Definitely a place to stay

Rooms were very clean and spacious!!. All the staff provided excellent customer service and was very helpful!!. The food, drinks, pool and location was perfect!!. The Hotel is also connected to the mall

My Home away from My Home

I have stayed here at the Centric many many times, actually since it opened. This Hotel just keeps get better & better. Recently I got COVID and this Hotel GM Leadership of Gabriel Borralles & his team of Professionals couldn’t do enough to help me, make me as comfortable as possible, while keeping the other Guest & Staffers safe. The care & Professionalism was overwhelming. As a Leader myself, I would like to acknowledge this “extraordinary” Teams: The best Breakfast & Crew I’ve ever had the pleasure to be served by : Luis Zayas ( Breakfast chef) Antonio & Jaudro - The Servers for All Shifts: Yaki, - Abi ( Tamara ) - William -Raquel- Michele- Gabriela- Platero- Marvin - Eduardo ( coffee shop ) <> THE BAR CREW: Salvador & Jaqueline, 2 Great Mixologists <> These beautiful young people are simply THE BEST IN THIS BUSINESS & SAN SALVAODR ! ! ! ! FRONT DESK & office: Lead By: Alejandra Duran (simply stated AMAZING leader ) & her staff of Lula, Adrian, Daniella, Saul, & Jaime… Such an awesome TEAM Least not forget; The Bellboy: Fernando; The Housekeeper Claudia & The Little Laundry Lady & The back Office staff of Ximena Alamirano, the incomparable Raquel & Michele…. Hyatt Centric San Salvador

The Hyatt Centric in San Salvador was situated in a part of the city with accessibility to various restaurants, plazas, and tourist destinations. The overall experience was unforgettable and impressive with great staff, great views, and a stupendous room.
