I enjoyed everything about my stay but I wish there was a quiet floors or area because there was an annoying kid that screamed in the corridor.

Food was extraordinary, I tried the Japanese cuisine and everything was delicious!

I also enjoy having my morning coffee in the lobby

A beautiful, well appointed premise blessed by staff that exhibit unlimited kindness and friendliness.
Perfect for our two night stay prior to the flight to Italy. Close to the beach, il Mercato and some decent restaurants.

Kindness and friendliness in abundance

Great location and great service offered by the staff. Clean rooms and nice beach and pool in resort. Very helpful staff, friendly and always smiling. 
I won't hesitate to recommend anyone this location for holiday or business travel .



Nice experience

I love this place, as i keep coming back and forth in the UAE for professional reasons, the staff here really makes me feel like home every time i'm here. I just love being here, and will be back every time i have the occasion.

Incredible staff, amazing place

My favorit especially compared with Raddison. I really like the facilities, food and the readiness to meet requested options such as the good wi-fi and really quite room. Thanks a lot!

Perfect!

I had a great stay at the Hyatt Centric which is a  modern hotel but has a lovely friendly feel to the place.
The hotel has a great location - very central but next to the beach.. I also want to praise the staff and facilities because as a wheelchair user they made my stay completely trouble free and did everything they could to accommodate my needs. Thank you!

Perfect stay

Stayed in Hyatt Centric as a stopover from a European holiday. The stay was for three days to see Dubai. The hotel and staff were great, above expectations, and accommodated our early arrival with a room ready. The hotel is out of the main city centre but close to the beach. Unfortunately the restaurants and shops at the beach were closed due to the time of year, late summer, and the weather too hot for the beach. I was there in November last year and the overall climate was great and everything open.
I would definitely recommend the hotel as a stopover place being only a short cab ride from everything especially with the level of facilities at the hotel and the staff above expectations


Stop over in Dubai

The location is good, its near I stayed at this recently built hotel and opted for a suite. Despite booking a one-bedroom suite, it felt rather compact compared to junior suites in other establishments. The hotel's proximity to the beach was a plus. However, I couldn't help but notice a significant lapse in the staff's hospitality etiquette. It would greatly benefit from improved training or even some staff changes.

3stars property

The hotel location is more strategic location with beautiful environmental scenary including the beach, Food outlets, Brand outlets and others are within the an average of 2 km to 3 km radius of the hotel.

My Feedback

Such a great hotel with amazing staff I just can't recommend this hotel enough. It made our anniversary experience so much better. Will definitely revisit again .The food  in the restaurant was delicious best food I've had .

Fantastic Hotel and Staff

The best place to stay in Dubai, near the beach and restaurants are walking distances. The gym in the hotel is excellent. Breakfast is top quality and everyone so helpful and nice. Pool very nice and clean.

Hyatt centric hotel Dubai

I enjoyed the exceptional customer service and the location of the property. They were very accommodating regardless who we spoke with at the front desk. I only had one problem with the sink clogged and the fixed it ASAP.

Great place

Should improve their customer service (Front desk & SPA), poor "a la carte" breakfast. Restaurants close early, except one that is over priced. Good & quiet location. Complementary access to nearby beach.

Good but could be much better

Stunning views from the balcony over the city. 
A beautiful swimming pool with attentive staff looking after all your needs. 
A really lovely place to unwind at the end of the day flooded with coloured lights to evoke the senses

Bright lights

While the hotel service is good, there are infrastructure issues.

The hotel is next to night club where the loud music goes on till 3am.  Any room facing water and ends with 01 will feel like you are in the middle of the club.

Hotel Internet is super slow, 20 mbps vs the regular 5G internet at 1000 mbps.  Not possible to get any video conference done inside the hotel.

The gym is basic without any weight machines.  



Noisy and slow internet

This was just a really enjoyable stay all around. First, we checked in and learned that we were randomly selected for upgraded to an executive suite. We checked in slightly early, and Aurielle was very helpful coordinating with the staff to prepare our room. My daughter and I were in town on Father's Day for a medical appointment so it was really great to have such a nice room overlooking La Mer with a panoramic view of the city. The small pool overlooks the inlet between the Hyatt Centric and Pearl Jumeirah, and there's a nice bar that has a modest selection of drinks. Really enjoyed the food. The menu is not extensive, but there are adequate options, each of which we enjoyed. The location across from La Mer is really convenient, and the staff was always willing to help us get a taxi quickly. The best perk at the hotel is the free use of the pools and the beach at the Dubai Marine Beach Resort and Spa. The shade and cool water was much needed in June. A great stay - We'll definitely be returning!

A Perfect Father’s Day Stay

Very flexible check in time, was very easy to communicate with the hotel and a smooth check in. Friendly staff, very helpful and professional, good location, walking distance to the beach, hotel is very new, room was pretty 

Flexible checkin time

Amazing stay here. Kudos to the staff who were very helpful and attentive. It’s very close to the beach and there’s also a swimming pool. If you get the room with balcony you can see Burj Kalifa  from it. 

Lovely stay.

A brilliant hotel, with fabulous dining, easy to access and just the right size. Brilliant gym too. I wouldn't stay here for a holiday, but it certainly was ideal for a business trip. The staff were incredibly accommodating. 

Fantastic Business Hotel

Hidden away in the city but in a beautiful location with a great restaurant, beach and views of the city and water. Staff is very nice too which makes the stay that much better. We're staying here again!

An absolute hidden gem for a staycation in Dubai.

Very nice newly built hotel in a nice location, away from downtown, while still close enough with a short ride. Excellent food. Still some development and construction happening down the road up on the seemingly newly land-reclaimed peninsula, but not something that is very bothersome.

Very nice hotel

Don't ever stay in Hyatt Centric Jumeirah, if you are on a family vacation. This was a very expensive hotel with low value for money it charges. They dont have a restaurant, they dont have a lounge, and no breakfast included with the suite. The money they charge is more than that charged by Executive Suite of Grand Hyatt, where we get breakfast, complimentary drinks, and all day access to Hi Tea and Snacks.

Hyatt Centric Jumeirah La Mer Dubai

Very special featuring hotel located popular Lamer beach ( North) Jumeirah 1. It was very pleasant experience since the moment of reached the front office of the hotel at the time of check in.  Staff are very friendly and helpful at all time   Room is very beautiful and clean as expected.  Delicious breakfast

Wonderful Location and high quality services

After staying at Hyatt Regency Dubai and Grand Hyatt Dubai, this Centric was the best. New, clean, nice, elegant, super service. Not too big, more like boutique hotel. Not too many guessts, no small kids, you can enjoy calm breakfast and relax nicely on swimming pool while reading book in peace. Also on beach is not crowded. Have in mind I am 40+.
. I was traveling with 2 teenagers and they liked the gym, pool and La Mer area with many places to go out.It is safe area with guards 24/7.
Supermarket, pharmacy, money exchange is 5min walk, Dubai Mall 5min by taxi. 
 I visited over 50 countries and 150 towns, too many 5* hotels (several in Dubai) and would highly recommend this hotel.

Just perfect hotel!

Conveniently located next to the beach, 15 mins from the airport, with a stunning view on the city skyline.
New decoration of the rooms and extremely comfortable bedding. The pool terrace is super cute and pleasant to relax after work day.

Fresh and comfortable

Everything was perfect. Staff amazing. Private beach area didn’t have a bar though. That was the only shame. We ended up by the pool instead every day. Was a bit disappointed they served foie gras. In this day and age, that level of cruelty should be avoided 

Brilliant

I’ve stayed there three times in one year. It’s a great value and provides excellent customer service. The beach club nearby is an added bonus. I prefer the La Mer area to Jumeirah. Closer to downtown Dubai and more laid back.

A great choice for beach

Very nice hotel,very stylish and modern.The location of the hotel was really great-next to La Mer Beach.

Wonderful holiday!

Great experience with our stay at Hyatt Centric, amazing staff and team members, very helpful, friendly, patient and nice, and we must highlight great food! Absolutely nothing to be complaining about, nice and very clean environment. We will come back and can only recommend for family vacation!

The Staff:
The staff at this particular Hyatt is not new anymore, one can overlook minor mistakes but if the property is now 2 years old the staff should know the tricks of the trade. As a seasoned Globalist traveller I had my worst experience at this particular Hyatt and will not stay again. Main reason being pestered by the staff about my purpose of visit. They even called me on my mobile multiple times when I was out at meetings asking where I was ! No one ever does that. Furthermore they treat you suspiciously when checking in - not sure what they are paranoid about. 

Great property , unfriendly and unhelpful staff

This is a beautiful hotel, in a great location. Staff are amazing, nothing is ever a problem and they are very helpful and responsive. This is our second time staying and it was excellent. Highly recommend for business or leisure. 

Fabulous hotel

Receptionist wanted to charge us a £50 per night credit as she felt we would run up a debt due to the colour of our skin and age. This was totally unethical. We will never stay hear again and will be positing online about our stay. This lady should be fired.

Racist reception

The Hyatt Centric at La Mer was a beautiful property, convenient to downtown but away from the crowds.  Nice pool, outdoor dining, beach access.  Front desk, restaurant staff, concierge were all all top notch.

Great new hotel in Dubai

Great hotel in a great location, with very efficient and friendly staff. In addition very good restaurant, with particularly good breakfast. There are also 2 very good restaurants facing the hotel, one with Uzbek cuisine the other is an Argentinian steak house.

The hotel is rather new. As I understand it was opened for over a year already but the constructions works are still not done. First, we were offered a room on the 1st floor where the construction was still on. Note that there is no skyline view on that level… we had to reduce the level of the room to get a decent view. The surroundings will be nice one day but for now there are a lot of construction sites in the neighbourhood. In the nighttime you can hear 3 night bars/ discos competing for customers even with all the windows closed in the room. 
The hotel has a private beach area with water and towels which is very nice.
The breakfast is very good quality “a la carte”. If you are ok with that, you will enjoy it. 
The pool is very small and the view is not inspiring at all - you will see the Dry docks of Dubai. 
The staff is friend but their help is limited to the boundaries of the hotel.
The good thing is the walking area by the beach line. Especially if you travel with kids or like that kind of entertainments. Lots of different restaurants and cafes.

Not my type

Our time at the hotel was very pleasant. Breakfast was good, gym is good, staff was very friendly and helpful and the location at the beach was nice, including the nearby restaurants. Only cons: spa personnel was not really friendly, and the ground floor restaurant is not that great.

Quite frankly we didn’t sleep for 3 nights we then left early to move to a hotel down on the palm jumeirah. Offered no refund for our remaining 6 night stay. 

Food was awful, pool unusable after 10:30 am due to sun positioning and also workers from the adjacent (very loud) building site next door sleeping in view of the pool. 

Overall I would avoid if possible and go for a resort. This hotel should only be considered a business hotel. 

Avoid avoid avoid

We had a wonderfull stay at the Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubai. Breakfast was incredible. The hotelroom was fantastic with a nice balcony looking out at the sea as the city as well, also the service was suberb. One of the few hotels in Dubai near the beach. Great place to stay, we can recommend this hotel to everyone, whether you travel for business or with family/children!

Great hotel!

This is a beautiful hotel. It took me months to chose which hotel to stay at in Dubai. I was celebrating my 50th birthday. On my special day,  I returned to the room and there was a birthday cake ad card waiting for me.  Also, the cutest puppy on the bed made from towels. The staff was amazing. My Junior suit was  beautiful. It had 3 floor to ceiling views of the sea. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel is new. It’s beautifully decorated with modern furniture. The location is perfect. It’s close to several malls and a 12 minute ride down. This was our first trip to Dubai and we rented a car for the entire week. On-site parking was easily accessible & valet. I would definitely stay here again but on a higher floor. 

Amazing 50th birthday celebration

Nice hotel with friendly staff. Standard rooms are nicely decorated with fantastic view from the balcony. Ask for a higher floor. Food choice in the restaurant was very good. Good location close to many restaurants is a bonus. Recommended for business as well as for couples.

Business stay in Hyatt Centric

Far away from 5 stars. Very noisy due to building works and night clubs across the road. Although hotel is considered to be new, there are some issues like sewage smell in the room etc. Rooms are very simple, not in correlation with price charged.

Unfortunately hotel price is not in correlation with services offered.

It exceeded my expectation as the hotel was super clean & the room interior was very beautiful. Of course Dubai view was adding a great value to the stay. The Spa Centre was really great and the service was brilliant. 

Great Experience

Since when we arrived the check in was very quick and professional. The size and clean of the room are very high. Nothing is missing on the room. If you want to go to the beach there is a very nice beach La Mer, with the hotel establishment. I really appreciated the soft touch of the staff not intrusive at all!!! I loved as well the position of the hotel and all the shops and restaurants around.

Amazing stay!

This hotel is located in Jumeirah 1 area on the beach. Very close to shops, restaurants, yoga studio, Nail Bar etc, which means you dont have to take taxis all the time. The hotel itself has a very welcoming and cool entrance lobby! Good vibes- and the staff is very friendly.

Love this place! Great location and vibe!

Ive just recently spent 14 days at this hotel for holiday purposes. It was extremely comfortable and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay wonderful. Food was great.... private beach was highlight!.. Close to some great restaurants and a great supermarket! Was just easy to get everywhere and taxis we cheap and easy to get!!

Hyatt Centric - a great place to stay!!

New property (less than 2 years) - Beautiful Interior - Extremely comfortable Bed. Friendly and sweet staff. Best room for me based on the view 0535 (L) Indeed in love with it. Pizza is not available in the menu :( else must have french fries. with the garlic sauce. 

High privacy, spacious room, had a complementary sweets unexpectedly along with chocolate cake. Management cares about your experience and tries to provide the best options based on your demands.

Luxury in HYATT

Very quiet and calm hotel, looks like a boutique hotel. All the staff is very costumer centric. Close to the La Mere beach and 10 to 15 minutes away from most of the hot points in the city. Sure I will want to come back but next time with the family. 

Quick visit to Dubai

This hotel wasa perfect in any respect.  I have the globalist card for many years and therefore know many Hyatt hotels in Asia.  In my opinion this hotel is one of the best which I know. It is comparativly small but the quality is excellent.  We enjoyed the best breakfast compared to all other hotels we stayed and the quality of the dinner was excellent.  Therefore I can recommend this hotel very much

very cordial staff . front office was very helpful especially Nadia ,Francis . Resturant , Derick and Asad were very cordial and helpful . check in and out was very easy and smooth . Food quality was excellent .

Great choice to stay in Dubai

Excellent hotel on great location, beautiful design, nice and very clean room, delicious breakfast and great staff.
Lovely beach for hotel guests is just across the road. Hotel location is very close to many bars and restaurants in La Mer area and just a short taxi drive from Burj Khalifa.

Excellent La Mer beach hotel

Brand new, great place, great staff. Only thing they need to sort out is the internet access on the beach. Also rooms need shower/bath gel supplied in bottles rather than refills on the wall in the shower only as you have to step out the bath to get to them! Great place though

Fresh hotel in a well served location.  Staff are pleasant and very helpful without exception.

The diversity and quality of F&B in and near the hotel is unique.  Beach access is provided easily and noteworthy experience.

Girls holiday

My husband and I reached the hotel on 28th September at around noon. We arrived from the airport by taxi and my husband forgot his cell phone in the taxi. The gentleman who received us at the main door (unfortunately I don’t know his name) went out of his way to help us. He literally chased the taxi and retrieved the phone. He did not even accept a tip from us. We really appreciate what we did.
I also want to mention that Natasha at the front desk was very courteous and helpful . She has a very pleasing demeanour.

My stay at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah

Very nice hotel. Both luxury and familiar feeling. Very nice staff. Breakfast was superb and the service in the restaurang as well! Veryice bar and pool area. Close to the beach and all activitites, restaurants etc in the La Mer area.

La Mer visit

Such a great place to stay. The staff was super helpful, the location was great. Great nearby restaurants, the sea was close and all attractions reachable. I am overall very satisfied and we will definitely return!

Delightful stay

Our stay here was great and exceeded our expectations. The property is brand new and very modern with all the facilities that we wanted. Most important was their great rooms. Location is A+ we would definitely recommend this property

We arrived at 2am and the team were ready to greet! They were really warm and welcoming which continued throughout the entire stay! 

The room was spectacular and cleaned to a really high standard daily. We had an awesome view of la mer beach as well as Dubai skyline.

I am definitely coming back to this hotel, it's just a matter of when! Everyone there is just awesome.

Simply awesome and well worth staying.

With flooding from using the top shower to disappointing eggs Benedict, I would not give this property more than 7 out of 10. There is a 3-star hotel close by that kicks Hyatt with its food, swimming pool and vibrant environment.   

Could have been better

Quite a few issues even though this is a new property,  basement had a constant sewage smell, shower water had a chemical type of smell similar to kerosene,  both our rooms the AC control panel did  not work, although I appreciate hotels cannot please everyone ever time, there is no excuse when you market your self as a 5 star, and more importantly charge the customer a premium rate for the stay. Although we were aware the area is being developed did not expect externally this level of work.

Fell short of delivering a 5 star experience

Great Property, quality service and amenities is solid.  Price is reasonable and exceeds the benefits conferred.  Great for a quiet stay or with friends.  Close to beach access, and is close to the down town area for dinning and night life.

Excellent Experience

The place is so calm and clean , location is near everything near la mer you can go there walking the swimming pool is amazing and the beach view also so nice , employees are so kind and respectful im planning on booking it in my next trip

Hotel was super modern and clean, also in a great location if you are wanting a chilled trip! Staff were so helpful each day helping in any way they could! Also very satisfied with food and beverage here although slightly overpriced!

Excellent Trip!

I paid extra for a room with the best sea view, but the construction next door started working at 4 am and woke me up every day, although it was stated that the work would only be carried out during the day.

La Mer North

When we booked this place they said it was a 5-star hotel. Having stayed at three different 5-star hotels across the UAE during our trip, we must say that the experience at Hyatt Centric was beyond 5-star. Everything was top notch. 

The best hotel we have ever stayed at

Lilly, Natasha, Adrija, Shradha, Aerielle, Amina, Bashira, Sanchia and Linara those blessed team should be memorise as celeberities superstars. They make your stay at the hotel as comfortable as you imagin. Out of my expecation. I never thought i will rank any hotel in the whole world with high level of services. Wonderful job!!

Very clean hotel and helpful staff I highly recommend this five stars hotel for your stay in Dubai also the value is good and the location is great nearby the beach and a lot of restaurants and bars are there.

Good location

A lovely hotel with super helpful staff. Pool area was clean and fun for my 15month old. Clean room and located in a great area. The restaurant was lovely, especially the children’s menu where there was a nice variety for my toddler to try. Would deffo recommend and stay again. 

Fantastic

Great hotel and location, in modern boutique style next to La Mer. Very clean, stylish and good value. Very close to many wellknown attractions. Perfect for business, private holidays and also couples.

Perfect place and good service. Everything was as expected. Recommended for people who want vacation. I will stay there in next time. Clean rooms and good views on sea and skyline. Price alittle high but it deserves.

Great hotel, with good service and frienly staff, always ready to help. Delicious breakfast, tasty lunch menu and amazing fine dine dinner options with a amazing ambiance and view. Well structure gym with good equipment. The hotel location is just the perfect to have, it’s just at La Mer Beach, easy access to shops, restaurants, cafes, kid’s playground, and beautiful beach! The overall staff are kind and always very attentive and thoughtful. Each and everyone of the staff made their extra efforts to deliver a great customer experience. I simply can't wait to be back.

Great hotel with friendly staff and great ambiance next to various good quality  restaurants and activities. 
It is located close to beach walk and all other activities where you don’t need to drive to get anywhere nearby.  



Business Trip

5 star hotel for a reason. Absolutely loved the stay, from the minute we came. Excellent service by all the staff who kindly upgraded us. Staff at the breakfast were 10/10 and could not have asked for better service.

Great location, quality hotel, nice little pool, extra-friendly staff who all seem eager to please but maybe still need more training. Breakfast a bit disappointing (value-for-money). Really nice art in the hotel. Info and communication need to be improved. I'm a big fan of Hyatt, and I'd say this hotel is better than average for a hotel like this among other brands, but it's only average for a Hyatt.  We'll stay again and see if there are improvements, and if so I'll change my rating to something higher. 

Good, could be great

My First stay at Hyatt Centric exceeded my expectations, whilst not quite as good as the Dubai Park Hyatt, it was very nice and excellent value for money. The Food and service was outstanding and the Pool area and rooms are very nice

A Great Dubai Experience

Our stay was perfect! The hotel is brand new, the staff is welcoming and the food is amazing! We would like to thank Renée (breakfast and lunch staff)! She made our stay an amazing experience by being thoughtful and always around to help us! Always smiling and singing, she was our ray of sunshine every morning! Thanks again for the cinnamon rolls (she knew we liked them and always managed to bring us some)! A very lovely human being!

Amazing stay and staff at Hyatt Centric Jumeirah Dubaï

This hotel was really very new, good kitchen, very nice personal. Very clean, they clean the room 2 times a day. Beach is very close to the hotel. La mer zone is full of restaurants and shops. We will definitely come back! 

New and very comfortable

My flight arrived really early and I was so surprised to be given a room straight away upon arrival, the girl at the reception kindly explained that it’s because the room was available. She even printed out a bill for my stay which did not show an early check in charge. During check out though, I saw an “early check in charge” on my bill and enquired about it. The staff insisted that my check in time was much earlier than the official check in time so that I must pay for the charge, or else it would come out of the girls pocket. The girl who checked me in even came out to confront me, lying that she had mentioned an early check in charge and that I had agreed to it?!?!? Another staff also joined in the conversation, rudely lecturing me about my check in time, that an early check in MUST mean an early check in charge. 

It’s just terrible customer service! I mean, it’s not about the money but the fact that you never informed me. You can’t just hand a customer the keys and then later charge them extras without informing them in the first place. It’s just been a horrible experience. 

Otherwise, the hotel is new and the location is nice. It’s right next to La Mer beach with a nice selection of restaurants. The room is new and cozy. I love the balcony too. 

Unprofessional customer service

Upon arriving at the hotel, the porter was very efficient to greet us and take our luggage.  The lady who checked us in began by telling us that the hotel was at full occupancy and therefore we would have to be given a room on the 1st floor, "even though our room is a skyline view room" - I responded, what will we get for the inconvenience, as this wouldnt qualify for a skyline view room (and it didn't), and she said what inconvenience? You will still have a skyline view...

Everything was fine and agreed to, up until we walked into our room on the 1st floor to a really strong and horrible odour - as though somebody had been smoking in there. No AC on, no ventilation - it was just stale air.  At this point, the porter also made eyecontact with us and said - I can smell that too.  So i immediately phoned reception, and the same lady who checked us in told me that the rooms are non-smoking and therefore it would be impossible for me to smell this.  Now, as somebody who has stayed in some world class resorts globally, I know a lot better than to accept that staff would tell you what you are telling them and essentially complaining about is incorrect... So I asked her to kindly send housekeeping staff up to freshen the room. In this time, I also opened the door of the balcony to air the room.  We waited approximately 20 minutes and nobody came up, so I went downstairs and bumped into a manager to whom I explained the problem.  She came up with me and also said "i dont smell anything - you should have come down to find one of us as the smell is clearly not here".. After a lot of deliberating, they managed to find us an alternate room as it was an unbearable smell.

Another negative has to be the cleaning standards of the rooms - totally unacceptable by anyone's standards but especially a Hyatt group hotel... IN DUBAI. Often we would need to phone reception to send towels, as they wouldnt have been replenished even though the rooms had been cleaned.  Empty bottles or Starbucks cups wouldnt be paid attention to and will be left on the side for days until we threw them out.  The balcony also doesn't get cleaned.  

There is no consistency in standards throughout the hotel.  You sit to have breakfast - which is amazing by the way - and feel like you're in a luxury Michelin star restaurant, but you step into your room and some of the balconies are missing furniture, rooms don't have basic facilities like shoe horns, sewing kits, bottle openers.

Great Stay

Absolutely beautiful with great customer service. The only downside was that they had construction work out front of the hotel which made it difficult to cross the road and also my room view was of the workers and diggers. 
Would definitely stay here again but would first wait until all work has been completed. 
The hotel is still very new and the mattress in the rooms is perfect had amazing sleep.

Lovely new hotel of the Hyatt family, strategic position, lovely decor and style, fantastic breakfast and exceptional view from the room. Design is everywhere With a very young taste . Staff is very young also and lovely . Bellissimo !     

Winter break for Expo 2020

brand new hotel with friendly people and nice rooms. Big problem with noise from the neighbouring restaurant/night club until 3 a.m. Windows are not sound proof so finding sleep is almost impossible. So can not recommend staying here at the time.

All rooms have great views of La Mer beach. New hotel with excellent location. Was easy to get to World Trade Centre, Dubai Mall and Jumeirah restaurants.
Most important, even while hotel was busy during Gulfood and World Expo, front desk team & the GM Britta were very prompt and helpful. I will be back soon for sure. Thanks a lot !

Great views and brilliant location

We stayed at the Hyatt Centric Jumeirah La mer right after its opening. The hotel is elegant, modern, and very clean. The staff is very professional and will go above and beyond to accommodate all your needs. Eliza, Sanchia, Shradha and all the staff made sure our stay was very enjoyable.
The location, right on La Mer beach, is very convenient. I especially LOVED the items displayed, offered to purchase. 
We highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing hotel and wonderful service

A Stunning Newly opened hotel in the heart of La Mer.
Whilst the hotel is new and had a soft launch we had a wonderful stay which was further enhanced by the team at HC. They simply could not do enough and made our stay as perfect as possible.

Stunning Luxury Stay

It’s a major problem with the open roof less night club at the hotel. You can’t sleep, it’s sad not to inform the guest before booking this hotel. 
Also the staff is not a 5 star staff, they need training and experience, it’s far from a 5 star hotel.

Sleeping in a nightclub

I booked sea view room for 2 Adults. Room size was decent and it was clean. It had a balcony with see view and part of La Mer. Our balcony had no chairs like other balconies. I asked the reception to bring me some chairs, they said ok but nothing was sent. Next morning, I went myself to the reception and asked for chairs for my balcony, I was told that its a smaller balcony thats why there are no chairs but they will accommodate my request. Later they did send 2 chairs. However, this should be clear during the booking because I dont recall the sea view room with 2 options.
The glass of balcony door is not sound proof. Extremely loud music from La Mer kept me awake till after 3 am. I would never stay again in any sea view room looking on La Mer.

Too noisy see view room

There are many issue at the property as it seems like the hotel is recently opened the staff is not trained to handel the basic issues. The internet is slow . The temperature control at the pool is not working . Concierge  and room service don't answer the phone after 10 pm called multiple times but no answer . Most staff lack the hospitality factor which i have experienced in most hotel around the world i have lived in as it seems like the staff here is probably new to the industry.it almost seemed like they try to avoid the guess. It took almost and 30 mins to get someone to come up and collect our luggage and then another 30 min to request the staff to take out our luggage from the storage room who had a hard time understanding english and and started to fight amongst each other which caused us a delay to leave for the airport. Most of the staff here have is female which is a good initiative but also not a practical decision as we had some big bags and there were not able to help with carrying those eventually the valet and security staff was called in to do the job of the concierge. I would suggest the hotel looks into this issue. And does some major training of the staff so they know how to interact with guess specially the do’s and don't. Probably the only good thing in good locations on la mer  and brand new property

I have the worst experience . Not ready to welcome guests and when you complain about any mistakes they did, the only answer yoi will getis that we softly opened, as if they are not part of hayat. Overpriced of the service you pay for. t

Bad experience

Un très bon hôtel avec des chambres bien équipées et une jolie vue quelque soit la chambre. Le room service est top et le petite est super avec un menu de qualité et sans limitation d’ordre (beaucoup mieux qu’un buffet).
La piscine est un peu petite mais cela a été compensé par un accès à une plage privée à 5 min à pied de l’hôtel. 
Je recommande sans hésitation 
Point à améliorer : améliorer l’ambiance le soir et ajouter un kid’s club il pourrait satisfaire encore plus les parents 

Magnifique

Отель очень понравился, достаточно свежий, симпатичный, но не особо большой. Очень повезло, что нам повысили категорию номера. Шумоизоляция супер. 
Есть собственный бассейн с охлаждаемой водой, а на пляж проход по специальным картам в соседний отель (все предоставляется - лежаки, зонты, полотенца), но вода в море 35 градусов, учтите это. 
Завтраки были вкусные и красивые, по меню. Единственный минус, это когда ты в отеле больше 6 дней, а в меню завтраков сплошные блюда из яиц.

Отдых в Hyatt Centric Jumeirah

Очень уютный новый отель, в который с удовольствием хочется вернуться.
Отличные завтраки и ужины, приветливый персонал. Новый, концептуальный отель со спортзалом, зоной СПА и бассейном. Рядом есть небольшой пляж. Через дорогу городской пляж La Mer. До Дубай Mall 10 мин. на такси.

Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Meine Tochter war krank und alle waren sehr fürsorglich. Das Frühstück schmeckt sensationell gut und sie haben eine tolle Auswahl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Der Pool war angenehm kühl, hätte ich bei der Außentemperatur nicht gedacht

Schönes Hotel, tolle Zimmer, superfreundliches Personal. Komme gerne wieder! Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise keinerlei Probleme gehabt. Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und fühlten uns durchgehend super wohl!

TOP und aufgeschlossenes, hilfsbereites Personal. Ich bin nicht zum ersten mal dort gewesen und selbst das Hauskeeping erinnerte sich an meinen Namen. die beständigkeit das in dubai so lange mit dem selben personal gearbeitet wird- ist ein großer Faktor , wieso man sich hier so wohl fühlt. denn die mitarbeiter von Rezeption bis zum Poollieguard sind einfach TOP! Hotel Managament durch die deutsche Britta einfach TOP!!

Einfach wie zu Hause

великолепный современный отель. Огромные звукоизолированные уютные номера.  Шикарные кровати, Все необходимое. Но более всего хочется отметить отзывчивость и ненавязчивость персонала. Без дополнительных просьб - номер с видом на залив. Очень приятно было общаться с персоналом. Это было необыкновенно. Невозможно желать что-то еще.

великолепно, превышены ожидания

Посещали Дубай в июле 2023. Выбор остановили на данном отеле. Что понравилось 
- отель новый, чистота, обслуживание на высоте- весь персонал приветливый, всегда готовы помочь.
- приехали в отель в 10 утра, заселение в 15 ч. Не ждали, что нас заселят. Без просьбы, мы были оперативно заселены в номер.
- депозит положен 300 дирхам в сутки. Турфирма связалась заранее с отелем, переговорили. У нас был убран бар, оплата платных услуг по факту, и депозит не взяли.
- выселение в 12 ч, нам разрешили быть в номере до 13 ч.
- завтрак по меню, скорее плюс, т к.все очень вкусно, индивидуально приготовлено, красиво оформлено. Никакого длительного ожидания не было, хотя гостей было много. Нас сначала завтрак по меню смущал при выборе отеля, но в первый же день все сомнения развеялись. 
Дубай в июле- это жара. Редко ходили на пляж,в основном были в бассейне. Места всем хватало. Не всегда хватало лежаков у бассейна, т.к. некоторые наши сограждане занимали их еще до завтрака, уходили и приходили, но место было занято. Рядом с отелем, действительно, есть бар, в один из дней музыку было слышно очень, в последующие дни с закрытым окном, она не беспокоила. На это отель повлиять не сможет. Нам музыка не мешала. 
Пляж Ла мер через дорогу. Все заведения были закрыты, вероятно, не сезон. До Дубай Молл и метро ездили на такси. Порядка 40 дирхам в одну сторону. До супермаркетов, Макдональса ходили пешком после заката. Рядом есть рестораны, но мы ужинали в Дубай молл и иногда в Маке.
Отель рекомендуем. Все на уровне!
