Excellent Service All Around
I stayed at the Hyatt Regency Calgary for 3 days/nights. The service was excellent and the staff were all friendly/helpful. Room, Hotel overall were clean. Parking was convenient, nice pool/hottub area.

Will always stay here
Impeccable experience! Staff were super friendly and professional. Room was superb and clean. Guest service was attendant to all my needs. Pool and club was super clean and the view was spectacular. Can’t wait to visit again.

A great place to stay when visiting Calgary
We live in NW Calgary but have gone to the Hyatt for many years now, The Hyatt is a great location to many places in downtown, walking distance to many areas. Clean, friendly staff, the spas has many great services

Kind and helpful
Everyone at the hotel was super kind and helpful, I booked the hotel for my girlfriends bday and they went above and beyond to fulfill any extra requests I had to make it special for her. Will definitely stay again!

Beautiful and comfortable stay
The room was very spacious and had several essentials items. The bed was super comfortable and the view from the 15th floor was amazing! Everything was clean and staff were super helpful and polite. Check in was very easy and organized too.

Club Regency is the Way To Go
Love the Club level. Gives you access to pool hot tub sure, but the club snack room is the best! snacks and non-alc bevs & coffees available 24 hours. 5-7pm hor d'oeuvre hours can purchase reasonably priced wine, beer, Caesars etc. 7-9pm desserts. Breakfast buffet is spectacular, seating area is comfortable and over looks downtown. I honestly would pay good money for this. A little more $ for this room but I would say definitely worth it if you would utilize these things. Friendly staff too.

Beautiful Property
it was a well appointed hotel and met all my needs. The staff were more than friendly, and any request I had was handled quickly and efficiently. I didn’t have time to get into the swimming pool or the fitness club, but it was nice to have that amenity offered during my state.

Greatest hotel in calgary
I stayed in the sandman hotel and thought things couldn’t really get better… I was entirely wrong. Everything looked amazing and the view was great and the location can’t be beat. Service quality exceeded expectations as well

Central downtown hotel with excellent staff service
reception staff were particularly helpful with changing my reservation when I arrived at 2 AM.. My 10th floor room was clean and comfortable. The hallway smelled musty or of old cigarettes, so it must have been a smoking floor or have had some water/dampness issues. Staff were consistently helpful. Meals were buffet for the conference and were good.

Excellent place to stay! great staff!
Great reception desk people, quick service. Very good food in the restaurant and very good service with excellent staff. The herb potatoes are the best I have ever had anywhere for breakfast. Very clean comfortable rooms and clean everywhere else as well.
