Top Notch Experience
Late November was my third time here to the Hyatt Belgrade. It is the only place I would stay in Belgrade. The staff is amazingly kind and responsive and the hotel amenities are what you would expect from a world class property. Love this hotel. It feels like home.

Best hotel in town
Personel and hotel was extraclass! The room was amazing. This is the best breakfast in Belgrade. We travel since 15y to Belgrade and stay always in the Hyatt Regency which is the very best hotel in town

People smoke tobacco inside the hotel!
This hotel would have been a wonderful asset for the travelers if the hotel management issues a ban on smoking tobacco inside the hotel/restaurants and tea room. There is no pleasure in eating delicious food being surrounded by heavy tobacco smoke. For that reason this is not a kid-friendly hotel! All my clothes smells like tobacco now! The rooms are dated but functional. The spa was pretty nice, they have a jacuzzi and a pool on the ground floor. The customer service was great, very kind people. We needed a taxi to the airport at 3:30am and we got the help needed. Food variety is pretty good. We enjoyed the food from the Metropolitan restaurant.

Great attention
All staff is kind and with an excellent quality service. Room was clean and with a great view. Is near to the airport to it is a great location for a business trip. I'll be back for the next business trip.

Great experience!
Great reception, room with great view, super clean and big. Breakfest with a great diversity and polite people serving us. It was great to see how people were treating me well. Location very close to the city and to the airport, allowed me to do a perfect planning of my visit. Quality of the food has been superior too.

THE Hayat is on top as always!!
Excellent hotel! The Club Lounge meets guests' expectations and the staff is very professional and accommodating. Breakfast is very varied. All services and room layout are harmoniously combined. The location of the hotel is very convenient for those traveling through Serbia in transit.

Nice stay, very good breakfast!
First time in this hotel. Big room, very good breakfast. The lobby looks very nice with plants and a water flow. I have used the nice pool and sauna 2 evenings. Walking to the oldtown took me 15min. Walking to the castle is about 30-40min.

Good place for business and private stay
Comfortable hotel in good location. Good food. Serbian and international cuisine. Friendly staff. Even you drink tea, not coffee, what is not very popular in Serbia, you will get the kettle in your room.

The most beautiful hotel I was at!
Hyatt Belgrade Hotel is beyond an expectation. From variety of breakfast options, through the best hospitality, cleanness of the rooms, up until the perfect and very clean spa area. Everything was 5 * ! We are coming back there with our baby over and over, and will keep coming back always when we are in Belgrade. Thank you!
