. There is no noise isolation in the rooms. Also the check in process was slow and unresponsive. Rooms are very clean despite the issues about noise. I am not sure how someone is able to sleep with such thin walls. 

Paper thin walls

The staff is Amazing,,Welcoming, Attentive, Friendly,Great Costumer Service,.They made  feel like I was home. They let me know  when  my packages arrived.The hotel is close to everything, The room is  spacious. The  pool is nice and clean. The hotel is pet friendly. I ABSOLUTELY recommend  the hotel.

Great Hotel

This hotel has excellent staff that go above and beyond. The room was clean, bathroom spacious, and each room had a small balcony that was great for morning coffee. From check-in, to onsite restaurant, to room service, to ease of check out - great!! I'll be back.

Exceptional service, food and location

Location, valet parking excellent but rooms should be throughly inspected before customer(s) arrives. The restaurant needs to better price their items on menu. Front desk were awesome. Pool hours should be extended during the weekends. 

Mini-Vacay

Very refreshing facility. I had just come from a conference in Charlotte, NC, and the hotel was very underpar!  I needed this! I will be back. Great facilities and staff. The room was very modern, clean, and comfortable. The views great! Breakfast was very good as well. Wish I had more time there, but business is business. 

Beautiful Hotel

By and large, one of the best Hyatt experiences we have had since becoming World of Hyatt members in 2019. The level of service I received at check-in was 5+ stars and I really felt special as a loyal resident of the chain. The room was spotless, as was the entire hotel, and everyone greeted us with smiles and were available to help. Additionally, the service we received at the restaurant/bar while enjoying our welcome drinks was amazing. Everything was. Definitely returning and recommending!

Exceptional Experience

Went on a 5 day stay over Labor Day weekend and this hotel and its service made me fall in love with Miami even more and trust me I truly love that city ! Between the cleanliness , attentiveness and hospitality I truly wish I wasn’t going back home to nyc 

THE BEST

Very clean, rooms were great, the restaurant staff was excellent. The food was very good. The only thing is that there are not many things to do within walking distance. It is an ideal place if you are traveling for business

So I have 3 people to recognize:
Kenny - helped me gather forms needed while others left me wanting. 
Cheyenne - extremely helpful to me and courteous. She was crucial is helping me enjoy my time in Brickell area. 
Nadja (think I have her name right) - took my phone call prior to check in and helped make sure I was taken care of prior to arrival. 

Hidden gem

The staff was helpful, friendly and FUN! We stayed the night before a cruise, and it was perfect. Great location, easy access to the port and the staff was remarkable! I wish our stay had been longer! 

Excellent Service

Great Location close to many attractions and restaurants .. nice clean and quiet.. need new towels… the price was on the mid range considering you are in Miami however be ware of 40$ Svc fee and 40$ valley parking/ night

Great location

I have never felt so disrespected staying anywhere before.we were treated poorly since we walked through the door. We made to feel we were bothersome when requested basic hotel necessities such as towels, asking which floor the ice maker was on, and restaurant hours since we checked in after midnight. It was a disaster from the time our driver unloaded our bags. Hyatt needs friendly and welcome staff to greet guests regardless of the time they arrive. Awful. Just awful. 

Not customer service oriented

Beautiful and relaxing room overlooking the waterfront area. Outstanding customer service. All of our requests were met. Front desk staff were respectful and attentive to all of our needs. Rooftop pool and bar were a great amenity! Beautiful views!

Relaxing experience!

Overall it was great stay . One of the cleanest hotels in the area . The staff was great and very attentive . Had no issues with anything at all except that one of the blankets had a blood stain on it.

Great Stay

We were a family of 4. Very pleased with the large rooms and the shower. Also the swimming pool was great after a long day out. Location is good. There are restautants and a large shopping centre walking distance. We used Uber for the rest. Nice bakery next to the hotel for breakfast.

Traveled with my partner celebrating both our anniversary and my birthday. Hyatt Centric did not disappoint in any way. LOVED every minute of my stay and I cannot wait to return! All staff members were lovely. <3

Amazing Stay

We travel a lot for business and personal. Worst Hyatt we ever stayed at. Rooms were not clean thoroughly. Sheets still had stains. Floors was not vacuumed and mopped for sure. Bathroom still had pubic hair on floor and toilet. 
We waited so long to check in, but it’s normal for downtown area. Everything was just a delay from food or drinks. 
I guess the best thing was the valet of my vehicle .Those two guys were awesome. Of course I tipped them good. Next time we visit Miami downtown, We definitely not staying there. I usually never complain, but just coming back from Kentucky and Europe this summer. This was not what I expected. Sorry 

Not happy

Enjoyed my time here - loved the 2hour complimentary e-bike. I rode over the bridge to Biscayne Key, walked though the beach, and traveled to brickell aves great eats! I would definitely recommend this!   

great stay!

I read some of the reviews before I went which were not so favorable but because of its convenient location, I booked it anyway and I am SO happy that I did. I wasn’t disappointed at all. The hotel/rooms were just beautiful, very clean and most of the staff went above and beyond. The pool, perfect location. The restaurant I would have given it 100 if I could, it was fantastic. If I had to say anything negative it would be the valet upon check-in and the next day, they were rude and appeared to be having a bad day, but the rest of the staff and time made up for it. It was a great mini trip that my grandkids enjoyed and the hotel made that happen. Just beautiful. 

Excellent Hotel.

Really enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great but I wish the entrance was more efficient. There needs to be multiple lanes to the entrance so traffic can easily flow or more valets. It’s also crazy that it’s not covered for the crazy Miami rain. Will definitely be back!

A great weekend getaway

A great property in a great neighborhood!  Stayed for two nights and used the hotel's  bicycles to explore paths and beaches near the property. So much fun!  Also enjoyed happy hour at the rooftop pool.  Lots of great restaurants in walking distance and will definitely be back for a return visit.

Great Brickell location!

Rate quoted online not what we were charged. Had to pay $75 more a night for a room to accommodate a couple. Scammed into paying more when they had a room with no extra charge that would have accommodated us. Had loud construction noises that woke us up every morning from the unit above us, drilling and hammering.

Horrible service

My first impression when I arrived at the hotel was worrying, as the floor was dirty, the towel had holes in it and the shower was bad. I asked the maid to clean the hotel. I said that the floor was very dirty (I had to wipe my feet before getting into bed), the towels were dirty and I needed to take out the garbage and the only thing that was done was to change the towel. Disappointing hotel and I will never stay at a Hyatt hotel again.

Bad experience

Hyatt Globalist, come to Miami a few times a year. Wasn't greeted or acknowledged as a Globalist at check-in, but was given a suite upgrade after asking about it and the suite was spacious and quiet. Enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, the gym, the pool and the late checkout. The staff is professional and provided great service all around. The bikes weren't initially working, but a service technician ultimately fixed them, so it was neat to have a free hour or so to bike around Brickell and go to Whole Foods.

Only you know what type of a trip you're taking to Miami and what experience you want. If you want the South Beach experience, then it's probably smarter to stay at the Centric South Beach. I love Brickell, Wynwood and the Design District, for all of the restaurant and night life options, so I wanted to stay there. This hotel makes you feel like you're a local because it's tucked away on a quiet street, amongst condo highrises. Easy walk to Brickell City Center. Easy Lyft/Uber to Kaseya Center for a game. Easy walk/Lyft to all the hot restaurants.

Probably the closest Hyatt comp is the Hyatt Regency Brickell, which I've also stayed at. The Centric is more intimate, and has a more boutique-y feel to it. Also, it's more modern.

The Place to Stay in Brickell if You want to Feel Like a Local

2 night stay. Overall decent stay. Pool closes at 8. I wish it stayed open longer. Cleanliness of the beds could have been better. Rooms are spacious. However, walls were thin and could hear conversations through the wall. Cafe was nice and bartender was awesome! The best thing I liked was the location and beautiful view!

Great view and location

Amazing staff at hotel and restaurant. Can’t wait to come back! Cana restaurant has amazing breakfast (and lunch etc) which the whole family enjoyed. Great location, pool on rooftop so great views of Miami. Front desk staff was super responsive and friendly. 

Two week stay with family

This hotel is a good value for the area. All the rooms have some view of the water though try to get a high floor for the best experience. This a great spot for travelers with business in Brickell. The neighborhood has a lot of residences with tons of people walking dogs (watch your step). The hotel is showing signs of age. The floors are laminate and they are showing wear with loose boards and chunks out of the floor. The wallpaper in many rooms is stained in spots. Their lighting is confusing and many functions are not working it making it even more challenging to figure out. The bedding is even starting to show some wear with worn out sheets and pillow cases. It was once a modern and nicely appointed hotel with a very good price. Now it is good, possibly average. If it were not for the peaceful view, I'd go elsewhere. In fact, I probably will next time I am in town for work. 

Great views of the water, aging rooms

The restaurant offerings for breakfast and dinner were very good and there are also many restaurants within 5 and 20 minute walks or you can use the overhead tram.  The hotel balconies and view was very pleasant and the room itself was very modern while being very comfortable.

Great Staff, Property, and Location for visiting Miami

Great Hotel, well located, roof top pool is magical.  Great Fitness room even if it is small.  Clean facility, great staff. Highly recommended. You will not regret to select this hotel. I would return anytime. 

Surprisingly awesome.

I enjoyed my stay tremendously. I enjoyed the hotel decor and the chic design. The Rooftop pool was awesome. My room was large and the view from the balcony was very nice. The front desk was exceptionally nice and accommodated my early arrival. They found me a room so the I didn't have to wait 6 hrs. 

The hotel feels and appears understaffed. Hallways dirty, same garbage for days. Housekeeping never appeared, no water bottles, no clean towels. Baggage arrived to our room one hour after check in. It appears they are lowering their service standards.

Our recent stay was in preparation for a cruise. Our room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant was delicious. The servers were very kind. Will return on our next trip.

Wonderful experience

Our room had a great Bay view and we loved the layout and amenities (towels, soaps, etc.)

Our room could have been slightly cleaner upon entry, as there were clumps of dust balls and hair in some corners. But the housekeeping staff did an amazing job cleaning each day.

By far, the highlight for us was the Caña Restaurant and Lounge.

All the Caña staff: Felipe, Erica, Danny, and the younger woman Brazilian server were fantastic. They took great care of us during unexpected inclement weather. They were friendly, remembered us each day, and went out of their way to make our experience and meals first-class.

The food was also fantastic. They make the best pancakes I’ve ever had!

The hotel location is also central to everything in downtown and Brickell.

We will definitely come back for our next visit to Brickell and Miami!

An excellent place to stay in Brickell/Miami

Well located and good installations in the hotel. Good experience overall. I stayed there for a training course, the activities were developed without any issue, with a great help from Juan Jose, who took care of our meals all the time

Good stay

Clean and comfortable rooms. Beautiful rooftop pool and great service. The food was delicious. Would stay here again, it’s also close to many great restaurants and shopping. Great views from the room as well

Great place

Poor air quality in this hotel. The entire air system needs to be cleaned and de-molded.   Never have I been so not well as the time I was in this hotel.  Everything else was nice including the food and rooms were clean.  But the room was completely contaminated by something.                                                                                                             

Don't stay here if you have allergies

I would highly recommend the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami for those staying in the Miami area, especially before or after a cruise vacation out of the Port of Miami.  The property was well appointed and in great condition.  Moreover, the staff at this location was phenomenal.  They were very responsive to any needs we had during our stay, and always met us with a warm and welcoming attitude.

Special shout out to China for making our check-in process an exceptional one.  We will certainly be back!   

Simply Outstanding!

I chose this resort because it seemed more legit than the other choices in Brickell (other resorts at a similar price point were brands that I had never heard of).  I thought that my bay-view king room was extremely comfortable with its very large bathroom and plenty of space for me and my husband to spread out.  We didn't eat at the restaurants but enjoyed complimentary mimosas upon check out on Sunday.  It costed $41 to valet the car for one night but it kind of beats the headache of parking on the street.  I saw a Tesla get towed due to a parking violation for sure.   We checked out of the room at 1pm and the hotel was nice enough to grant us access to the pool before our road trip home.  I would stay here again.

Great Choice in Brickell

Amazing place in a great location. Electric bikes were a nice surprise ! Staff was helpful, professional, good taste, clean and spacious bathroom.  Breakfast was very nice with a lot of choices. Would recommend .

Clean, amazing location, very nice staff. Loved it and coming back .

Very clean. Very convenient. Centrally located. Great view. Close to great entertainment. The only thing I would add is a transport service to and from the airport to make things easier on the guests.

Miami Hyatt Centric Brickell hotel

Very nice hotel.  In the city close to the ocean.  Beautiful view from the balcony.  Clean spacious worth the chance to spoil yourself.  Bar and Restaurant on site convenient and staff was very attentive.  Food was delicious. 

Vacation stay

Early checking assistance, superber hotel with a nice Cuban artistic and culture vibe to it, great location and friendly staff. Overall very clean and Cana restaurant is superb and Philippe my waiter did a great job.

Fun Trip

Terrible, the hotel charged me 300$ (40-41$ a day) for valet when I only used the valet once and never moved or even used my car until 3 days later when we left. The 3 nights already costed 1030$. The drinks at the pool are listed between 8-10$ but they charged me 15 for a super small cup of alcohol. Absurd prices. Never will I come back

Don’t waste your money

I had zero problems checking in I was able to get the extra help I needed so I could check my bags so i wasn’t worried about packing them around and having to worry about my bags and kids, made my trip was less worrisome and I enjoyed my stay in this very clean and professional hotel. Not to mention the staff were amazing nice and helpful. 

Great service

The front desk manager was very rude and unprofessional. He treat me and my partner as if we were criminals. Two days into our stay, they refused to give my partner his car keys and said we owed them money. My partner explained he’ll get his wallet out the car, they said no! Therefore, I had to cut my zoom call short and made my way to reception for the manager to be very rude to me. I paid for the stay on my card with no problems and there was no apology for the confusion, inconvenience or nothing. However, this was all confusing to me as during check in, I offered my card over and they told me to wait till the end of my stay. 

I will not be returning as I find it completely unacceptable how the manager dealt with the situation. 

Also rooms floors were all damaged and broken. 

Front desk manger

For the price paid per room, much better was expected, considering other accommodations at other Hyatts, Marriots, Hiltons, etc. The balconies are pure cement, the floors of the rooms are poorly glued. The gym is toy and small. The pool is spacious, as are the rooms. The attention of the cleaning staff is very good. Those at breakfast too, but very inefficient and uncoordinated. The entrance staff to the building is not formal and they attend to the fast.
I would not go back.

It is an expensive Hyatt, with poor finishes, a very small gym.

Exceptional stay in all respects

Check in staff was great. The hotel accommodations were very misleading. I’ll start by saying our room wasn’t not cleaned everyday. We’d be out all day and to come back to a dirty room and bathroom. Our room was only cleaned once in a 5 day stay, which is unacceptable. They made us do a raffle soon arrival, I won free breakfast for two. When we went to use this credit the restaurant upstairs said we needed to charge it to the room. When checking out they added the fees from our suppose free breakfast. Lastly ordering room service was a joke. We tried ordering it 3 different times during our stay but they never came. Constantly ordering clean towels. Also some of the staff were very unhelpful. One staff member let me into another guests room will not return

I Loved The Security, Throughout The Building Key For Everything, My Most Pleasure Was The Balcony, got great shots of the full moon and people watch, The Cana Restaurant Was Marvelous Great Views From Every Side, Love Their Cigar Box Receipt, Had To Bring 1 Home💋

I Enjoyed it, Happy New Years

My husband and I booked here last minute on NYE because our apartment AC stopped working. We were in a bind and wanted to find a place nearby where we would be celebrating and close to home to avoid too much back and forth with our luggage. We were so happy with our stay. Very good location in brickell, everything is super walkable. Really clean hotel and attentive hotel staff. The rooms were updated and the AC was wonderful!!! Would recommend this hotel to others. 

Really wonderful hotel stay

Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami is a great place to stay in Miami. The staff is excellent and super friendly. We were there with a large group for  a football game and I heard nothing but great compliments about the hotel and the staff! 5-Star all the way!

HCB Rocks

View, roof top pool, hot tub - these were the obviously great parts of this hotel.   A very nice bed as expected at a Hyatt, but particularly nice down pillows.   The AC worked beautifully, which is very important to us.   Very spacious room, fast elevators, and friendly service.  I received all the little perks of being a Hyatt member with "status" without having to ask.  Minor negatives, the room decor is basic and the shower water pressure pretty poor.  

Great view, warm roof top pool, lovely pillows

This is a the best hotel we have stayed during this trip. It is close to a Metromover station and walkable to downtown. The room and bath are large, modern and clean. A heated pool and hot tub are located on the top floor. 

The check-in staff kindly upgraded us to a room in a high floor with bay view. When we asked for a knife to cut our fruit, the kitchen staff on the second floor kindly cut it for us. The valet and luggage persons were also quick and very friendly.


Nice 4-star hotel in good location

Not quite five stars but a great hotel with good amenities and attentive staff. Our room had a balcony with a gorgeous view of the bay. The furnishings and decor were nice but had visible signs of wear. The heated rooftop pool was a plus. We stayed five nights and had breakfast most days at the second floor restaurant. The food was delicious. We would definitely stay here again.

Very Good Hotel

The hotel is in a good location and its amenities, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Fitness Canter and bicycle access are very good. There is a rooftop bar next to the pool and a decent restaurant on the second floor. I find resort fees unacceptable and in this case it’s called a destination fee either way if it’s charged in the room rate that would be more honest and at least acceptable to me. Parking is extra. 

Perfect location for the Port of Miami

Everything was great other than the parking and destination FEES. I searched on Google Travel for hotels with Free Parking. It was valet only and upon check out I was charged $41 for the valet and a $40 destination fee. So the hotel room with fees included was advertised as $232. After check out I had to pay a total of $313. If I would have know this I would have chosen another hotel. I was trying to stick close to $250  or under budget.

Parking Fee

Great value and a hidden gem off the beaten path in Brickell. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a reasonable price without sacrificing quality. A visit to the second floor restaurant is a must. Food was spectacular! 

Hidden Gem

loved this hotel, very clean, staff very friendly and respectful!  Views are amazing, all in all it was a good experience and will definitely stay here again and recommend to others. Conference rooms on the 19th floor were freezing and food was cold but other than that, it was a good stay.

Excellent Stay

The check in process was a little rocky at first but they quickly got the situation taken care of. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were beautiful! I recommend the Restuarant in the hotel as well!

Nice hotel

The flooring was not glue or hammered. The planks were loose and  the move back and forth. As week the same flooring including the bathroom floor was dirty and before taking a shower the tile of the shower turned black after step in.

Post Cruise stay

Everything was perfect, room was clean, staffs happy to help, the restaurant on the second floor just amazing. The views out side of the hotel perfect. Overall, everything was great and I could recommend the hotel to my family, friends and others. Thanks 

Everything was perfect!

overall my stay was nice, the rooms were clean and nice with pretty views. a little difficult to use phone as a digital key especially with elevator/pool but it was doable, the physical room key was easier. the pool was nice with beautiful sunsets. drink options at pool were limited but the bartender made delicious drinks with what was available.

stay at hyatt centric brickell

I stayed on the 16th floor with water view and it was wonderful also location perfect to enjoy the city life with restaurants such as Crazy about You, and bars like El Tucan also short walk to shops the city centre and Mary Brickell :)

Perfect Location and Views!

The hotel was very clean and very nicely decorated. I ate at the restaurant for dinner and it was top notch as well. The location was great to take a nice walk along the water. It was definitely worth it!

Highly recommend!

We chose the Hotel since we are World of Hyatt members and the location was good as we needed proximity to Miami International Airport due to a very early flight.  The hotel was clean, service was perfect and the Cuban cuisine at Cana restaurant was delicious.  A very delightful evening and we left some items in the room when we checked out.  The hotel notified us immediately by email and shipped the items to us within a day.  The items were very valuable and left in the safe.  Very honest and very much appreciated how the hotel handled the situation.  We would stay there again in a minute!

Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami

I will stay there anytime that i am in miami. very clean place. I love the pool. Easy access. the service is standard. i am a fan of Hyatt. I have absolutely zero reason to change. I hope in the future Hyatt start accepting pets.

great customer services

Great modern hotel, excellent staff and clean comfortable rooms.  Best location able to walk everywhere in Brickell area… restaurants, bars, shops.  Excellent bay views with dog park accross the street…. Great Hotel!

Great Hotel, perfect location!

We spent the weekend in Miami at the Centric for a get-together with friends from all over the country.  The rooftop pool was beautiful and the area there was so big.  The only drawback is both the pool and the pool bar closed at 8.  That was where we planned to spend the evening.  But it was wonderful during the time it was open.  Food was very good and staff were all very welcoming.  Had a great time!

Outstanding Service and Great Rooftop Pool

Great location in walking distance to shopping, cafe's and restaurants of all kinds!  Clean and beautiful room and view of the water with attentive staff!  The Cana restaurant in the hotel had amazing food for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the staff was great!

Excellent

Hyatt was everything I was hoping to be. Second floor restaurant is experience on its own. Ocean view and balcony made my experience much more enjoyable. Thank you for excellent service and wonderful experience.

Overall a great experience. Next time we are in Miami, we will definitely be staying at the Hyatt Centric. The entire staff was very professional and helpful. The location was great for our stay as well. Great job!

Vacation

If you are expecting to be able to charge your EV, they do not have one on site.  You will be charged $15 an hour, though there are multiple parking garages around 7th-8th area near the Lucid Dealership.  Go there instead during a meal or something and just pay for their parking fee instead.  

Unfortunately we had an adjoining room where multiple people came back drunk and yapped it up loudly at 4am and 5am in the morning.   You can hear everything through the adjoining doors.

Hotel has a great location and regardless of the loud mouths and the expected charging fiasco, we would stay there again.

No Tesla Charging on site

Simply put we were blown away by our stay... we truly appreciated our stay at the Hyatt Centric Brickell Miami.. The staff was extremely professional and The manager Ms. Samantha Ashbel was absolutely  phenomenal she went out of her way to make sure our stay was the best ever and it was we will be staying here every time we visit Miami... Thanks Samantha your the Best! 

One of the hotels we've stayed in

The hotel was adequate. The restaurant was easily accessible and staff was very accommodating.

The DESTINATION FEE of $40 per night did not provide any additional perks. Rip off to the customer to say the least.

Beautiful hotel. Wonderful staff. Hotel restaurant has great food. My room had a beautiful view of the bay.  Room was nice clean and updated. Nice pool with bar and you can order food from the restaurant from there.  

Hotel with great views of the bay

We booked the hotel because it was a good price per night (around $260). When checking in, we were charged $40 destination fee plus a $40 parking fee. Both which were not mentioned at the time of the booking. 

Hidden Fees

Service is second to none, rooms are very clean and the bathroom pristine. Valet parking is quite expensive but you're in Brickell that's a standard and you get unlimited in and outs with the car at the door. Staff is English and Spanish speaking so you will feel very comfortable if you're not an English speaking person. But the best part is how comfy the bed was, it actually made me want to change my house mattress.

One of the best views in Brickell, service is amazing.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms and lobby. Restaurant was nice food was good. Had a great view of the bay, convenient location from airport and was in a good location of hot spots to eat, drink, and shop in Miami.

Great Hotel!

Hyatt Centric Brickell was a great hotel experience.  The hotel was clean and elegant and the staff was friendly and helpful.  Our room had everything we needed for an awesome stay and we will definitely stay there again.  Wonderful location within Brickell.   Close to many restaurants as well as the Brickell City Centre.  


Great hotel experience!

Nice location in the middle of Brickell with walking distance to lots of good restaurants. Shopping is very close too. Very clean room and it smells fresh all the time. Great staff. The view from the balcony is beautiful. Highly recommended.

Very clean and professional staff

Stayed in the double Queen bed room with the balcony. The room & the bathroom were big & clean. No problem or noise during my stay. Enjoyed the pool too. Good customer service from the staff. Nice deli/market next door. Walking distance to Brickell City Centre (restaurant & retail). Overall, a good stay. 

Spacious and nice view

Love this place. Rooms are very nice, bid shower with water pressure. Property is well maintained. pools is spectacular and the staff is amazing. Great location and easy to get to the action if you want but quiet enough because its over by the water. Breakfast is great onsite. Ohhh and the beds and pillows are super comfy.

Stay here often...safe travels!

Always excellent Service great Brickell location with Views

Did not exceed my expectations. Too pricey to not be better. No parking options besides valet and rooms can definitely be more upgraded and tech savvy. The Brickell area is growing. All of the businesses in the area should grow as well. My stay wasn’t much better than a Residence Inn or Embassy. The only difference was the price. 

Just Okay

Located in downtown with good water view, nice roof top swimming pool, friendly staff with high quality service. Room is clean and elegant. Definitely will be back when visiting Miami next time. Thanks for the hospitality!

Nice hotel with friendly staff

Overall a very good place to stay. Liked the Keurig in the room. Just needed more cream. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was very clean. The shower had a seat in it and was updated, however the shower drain was very slow. The hall ways and street noise was loud at times. The sheets were clean yet very scratchy and pillows were very dense feathers which is not my preference.  I wish there was a small store for snacks and drinks.

Good hotel in downtown Miami

The property was very nice overall. The 2 queen suite was spacious with a nice sitting area and decent sized balcony. Any requests made were attended to promptly. Good location. No Microwaves in room or on floor, but the room did have a mini fridge. I would stay here again. 

Hyatt Centric Brickell

Amazing service (especially in the restaurant). Walking distance to all major attractions and restaurants in Brickell. The hotel room was impeccably clean, spacious and the view from the balcony made us extend our stay from 3 to 7 nights. Will definitely be our place to go back to again and again in Miami. 

Location, location and location

The Hyatt Centric Brickell acted as a phenomenal base of operations for a vacation experience planned by my men's group. Geographically it is perfectly placed to access South Beach, Downtown, North Bay, and more. The staff are very friendly and the amenities in the hotel are top class. The hotel restaurant is just as nice the surrounding local businesses and the presentation of the food is excellent. Overall, this is an amazing place to stay!

Great Home Base for Vacation

I love everything about this place great places to eat down town it’s close to the water love the city view and other times love the water view I stay here every time I come to Miami great service the ppl treat you wit respect 

Best Stay

At the time of check-in, they deducted 350 dollars from each room, today is August 16 and we have not yet received the refund of the money for rooms 908 and 904 (350 dollars). In addition, I consider that the hotel is pure photos, it is more beautiful in the photos that really what it really is, we wanted much more.

Overall hotel was really clean , the gym was tiny and the amount of chairs for the pool area was not enough. Especially on weekends there was no room to sit. Cleaning service did not come everyday but the customer service and staff at the hotel were exceptional. 

Overall decent hotel

We checked in as Disney Cruise line guests. The gentleman checking us in did not know anything about the procedures for Disney guests and our reservation was only listed for one day and we had reserved two. When we went to the desk the next day the woman there gave us incorrect paperwork with the wrong times for the Disney bus to the Terminal. She nor anyone else told us there would be a Disney Representative in the lobby in the evening and we were very fortunate to meet her by pure chance and get the correct information or we would have missed the bus. Also, the only restaurant on site was very expensive with very limited choices. The pool was closed the one afternoon we wanted to use it.  The flooring in our room was in deplorable condition.  There were noticeable gaps in between the floorboards.  We couldn't believe they rented a room in that condition.

Never Again

Beautiful views restaurants in walking distance nice deli next to hotel also good restaurant located in hotel. Cuban restaurant in hotel. Deli next to hotel has food as well. Felt safe walking at night

Good location

Check-in was a breeze. The young man at check-in was the consummate professional, which often sets the tone for the stay.  Clean, modern rooms with very comfortable beds.  Prime location, set on one of the quieter streets in Brickell.  A peaceful night’s sleep. 

Trendy, comfortable, business casual hotel in a prime location

We stayed here prior to a cruise from Port Miami on the Disney Dream. We found the location to be fabulous and the staff wonderful. The room was spacious and comfortable and the balcony offered beautiful views of the city. We would absolutely stay here again. 

Fabulous Pre Cruise Stay

Be aware that property does not have parking space, it only offers valet service for $41 a night. There is also a $100 deposit required per night, this begins to add up when you spend 4-5 day at this property.

The room seemed dated and could be better maintained. The pillows were extremely hard and heavy.  Walls are thin and music can be heard from cleaning crews in the morning. The front staff was not as courteous as one would expect on a property of this level.

Pool is really nice and location is close to downtown restaurants.   The pool is shared with an adjacent property,  might get crowded.

Overall, we would probably look for a different hotel in the area.  

Customer Service could be better

The hotel is only a few minutes away from the Brickell Shopping Center and fine dining restaurants. The property was clean and the staff exceeded my expectations. 
I am already planning my next visit with extended members of my family. 

Exceptional

Honestly, the Hyatt has declined a lot, I was expecting a hotel that would make me want to comeback countless times and instead I found a place that it is quite simply an overpriced 3 star hotel. Although the staff was nice and courteous. I cannot justify the cost of staying there in comparison with something like the Mandarin Express or a JW Mariott or Any of the Top Hilton Hotels... In all honesty, I think they could do better

Not what it used to be

The hotel is beautiful and is located right on the heart of Brickell. It was spotless clean in the rooms. But unfortunately their front desk staff are young and unprofessional and unorganized. They made the experience horrible from the check in process to the pool staff made it to where I don’t think that my family and I would pay the rate again to stay there.
