Family Plan Policy
Children aged 12 and under stay for free in existing room bedding.
ID Requirement
For security purposes, valid Indian government approved photo identification with address is required at check-in for all guests occupying the room. Acceptable forms include a driver’s license, passport, Aadhaar card, and/or voter ID. A copy will be made of the document at check-in for our records. Foreigners are mandated to provide a valid visa upon arrival before check-in.
Smoking Policy
All public areas within the hotel are non-smoking. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor smoking areas. Sale of tobacco and tobacco products to minors under the age of 18 is not permitted. Smoking in the rooms is strictly prohibited.
As per the notification dated 30th May 2008 issued by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, smoking in public places including hotels, restaurants, banquet halls, etc., is an offense and prohibited with effect from 2nd October 2008 by law.
Smoking in a non-smoking area or non-smoking room will attract a penalty of INR 2500 per occurrence per person.
Cancellation/Deposit Policy
All reservations are to be guaranteed with credit card, advance payment, or through company deposit. Hotel is authorised to charge no-shows or charges per reservation in case of non-arrival of guest. Reservation can be cancelled without any charge 72 hours in advance of check-in date, unless specified differently in standard reservation confirmation voucher issued by Hotel. Certain reservations are non-refundable and non-cancellable, in all such cases, credit card is charged at the time of booking/reservation. Entire stay amount including taxes will be charged in case of late cancellation or no-show.
Payment Policy
At the time of check-in, the hotel will collect room charges and taxes with approved credit card provided at check-in or alternative mode of payment provided for the entire stay reserved. In addition to the stay charges, the hotel will charge a certain value of incidental charges to avoid any disruption or inconvenience during your stay.
Outside Food and Beverage Policy
Hotel does allow outside food and beverages to be brought into the hotel. Outside food and beverage consumption by resident guests is considered at their own risk and the hotel will not be liable for any damage/inconvenience. The same is allowed only for resident guests to be consumed inside the guest room.
Guests are advised to take a personal driver or request a cab/taxi, and are strictly prohibited to drink and drive, as per the Indian law. Guests failing to abide or not announce at the time of drinks service will be held individually responsible for failing to cooperate and misleading the hotel.
Visitor Policy
Hotel does allow outside visitors who are not registered with the hotel in the guest room corridor or in the guest rooms till 10:00 PM. Guests meetings and entertainment are permitted in public areas and restaurants only. Photo ID proof and extra occupancy charges are mandatory for registering additional guests.

Bottled Water
To reduce the use of single-use plastics, our hotel no longer provides bottled water. Instead, you may easily fill your drinking vessel with drinking water available throughout the hotel.
