Lifts are not working. Management can not resolve any issue whether it is related to their own promised service. Rooms are not clean. Washrooms are not good. There was noise coming all day from near by rooms.

Poor service

This was my 1st stay at Hyatt, Horrible and Pathetic stay I would say. Front desk staff was rude and uncouth. I asked for General manager email I’d but no 1 has the rights to share the email I’d including asst. front office manager Mr. Sidharth. He don’t deserve to be a manager in Hyatt. He will be good fit for oyo or road side dhaba. I asked him couple of times for General manager name and email I’d however response was he can’t share anything.

I was disappointed with my stay at the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. While the staff was friendly, the hotel itself was not up to Hyatt standards. The room was clean, but out-dated. The bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were flat. The bathroom was also not upto standard, and the shower had low water pressure.

The breakfast buffet was average

Overall, I was not impressed with the Hyatt Centric Janakpuri. I would not recommend it to other travelers, especially those who are expecting a luxurious Hyatt experience.

Disappointing stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri

Three of the lifts were not working at the Hyatt Janakpuri🫢. Staff at the lunch place and bar were terrible, didn’t serve a finger bowl at first, was said to go restroom for that, after little anger the finger bowl rushed towards me. 
 The lady at the room service call could not understand English properly. 

The Toilets beside the reception were kept smelly,🤮


Bad experience

To me the services of the hotel seemed pretty ordinary and below par. Had problem with blinking light in room, solution given switch off the light, TV card was not charged and inoperational..solution connect to wifi and watch you tube. Worst part was breakfast..pathetic.

Hype not justified

The stay was really comfortable, Staff were responsive and courteous. The breakfast was really good with lots of option. The location is very good, near to airport, metro station. There are good shopping avenues nearby.

Not clean have cockraches at room , room service very slow , can improve more , net also slow , food was ok , location is good near metro station, outside food can bring that is good, staff also friendly but can improve more 

Rooms

One of the worst experiences at any Hyatt I've stayed till date.

To start with, the lady at reception asked for the full amount before checking in. When told, that my CC is already there with the booking, she told us that it's the policy (which is not). I have stayed in all sorts of Hyatt all around the world, and no-where I had to pay before check-in. Standard policy is to charge the customer card during checkout.

The room was quite abysmal. The washroom was in pretty bad shape. They didn't even have a shower curtain in place and hence water goes all around the ground/dry area. One of the light was also not working. TV was also not working। After repeated calls, they got the set top box replaced.

The appliances in the room didn't work. I tried heating some water in the electric kettle and it was not working. I tried to call the guest service from room telecom but no-one answered (that was really really bad). 

During the breakfast, when I asked for a waffle at the live counter, the chef let out a very loud, "arreyy yarr" to express his displeasure on making another waffle. 

Apart from my pathetic experience, rest of the specs in the hotel are really average at best. Pool looked fine though i didn't use it. The lobby space is really small and remains congested. 

It's a very subpar hotel and barely fulfills the so-called 5 star criteria. I would suggest opting for other hotels which can provide actual good service in a similar price range (6K-7K).

Worst Hyatt ever. Please avoid

It was wonderful stay but it is necessary to have a kids room to pay and kids pool…it will be more enjoyable for kids…you guys should work on it..otherwise it was a wonderful experience…food was great

Kids

Key cards had to be reprogrammed twice a day during our 10 day stay, not fun when your card doesnt work at 2am. Staff told us that it was because they were near our mobile phones. Thing is they would work for elevator access but not our rooms. So definitely a programmingissue with the lock not our problem with keys. Housekeeping staff told my wife laundry service was included in our stay then they proceeded to give her a 11,000 rupee bill for a rush laundry service, thats on top of the 500 rupee tip she gave them for being so nice to her or so she thought. Usually we would not have used this service as we had more than enough clothes but when she was told it was included she thought why not travel back to Canada without dirty clothes in our suitcases. When the issue was brought up with the front desk they decided to bring the 2 cleaners from our floor to the lobby and have a talk with everyone out in the open, 2 or 3 different managers plus the front desk staff plus the 2 workers and the 4 of us. Totally unprofessional. Of course the cleaners said we never said that and the managers blamed it on lost in translation as my wife doesnt speak hindi. They decided a 30% discount on the service should be enough to solve the issue. We didn't have more time to argue we had a flight to catch.  Bathrooms were never properly cleaned during our stay and no cleaners came for the last 2 days of our stay. I go to Delhi a lot, never would I recommend this hotel to anyone unless you were completely out of options. Breakfast was good. Although it was the exact same every morning. Staff at the restaurant were awesome. 

Not a good experience

Not used to give bad reviews but considering the price of the room (around 70 euros per night for the 'king room' we were in), it's an overall bad experience. Room is not clean to any Hotel's standard, many holes, visible and badly repaired/painted spots. Mini bar is empty. Most of the furnitures are in bad shape. One light just kept on blinking in the bathroom. Kitchen does not provide half the food that's on the menu. I've been to hostels 1/4th the price that had better value for money.

Extremely low value for money

Rooms were always tip top clean with everyday housekeeping, supply of amenities though didn't used previously and delicious food.. Staffs were very nice and kind.. Special credits goes to Mr. Utsab, he was very helpful and informative..

Amazing

Enjoyed my stay as the staff was very helpful and the food was exceptionally tasteful. I enjoyed the pool with my friends. They kept the pool always neat and clean and special mention to Rishikesh, Apoorva, Mukund, Kaushlesh, Ashwin from the kitchen department and  Roshan from the fitness department. They all were very hospitable

Amaizing Stay

At the reception they denied to take room booking as I was not member of world of Hyatt and ask me to book through App "Hyatt Dining Club (HDC)" as I bought the membership of HDC. Then I called to my booking manager Ms. Pooja to help me out for booking the room.
The person who was available on swimming pool area didn't allow me and my 8 years' old son in the swimming pool as we were not carrying Swimming Costume. When I asked to provide/arrange the same they staight forward denied to arrange the same. And we returned back without availing the swimming Pool Services. At the time of booking of HDC membership it was not told me that the discount Coupons and complementary stay will be active only after 48 hours and I couldn't avail the same.
In second day of stay no shaving kit was given in the bathroom. It should not be provided only when it is demanded. It should be available every day or staff should ask. 

Averagely Satisfied

Stay far away from this place. It is horrible and stinky. Get the other Hyatt in New Delhi. The bed stinks, the bathroom stinks like sewage , there is damp smell in air and the lock system is bad and you may get locked out as the safe lock falls in place when you lock from outside. And the staff are roaming and sitting around. Also strange people stay here. So if you are a foreigner like me stay away. Count this as a blessing from my side. Our clothes were stinking after staying there and had to get some new clothes.

Very good hotel in west delhi. The service was very good , the hotel and the rooms were all very clean.
It is very accesible as the local metro station is very nearby ,there is also a mall nearby which is very good.

Must Stay

Bed had bugs. Service not upto mark. Facility not as per 5 star standards. No smoking area in the entire area. Breakfast was good. But service over all wasn’t upto mark. It was like any other 2-3 star services.

although some mixed reviews we checked in to hyatt centric, when we approach front desk for check in TMs unsure about valid document for check in process. bell boy and lobby cafe staff are helpful, upon entering room there is some kind of old odour, property looks old and not maintained very well, amenities are not complet.

Wonderful stay

Every Hotel is characterized by its staff , Food was amazing and specially the Restaurant staff was too good to be true ..  Mr Rishikesh a very kind gentleman supported us and catered to us , his responsiveness was amazing 

Value at Price

They need to make the service better like other Hyatt group hotels providing today! Its inconvenient for customers to pay the bill every time for tea, coffee or any cookies you order in room. Such things can be added in final bill and customers can pay the final bill.

Improvement needed in Service

Overall stay is great. The staff is proactive and the response time is good. All the amenities are good and they cater special requests too. Breakfast buffet is something to look forward to. Highly recommend if you are visiting Delhi.

Overall experience was delightful, breakfast was one of the highlights with something different everyday as the main course. Staff members were very humble and eager to help. Always greeted and treated my 8 year old with love

I stayed here last week , it was good enough, specially I should mention about MR Rishikesh Acharya for his kind gesture , I missed my Aadhar card during check in but when I called them to check whether it’s there , they told it’s in scanner forgot to return , as I have already check out so asked them to courier it ,but they said no such facility in th hotel , then i contacted Rishi who took personal interest as it’s a important document done courier to spending from his pocket , thank u Rishi for caring ur costumers, thanks for the filter coffee u made , thanks Utkarsh for helping I finding my document,

Nice property. Location is fine. Staff is good and responsive. Food and breakfast is just average in terms of taste. Only negative is infrastructure. Lifts seems unsafe. No proper marking of emergency buttons

Overall it was a pleasant experience. But infrastructure requires upgrade.

We enjoyed a two day stay and we were very happy with the clean and comfortable accomodation and excellent service provided by staff. Food in the hotel restaurant was good. Location was central for our tour. We would stay again.

Good value an comfortable accommodation

All the staff at the hotel were beyond expectations. Room service, house keeping, restaurant were awesome, had a pool view room, it was great. All of the hotel staff were helpful, all the staff always took initiative to assist all the time.

I really liked the breakfast options and more than the courteous services extended by Nitesh and his team members who went out of the way and served us the mangoes which were simply amazing. Thank you all!!

Super stay

This hotel is dated, filthy mismanaged and extremely ill kept. The shift managers try to make up for staff inefficiencies by offering  complimentary perks but even those are not handled properly.
Do not weather it is the inefficient staff or just bad management. Overall this place is TERRIBLE!

The worst Hyatt EVER!

It was a very comfortable & pleasant stay. The staff were very helpful & cooperative specially Monica at the front desk. The Check-in & Check-Out was really very quick. The Metro station is just adjacent to the hotel, also good restaurants options nearby. Just one interchange to the airport via metro.

Excellent Customer Experience

Hotel seemed like a regular business hotel didn't feel like staying at Hyatt property. You are not welcomed at the entrance nor the front desk gives all the details on hotel amenities though they ask you have you stayed earlier with us. Hotel location is good & rooms are very good size & well maintained.

2 Nights Business Trip

Amazing property, great and friendly staff. One of the best stays I have ever had. Location is good too. Would like to specially thank Apurv Shukla who made the stay even more comfortable with his great hospitality.

Excellent staff, quite professional and being Discoverist member, they upgraded my room to Suite which was quite awesome. Breakfast was ok and simple. Room was clean and spacious. Being next to Janakpuri Metro helped in commuting easily without any hassle with all parts of Delhi.Despite being in centre of Delhi, the Hotel was really quiet.

Needs improvement, breakfast is probably the best handled.The management needs to look into several aspects of the guests stay. Located next to a metro station for those who wish to use the metro.I was told the Pizza oven was not working during my 4 days stay. 

Neglected property

Checking out was a hustle as hotel presented a bill overcharged Rooms and had to deal with crookish staff to  correct the overcharge… a breach of trust…still not satisfied with the charges as they still incorrect and over the original reservation rate

Staying at Hyatt Centric at Janakpuri, India

highly recommended. centrally located. met expectations on reservations, confirmations, check in time follow up etc etc. late night check ins and early morning check outs were all very smooth without wasting time

I’m a Canadian I went to delhi for  vacation and wanted to spend time with my loved ones I choose this hotel and it was my right decision . The hotel staff is so helpful rooms are clean ..I’m surely coming back next year . 

Very good

Hotel is full of mosquitos, frequent power cuts at night is not backed by genset properly. It's takes half an hour for genset to start. At night room service or house keeping won't pick up the phone. During breakfast or dinner there is total chaos..no one to even show you to your table..u have to hunt for a table  ur self and then keep waiting for someone to attend you. It is basically a hotel for weddings , conferences etc as such it's crowded and mismanged

Worst hotel to stay in Delhi

Rooms had mosquitos and hotel seemed to be well aware. They had installed repellants, which clearly dont work! Had 15-20 uninvited guests over 2 nights! 
This is a serious concern and they should address it!

It does not qualify as a five star property. Very old and rundown. Luggage all over the lobby, I asked them for a menu and 10 mins later the lady says they don’t have menus in the cafe. Staff was fighting with each other on the billing counter of the cafe.

Really felt very comfortable to attend to my official need too. The facilities were very apt . During my stay of 30 days I didn't find anything wanting but it would have been much better had the swimming pool been functional.

Comfortable stay altogether

Property is well maintained and location is perfect near to metro having connectivity for airport & bussiness area . Food quality is good and staff is also responsive to your need. Room is decent and having good bed quality

Excellent venue and great staff. Pricing was affordable for my business trip. Certainly value for money.
Breakfast was a decent spread but just needed a little more on the breakfast menu to cater for western taste.
Overall a very decent stay.

Hyatt Janukspuri Review

It was a great experience however there was so much of noise and noise in the night and mosquitoes, I couldn’t sleep peacefully. Otherwise things were good and satisfying. This was my second time stay.

Good Property to Stay

I had visited this property at least five times. Apparently, I no longer want to visit again. The food that we ordered was pathetic. The bathtub was not clean and had hairs all around. It was so disgusting to have such an unhygenic washroom.
We requested for special arrangements but the staff simply declined to provide any. I would not really recommend this property.

Overall Good Experience . Room Tariff need to be more pocket friendly though ! Particularly for professionals like us who hardly have time to enjoy all amenities of the room . The Quality of Tea - boiled one can surely be improved !

Stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri New Delhi

No resolution got from any of the staff. Inspite asking for change of room(Which got commitment from Front Desk) nothing happened in my 3 days stay. Service worst. Not Toiletries in the room for first day and had to wait for half n hour for everything we asked for.

Worst Experience

No options for food. Staff unwilling to make anything. Food offered i could have got in any dabha as well. None of the other items available. Extremely environmentallly unconscious. Asked for a litre of water and they served me 6 250ml plastic bottles in a torn cover. Such callous behaviour. I would never stay here again. Whats the point of spending so much money, if all they can offer me is the bathroom and bed. The bathroom had no shower curtain, floor was wet, they dint even have floor mats. I almost slipped and hit my head. Just never again.

Satisfactory and pleasant. I used to visit and stay in this hotel almost since last two years. Trip was fine..I would like to continue my stay at hotel Hyatt centric. Staff in kitchen, housekeeping, hospitality were excellent

Not worthwhile  as they charged five star but service  and cleaning 2 star  should improve as soon as otherwise can not survive   I have to wait 45 mnt to get my luggage  down  and my taxi was waiting outside

Public Areas in shambles (washroom / carpets). Pool not operational and not even lights ON to offer some view from rooms. Room offered without proper amenities. Lift accessible without key card (Security hazard?). Weird shower room with no door so all the water spills to the washroom. Door doesn't closes and no DND Cards placed. A rather frustrating front desk staff as even on mentioning, issues weren't resolved. Average Breakfast. Packed breakfast offered with no bag (apparently no carry bags in the hotel). Paid a premium for a sub-standard hotel experience.

Terrible Stay

Room temperature at 18 degree in 15 degree Delhi winter. No one answering phone for hours . no hot water . creaking wooden floor . people talking outside whole night and super unfriendly guest service . what else is remaining ?? NEVER GO THERE PLEASE .

Worst Hyatt property in India

Hotel need urgent facelift., rooms - washroom- common area - elevators definitely need some air to breathe in term of renovation.
to stay for a day or two is still fine but for any longer stay should be avoided.   

Stay Feedback.

Rooms dirty, bathrooms not cleaned , cockroaches roaming in room , no extra face towels . Breakfast was terrible , little choices , toiletries not provided for . Location of the hotel is terrible in midst of  such a dirty area . 

This hotel should never be a part of Hyatt chain

We were struggling with our delayed checkouts but due to team members like Dhaman, we had no complaints. He personally went and ensured that luggages arrive on time and was so kindhearted and friendly. Our entire experience was good because of people like him who’s puts customers first more than anything. Thank you!

Only the restaurant is ok, that too not according to Hyatt standard, otherwise entire property is juzz a 3 star. Rooms are like normal budget hotel and staff is Wallah very unprofessional and rude. especially a lady at the reception. If you tell her anything, she start making faces. Perosnal advice Please keep you mobile and cameras on before entering and record for future reference. HYATT MANAGEMENT PLEASE TAKE A HEED.

PATHETIC PROPERTY AND EXPERIENCE

The hotel is quite good, the breakfast is excellent, the service is wonderful, and the prices are great.
The location is in West Delhi, so not very central, but if that's not a constraint, then it's a great option.

Good Property, Great Prices

I stayed for one night. Though the hotel is just side to the Metro station, accessibility to the reception is awkward. The staff is inexperienced and short of staff, so expect quite a delay in check-in and check-out. The lifts are pathetic, you can't see the floor number inside the lift, so always guesswork. It doesn't have a power backup. if power fails, expect stuck inside the lift. I was stuck for 15 minutes. The rooms do not have a central Heater. So avoid winter, I requested a heater and was lucky to get one. The room was quite old and not maintained, paints, furniture, and mats were a quite ordinary state. So I didn't expect this type of hotel from the Hyatt brand, as I have already stayed multiple Hyatt locations.

Not Expected from Hyatt this type of hotel and service

Good Hotel with pro active and supportive staff. Every thing well coordinated aligned. Front office well informed and willing to serve. Hotel is equipped with all amenities and adequate banquet. At a good location.

Good place to meet & stay

My stay at Hyatt Centric Janakpuri was anything but satisfying. Extremely poor service, low quality food served at the breakfast buffett, there was major malfunction in one of the elevators, room was shabby with the woodwork from the furniture chipping off and water-logging inside the shower cubicle! Over and above that, even as a ‘World of Hyatt’ member, I was not accorded any special treatment during my stay. It was really disappointing.

Hyatt - a hell

This hotel needs serious renovation, the bathroom fitting were worn off, allmost nothing working, noise from top floor so loud that we couldn't sleep on day2. Staff was not polite. Hyatt can do better.

The most horrible hotel ever. There was spit all around…. Bathrooms were not cleaned… it was not flushed also …. The staff showed us other room options also but same story… rooms where full of mosquitoes and cutlery in the room was used once

The location is great - there is a Metro stop right around the corner and a nearby mall with many eating options. Breakfast had many options with excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable.

Terrible services overall, I would not recommend, very pricey and yet worse services I ever encountered in Hyaat

Do not fall for the 'Hyatt' brand name. It was bad. Looked like the hotel was only build to accomodate large family gatherings like weddings. But, very poorly maintained. Rooms weren't clean. Corridors and common areas were dirty. Lifts don't work properly. 

One needs to climb 10-15 steps once they get down the car to reach the security check before entering the property. Nobody assists you with luggage. 

Horrible experience. Very Very untidy

The staff was helpful and the breakfast was a good experience. However the other facilities of the hotel were not sufficient. I had a dirty room that was cleaned only once. The hallways were filthy with various beverage stains throughout. Would recommend staying at a cheaper hotel and you will probably get the same.

The property is ill managed And needs alot of improvement. They are charging hefty amount which is not commensurate with the services being provided. Horrible HYATT

Terrible and lazy staff. Really poor property even poorly maintained. Washroom was in poor shape. Bunch of things like TV, doorbell, fridge in the room was not working. Management took ages to get back to us on any of our requests

Was provided a room which was clean, but while sitting in the toilet the faucet started cleaning which also made me take a bath.After putting complaint, it was replaced but again it started leaking and again i took a bath while freshning up, had a terrible experience. Didnt expect this in hyatt. Anything listed in the dining menu during lunch was not available expect butter chicken and biryani, biryani tasted real bad.

Decent experience

Loved this place. Staying here the first time. Hotel location, overall upkeep, Food and staff were most helpful. Enjoyed my stay here. Will definitely come back to stay when I get a chance next and no hesitation in recommending this hotel to friends & family! 

Exceeds expectations

I am satisfied with the services of hyatt janakpuri the rooms were clean and the food was also very good The house keeping services were quick and the view from my room was plesant The best part was the dessert

It was wonderful

Dirty & useless place to stay. Insensitive staff. Bad food. Never hold a business meeting or a conference there. No one welcomed leave alone a smile, instead it was service with a frown. 
The tea & meals area did not have a proper place to keep used plates etc. Napkins were hardly available. 

Terrible Hyatt !!

Check-in process and the receptionist were nice. I was told I was upgraded..

Room was HORRIBLE. Had to stay up all night, as nothing was working properly. Room was FREEZING. It was like entering Winterland. 11-12 Degrees. The heating system was stuck on cold. Despite adjusting the system to heat/lowering fan speed - hours went, and the room was ice cold. 

We were already exhausted from a very long car trip, and we had informed about late check-in, so how is it that the room was dirty and defect. Stains on the drawers from dirty glasses. Nor was the room functioning as it should.

We thought we could relax and have a nice shower after hours of late driving; 
Ice cold room had us freezing the whole night. The door/lock in the bathroom was broken and opened up while using the bathroom, making everything visible in the hallway mirror right outside. Great.

After hoping to locate our bodyheat, we tried to take a shower - the damned shower was not working as it should.The handle spinned round and round, the shower didn't want to get on at all - my sister was dressed in the towel, in the ice cold room - first the water didn't want to get on, since the handle was broken - then, after trying for a long while, I was able to turn it on - Then, the water temperature was cold - and again, a lot of hard work, me trying to somehow regulate the water temperature - getting my clothes all wet on, in the shower...THEN, after finally showering, it got IMPOSSIBLE to turn oFF the shower head/water - I tried everythinG.
The water was on for hours, starting to flow over, making rest of the bath all wet - too bad the steam wasn't able to heat up rest of our freezing room! I was on and off with the reception throughout the night - in the end they sent an engineer/plumber, I sat through the night, while he was working, trying to sort out the defect shower...or shall I say defect room/hotell - it took him quite a lot of time - he eventually made the water stop - so I could sit down a bit, before having to go down for breakfast and later check out. He left the bathroom and hallway all wet and dirty...I GIVE UP.  I just couldn't give the reception a new call. Did i check into this hotel so Hyatt could renovate and fix the room, having me pay for it and stay awake almost the whole night?

Also, damn reading lamp/light mounted in the bed, flashed strongly in our faces throughout the night, as the switch was broken, not able to turn off..

ONE thing stands out; EXCELLENT food and service at the breakfast - chef and employees were super sweet - one the best breakfasts I have come across.

Renovation needed

Worse housekeeping and cleanliness seen. Should have a GM level person with good hotel experience visit each room and see the condition. Housekeeping is the worse here. Front office decent but only sorry

Fake hotel

This is an old hotel, property is crying for maintenance, almost everything starting from Electrical to plumbing had issues in my room, I also think they are under staffed, stay only if you absolutely have to , else avoid.

Old property, needs huge maintenance make-over, avoid if you can

I am happy with staff services food accommodations, specially Mr Kartikey who is front office reception always helped while checked inn at hotel, I wish him for his bright future, wish you happy dipawali to all staff members

Stay Hyatt Janak puri new delhi

If you want a good quality hotel in Delhi, this is fine, just situated next to two metro lines. Restaurant is excellent with friendly staff and above average Indian food. Reception professional. Rooms clean and large. Recommend

Classic Hyatt Hotel

Your person Utkarsh Singh and Kartik were excellent professionals at front desk,this kinda hospitality have not experienced before in other hotels so far.Even during late midnight they treated me like a thorough professional,really impressed by their action.Hope they go far in their careers and continue the excellent work in hotel.I wish them all success in their coming years

Front Desk

Nothing great. You can get the same experience from any Rs 1000 hotel per night… no need to pay 4 times here. Bathrooms were okayish… room was small with a view of petrol pump. 2 out of 3 elevators were not working. Overall it’s better to save your money rather than burning it here.

Other than the location, decent breakfast nothing really to talk about. very poor services. Very pathetic house-keeping department. Phones just don't get picked up. One has to come all the way down from the room to the FO if issues need to be resolved.  

Well Located Property

Went on a Business Trip and booked Hyatt Centric for 3 nights.
During entire stay of 3 nights and 4 days, the rooms were not cleaned even once. Even the washrooms were not cleaned and no one bothered to refill the toileteries.

Bad Experience

avg it was  no one was there to welcome at reception , staff was very lazy , less communication , even the overall expericince was avg and it was like that u stayed just for sake , staff n service was very slow

Good service and the Restaurant staff were so great. One thing that wasn’t much satisfying was the location of the hotel. Also I suggest that everyone gets a detailed description of the packages they have booked, when it comes to visitors of large group. So that no one will get confused with what’s included in their package.
As a whole I liked the place. Cheers💚

Food and beverages were great. Pool area was under construction but once it is completed it should be a great attraction. Staff was very helpful and understanding. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Gym area is very spacious.

Dirty bathroom, Uncleaned rooms, 5 hours to get a bottle of water, had to make multiple calls even to get luggage. Nothing good about this hotel. Stay away!! They are simply looting money, while provide service of a sub-standard hotel (actually they are better than Hyatt Centric)

Pathetic Rooms with POOR SERVICE

The stay was great. I was on business trip so kind of two weeks stay with gaps in between. Overall good experience. More needs to be done on staffing side and few maintenance issues. But overall great experience.

A few staff are even great and welcoming, since I had a long stay so I recognised a few by name like Sumeha and Julia at front desk are really nice and helpful. 
Few house keeping staff just pass the balls in other courts rather than taking effort to resolve or get it resolved. No follow ups.

Great location with good rooms

Our stay was perfect and the service is really good. The team is really supportive and soft spoken. We liked the food alot and special thanks to Mr. Khurana to make our stay special. We are regular visitor here and every time we feel like that the team and Mr. Khurana has made our day and will definitely recommend to visit there once to enjoy your day and celebrate occasions.
