Classy, professional and friendly service. The hotel offers an oasis of peace away from the hustle and bustle of Venice. Murano is lovely but everything stops after 4/5ish. Speedboat transfer was brilliant, room was lovely, breakfast good, bar that overlooked canal was great. Staff were professional and friendly went the extra mile to make our stay as special as possible. Whole vibe was classy and relaxed.
