was great, but the bathroom could use a little help. There was hair left over in the drain from the previous guests, which left the drain clogged and not draining. Not what I expected for what I paid. Understandable in a different hotel, just didn't expect it at the Hyatt. Everything else was great.

Stay away from this hotel

The room was dirty and imagine the bathroom was missing a toothbrush and a toothpaste. They don’t even have dinner service in the room lol. We are in 2023 and they don’t have this service. I had to check in early but they didn’t give me any refund. Please stay away from them. They don’t care about you.

Not impressed at all, wouldnt recommend

The room was beyond tiny, you had to stand to the side to close the bathroom door. Loud noises from other rooms, sink sprayed water everywhere. Room was meant for children not an adult. I am 5'9 and my husband 6'5. He could use the toilet except with door open due to leg room. Horrible experience

Lovely hotel

Superb hotel in downtown Cincinnati, with pleasant, spacious and clean rooms. I. I spend one night there and everything was perfect. The she-in process was quick, the staff very welcoming, the room had a beautiful view on the Ohio river and was quiet, comfortable and at the perfect temperature. Absolutely lovely.

No Housekeeping

We requested housekeeping for all 5 days with three people in a room. The sheets were clean but had blood stains, housekeeping came once, the trash was never taken, towels were not taken, new towels only left once and we had to call down for more towels. We requested a sheet change once and never received it. Good location but definitely not worth the cost for the service. The bed and pillow were also so hard that we all woke up with back pain.

Expect more from Hyatt

I do not recommend this hotel to others. There was ZERO air flow in the room. Bathroom in room is in need of updating. Shower was not cleaned well. We were given no soap for the bathroom sink. Beds were uncomfortable. I expect more from Hyatt!

Queen Bee Half Marathon Race weekend

I came to Cincinnati to run the Queen Bee Half Marathon & 3000 other women & the Hyatt was recommended to me by 1 of the race directors. It was right across the street from the Expo & a mile from the start of the race. I was pleasantly surprised with an earlier than designated check in & a later check out time due to the race. I was able to leave luggage & car while I went up the street to eat which was very accommodating.
