Top Tier Stay

Hotel was CLEAN and the service was stellar. Will be back in September for another stay. The staff was also very kind as well. I had a HORRIBLE experience with the Hilton in LA a few weeks back and The Hyatt really showed out for my family and I.

Contemporary hotel, nice, clean, and convenient location

Room is very spacious, clean, and nice. Front desk staff are very helpful and friendly. Check in and out was easy and quick. I requested a microwave and by the time I brought my luggage into the room the microwave was there already. There is a mini fridge in the room, not much space other than a few bottles of water. The floor is wood/vinyl, no carpet so some may not be used to that. There is a hanging rack for clothes but no closet or chest drawers so that's another thing to get used to. Bed and pillows are quite soft and can be a little sagging. Room service was provided daily without being asked, which was very nice because many hotels during Covid time (and continue on now) reduced room services and only provided upon request or if the stay was long enough. They save a lot of money with that change, yet, they don't pass on the savings to customers, which is not fair. The location is very convenient, 2 - 3 miles to freeway 101. The hotel is next to a theater, walking distance to many nice restaurants (Pacific Catch, Mizu, Chef Chu's - the owner is the father of the director of the movie "Crazy Rich Asians"?) and stores: Trader Joe's, Safeway, Target, and also 24's hour Fitness. On the weekend, Saturday, there is a farmer market nearby just a few miles away. Stanford University is about 7 - 8 miles away and San Franscisco airport is 25-minute drive away. I definitely will stay again if I'm in the area.

New, stylish and convenient

This hotel is above the average standard of Hyatt Centric. It feels like a new property, with very well maintained rooms. I received two bottles of Fiji water every day as a loyalty member. The restaurant has a wide range of breakfast options - the avocado toasts and sweet potato waffles were spot on. Also within walking distance to Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Safeway and a strip mall with good restaurants and boba.
