Very Friendly and Courteous
From check in to check out, The employees were amazing they answered any questions and were always helpful. Very clean. Could not ask for a better location was within walking distance for food, shopping and fun.

Beautiful hotel and awesome location for food!
There were so many amazing and diverse restaurants and bars nearby. They provided an extensive list of food and shopping nearby, making it very easy to get around. The hotel and rooms were beautiful and very well maintained.

Clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly
This hotel is beautiful and the food everywhere is really good. Everyone from the front desk to the restaurants, housekeeping, and hospitality were very friendly and accommodating. The part is it's part of a mall that is connected by skybridges. I was there for a week attending a conference and I only left once for an offsite meeting. Otherwise, I was able to access great food AND Nordstrom Rack via skybridge. It was perect!

Top Shelf Customer Service
This hotel is lovely, not light on the pocket book but they make up for it in the service. With the travel industry reducing customer service and staff, it was nice to have customer service expectations exceeded.

Comfortable, walkable and safe area and many amenities
We stayed at the Hyatt Regency at Bellevue for a conference and extended our time to be tourists. There were many holiday events underway, including a daily holiday parade, gingerbread house displays and many Christmas trees displayed. The fire places were cozy for evening relaxation and socialization. The services (beverages, breakfast buffet, evening meet and greet charcuterie table) during the conference were fantastic. All the hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, clean and the bed was comfortable. Parking was convenient in the garage under our tower. The hotel is part of an outdoor/indoor mall experience, which made the area walkable to stores, restaurants and coffee houses. It only took us about 20 minutes to reach any attraction in downtown Seattle.

Amazing hotel in Bellevue
The rooms were spacious, sparkling clean and everyone was very friendly, professional and courteous. A mini fridge in the room was an added bonus I was not expecting. Great location next to shops and restaurants.

Beautiful Hotel and Great Hotel Staff!
I stayed here for 3 nights for a conference. Such a beautiful hotel! The staff was also amazing, especially the Bell Hop. Everyone was so helpful and the rooms are modern and sleek. I highly recommend it!

Amazing experience
I stayed here for a recent conference for my first trip to the West Coast. The hotel is gorgeous and modern. The hotel restaurants were delicious and the staff was professional and friendly. The hotel staff was polite and helpful to us in finding food and other sites. The hotel was also decorated beautifully for the season. The rooms were spacious and very clean. I would highly recommend staying here.

Wonderful hotel and staff
Check in was super easy and staff inquired about my needs or interests for my stay to provide personal recommendations. Was staying for a conference and all staff were helpful and accommodating to all in attendance. The room was exceptionally clean and well maintained. Received daily housekeeping service.

Regency Black Friday staycation
it is a beautiful hotel, the rooms are starting to get a bit dated. The pool is not great at all, the water was freezing, there was no shallow entry for children, it was very hard to get to. It is located in a far off, strange, hidden corner, if your kids like to swim this is not the hotel book. Also, I think the rooms are a bit over priced.
