Good

I came down to Bengaluru to watch a cricket match at Chinnaswamy, after a joyful session at Chinnaswamy for 8 long hours, this place tops in all aspects. The hospitality at the waiting staff at the restaurant are just unbelievable, I just don’t understand why people are so nice! You’re totally spoiled! Special mention to Arun and Aaron for taking care of me. I will definitely come back on my next visit to Bengaluru. THANK YOU SO MUCH!

Hospitality is class beyond comparison!

Quality of service is not up to the mark and not what you expect at a Hyatt. The hotel is located in an excellent area and is in walking distance to all the good spots on M G Road. The rooms are quite average and are fine for a business trip. Wouldn’t go with this if on a vacation or a holiday.

Surprisingly Poor Service but location is great

Stayed 4 nights. The property has tremendous location advantage - a few steps from 1MG Road Mall and Lido Mall. Metro station close by.

The rooms are very small as this is an acquired property by Hyatt - but cosy for 1 person. For 2 people it might feel a bit crowded, in case you intend to spend most of the time in the room. Higher floors have a decent view. Have to be careful with the toilet doors - chances of you or elbow bumping is high. 

B/fast option is standard and not much of a spread. Live counters are decent but it does take some time. The egg counter was a good experience but the dosa from the dosa counter was not up to the mark.

Business Hotel in the heart of the city

Bed makes too much noise, room sizes are small, curtains were not working , hotel location was good and near to offices. Room view is ok. Unnecessary window in washroom. Overall experience is average.

My experience

Rooms were comfy and spacious with a couch and big window and good blockout curtains to create a haven to relax after being out for the day in busy Bangalore. Restaurant set by the pool was nice, seating inside or outside with a bar, good choice on menu, we enjoyed the steak and pizza and good red wine.

Booked my complementary airport transfer from Bangalore Airport to the Hyatt to avoid travelling at night as a female on my own, the taxi didn't turn up and despite several phone calls to the Hyatt the reception did not pick up the phone, so I had no option but to get a local taxi feeling very unsafe. No empathy shown when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk even told me the local taxi bill would be added to my room! Lost trust in the Hyatt brand after this experience.

Do not arrange airport transfer through the Hyatt, it won't turn up

Too small rooms for money they charge, for someon staing long no extra effort taken by the staff. Bathrooms are too crampped and small :(.

Breakfast menu is good not too exciting. What works is the locations. Most of the times utilities in the room are non functional.

Much delighted stay and would surely visit again. I would also recommend to anyone who are looking for best stay in Bangalore. Everything everywhere everyone is perfect over here. I had a peaceful joyful and pleasant stay.

Excellent stay

its a great place to stay with your family . you can enjoy always your stay smoothly and calmly. you have restaurants with swimming pool attached to it and Spa and Jim service available. foods are also ok not so excellent for non vegs

Very well-kept property. Staff were friendly and requests were attended on time. Nice set up and view from the restaurant. The options for breakfast can be increased. The hotel is in the centre of the city. very close to shopping areas

Neat and Cleaan

I spent two nights in Hyatt Centric. Nothing was missing in the hotel. Big variety of food, relatively quiet place. Room for 2 - not a big one, but decent and clean. Bottled water provided. Room had safe and fridge.

Overall a super experience thanks to the professional and caring staff at Hyatt Centric MG Road. Room was well appointed with a view. Bed & workspace was comfortable. Housekeeping was attentive. Restaurant dining spread was awesome and manager and staff went out of their way to make the experience satisfying. Overall two thumbs up!

Great location & pleasant stay

Had a pleasant stay. Didn’t face any issue .right from check inn to check out everything was smooth . Had a sumptuous buffet  dinner .property placed on main Mg road . Mains area of attraction are nearby.

Had a great time with lovely staycation and perfect breakfast and also with the best staff service.Highly recommended for anyone who visits from another country, they provide their authentic food items with tons of other delicious foods also their masala chai blended it with well .

Excellent stay with full of mind relaxing with lovely breakfast

Centrally located hotel with very good amenities. The staff are top-notch. The service at the restaurant was beyond expectations.  The rooms are clean and very nicely decorated. Special mention about the décor of the toilets and design. The housekeeping was quick and good. 

Great Hotel

Very clean and tidy room specially the washrooms. The rooms are not very big but best for business travel. The location is very strategic next to MG Mall and conveniently located near the major business places of Bengaluru. I am a morning person so the stroll at Ulsoor lake which is next to hotel was worth doing. My Package did not have breakfast, but on the last day of the check out at 4:00 am the receptionist offered some quick on the go coffee and sandwiches (Sorry dont remember his name).

Great experience!
being a part of Hyatt property, the rooms are small compared to other Hyatt properties. Google Maps location shows somewhere near the Airport, team needs to work on Hyatt centric location. small spa with 2 rooms! Other than that great hospitality, great food and great location.

Great stay for business trips

The stay was 8/10. Rooms are clean. Staffs are cooperative. Poolside sitting area is the best part.
The Night Indulgence menu can have a wide variety. Breakfast was amazing. 
Special shout out to Pratima in Bangalore brasserie

Time off

Rooms are  very small compared ot Hyat standards, very compact and restrooms are too congested. I had a bad experience during check out as they deducted money from my credit card without sharing the bill, without taking my consent and without even confirming total charges. Additionally, they deducted the ammount after 6-7 hrs of checkout when I could not even cross verify with them. It was a company booked hotel and they took my card details only to cover extra consumptions. Highly unprofessional people at main desk. 

Poor billing process and very small rooms

Bathroom shower kept leaking water into bathroom. The bathroom sliding door does not open fully, so enter/exit into bath side ways. Yes, this is a 5 Star hotel and they charge accordingly. TP had stains, disgusting! Room was quite small and the photos make it look bigger. I don't like this kind of visual deception, be honest and upfront with your customers. Hotel upcharged for services that were listed on world of Hyatt at a different cost. Not sure why they could not offer world of Hyatt prices, just have not seen this kind of issues with other hotel chains at this star rating. Perhaps Hyaat quality has deteriorated and this is first time I am using Hyaat extensively after covid. A little unexpected but perhaps need to use a different hotel next time.

You experience great service by courteous staff again in Bangalore. The location is central, the facilities as required, tasty food and staff going out to please. I really like to know how Hyatt trains their staff so well !
I would like to specially mention Nehya, Sagar & Prativa in restaurant and Neha, Drishmeet & others on reception.

I stayed in this hotel with my family.  Overall we had an excellent experience.  Staff's hospitality and customer friendly attitude are really commendable.  Especially, the restaurant staff's interaction and warmness facilitated a wonderful breakfast experience.  Rooms, washrooms, etc were very clean and tidy.

Hyatt centric stay

Perfect stay for Business purpose, family and couples. The ambience was awesome and cleanliness is the top notch, I strongly recommend this hotel for all your future visits in Bangalore for your business trip or family trip.

The hotel was clean, lovely foyer downstairs for a relax or quick scope on the laptop (highly recommend a café to be opened downstairs). Rooms were comfy and service provided was all round perfect.Thank you Neha and Neil for the lovely chats :)

Very small room. It is for only single person can stay not advise for 2 person.  Very less choice available in dinner and breakfast. People can stay who come for business purpose in Bangalore. Overall not fit for family 

Expectation dont meet

Had a brief but satisfactory stay at the venue. 
This was my second stay and knew what to be expected... The location of this place is its USP but overall the place is good for business and family travelers alike.

Business Trip

I had a delightful experience during my stay at Hyatt Centric Bangalore. Overall, the stay was excellent, with all aspects considered. However, there is room for improvement in the breakfast offerings, particularly in the North Indian dishes section. The rest of the experience was flawless, leaving me thoroughly satisfied. The Hyatt Centric Bangalore provided a comfortable and enjoyable stay, though I do hope they take my feedback into account to enhance the breakfast experience for future guests.

A Pleasant Stay, with Room for Breakfast Improvement

Overall Stay was disappointing, this was my second stay here and it has made me reconsider my choices. The room was warm at check-in. When maintenance came they informed filter is full making me wonder the maintenance schedule they maintained.

Basic things like replenishment of the coffee sachets used is not done, i assume the expectation is guest can ask for it if he really needs it. In contrast the breakfast experience on Day 1 was an interruption fest. 5 STAFF MEMBERS decided to check for my satisfaction that to within 10-12 min of me being seated. Even after I had shared that I will reach out if I need any assistance. On the 2nd day I specifically checked if strong Ginger Tea was possible for take away but the gentleman decided the regular masala tea was what i shall get.

In Room Dining experience on the 2nd night was another level, Chicken Biryani with 2 measly pieces of Chicken when you give the feedback the IRD team decides a trainee is the best person to address the issue. Replacement was made but zero accountability from the senior staff on shift.

Also at checkout my bill was modified by charging for an additional guest in the bill instead of chargeable breakfast, the gentleman on shift was like no problem sir I will remove this entirely. but still not understanding the ramifications of the mistake on a business bill. 

Look for better alternatives

Third time returning guest, Very friendly and young staff, always helpful. They have a fantastic breakfast and dinner menu. Highly recommend this property. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. The beds are awesome.

Nice hotel in centre of Bangalore, need some working on front desk for check in process. Food is quite good & housekeeping standards are as per Hyatt level. Metro station, shopping mall is all within walking distance

Had a very comfortable and nice stay at Hyatt Centric Bengaluru. Really Impressed by the service and would definitely recommend others to stay there and would choose Hyatt for my next visit to Bengaluru.

A real Gem from Hyatt.  I have stayed here multiple times and enjoyed every stay. 
Kudos to the team.location is excellent and well connected. Breakfast everyday was fun activity with exotic and fresh servings.

Excellent property with most friendly staff

The lowest of the facilities, very limited Menu for Breakfast and dinner and charges higher than all nearby actual 5* Hotels. This is at best a 3 star hotel with 5star tariff. Very small rooms, poor equipped gym low standard lobby, property as a whole

Overall, the stay was very comfortable and pleasant. The staff is very friendly and strives to make the customer experience great. The place is safe and you feel at home while staying there. When in Bangalore, I look forward to staying at Hyatt Centric more often.

Restaurant staff is awesome. Manager Ram Roy, and his team is very good in service.
They are polite humble and generous.

This is a perfect place in the heart of the city where you can expect the best of hotel service. Do give it a chance !! The staff of Hyatt Centric are always there for your needs and all the service requested gets done on time!!

Hyatt Centric- A great stay

I'm thankful to Hyatt team starting from security persons, front desk, F&B team and cleaning staff.  The staff is very helpful and the hotel is excellent.  Rooms are clean and Breakfast service is superb. Close to metro station and value for money.  Should visit.

Excellent service and joyful environment.

Staff doesnt know what is happening in the property. No one offered to help with the bags. 
I was specific to two staff members that I am dissatisfied with the stay, they were least bothered, and didnt even offer to help 
I had booked the stay for two nights, and I had leave after the first because it was that pathetic

Absolutely disappointing stay

Boutique hotel in the happening place of B’lore. Excellent team in the front desk, really very helpful staff and rooms are comfortable. I would be highly recommend to stay for a short trip if you’re party go person, there are lots of pubs nearby and great location 
Easy accessible for metro and shopping centre

When in Bangalore, Hyatt Centric is a really great option to stay. Rooms, are very well maintained, the staff very polite and helpful and the food is really, really good. Won't hesitate to recommend the hotel to my friends.

An excellent hotel centraly located

Although this property is nice and well designed, the staff is new and inexperienced. There was an issue with billing which neither the front desk or restaurant was able to correct. The customer relations manager, Safia was just providing window dressing, instead of any real benefit to the customers.

Hyatt service is fantastic with the front desk team and the restaurant staff. 
I would like to give a big appreciation for the Safia (Guest Relations Officer) and Nehya (Guest Service Officer) team for making me feel comfortable throughout my stay have to highlight their names for sure here (Safia team - Vansh - good chap who gives you another best recommendations and very happy to help guy) (Nehya team -Sagar, Varun, Rajesh, Chef saziko for amazing bakery items and Chef lalit for their neer dosa spl which I never tried - must try in Hyatt Bangalore & Chef Vishal & 
Chef Sachin) . Always happy to help and easy to talk to and everyone answer your query with a big smile and always happy to be there. Safia helped me to explore the Bangalore with her best suggestion without her I might have lost myself in an unknown city. With Nehya always recommend the best in the restaurant and I was surprised with my SEE YOU SOON cake. Oh I missed another name Ram from the restaurant thanks to you too and finally I need to give another thanks to the gym trainer - Gineesh who helped me to train and share some valuable tips and a happy person. 
If I would go back to stay in Hyatt Bangalore that would be for the people who works there like Safia, Nehya & Gineesh and their team. Else I may skip Hyatt.

5 Star service but not 5 star hotel

I had an issue with the third party booking system and Atim and the rest of the staff were outstanding - they resolved it and made sure our team had everything we needed. Very friendly and wonderful service!

5 Stars!

This hotel is simply awesome in terms of location and facilities. The rooms are a bit small but very well designed and maintained. The amenities are of the highest quality. The food is super delicious and the service is outstanding. An extremely friendly hotel that will bring customers back on their repeat visits. 

Top location and a great hotel

stay was good, with good ambience, comfortable bedding, good atmosphere, courteous staff, courteous reception and great food. overall it was a great enjoying experience with excellent environment and food

Memorable stay

My stay at the Hyatt Centric Bangalore was great.  I requested for a wheelchair during my stay and it was promptly provided on my arrival, and was available throughout my stay.  The check in process was done at the room which was extremely convenient, considering the physical condition of one of my family member,

The guest relations officer Safia was extremely helpful, and went above and beyond with her services.   She was very friendly and was available at all times.  She checked with us every morning, to make sure our requirements for the day are addressed promptly.  She provided wheelchair assistance, hired our taxis, ensured our rooms are comfortable and facilitated in getting other hotel services including spa/gym.  She is the most important reason for us having an extremely satisfactory stay, and an asset to Hyatt Centric. 

We also experienced great services at the restaurant, which we used during breakfast and dinner.  The staff were very helpful and were prompt in their service.  Nehya, in particular, assisted in ensuring our dinner was perfect, and took great care in ensuring we had a pleasant dining experience.  Chef Vikas made great food, and so did the chef who made omelettes for breakfast, whose name I fail to remember. 

The hotel security have been great as well, and assisting us during our daily trips, especially a female security member, whose name I am unable to recall but I think it starts with K.   Though I may not remember every staff member I interacted with, everyone was excellent.


Pleasant stay

Didn’t get the feeling of staying at hyatt for below reasons,
poor responsiveness from fnb 
room size was small
on few occasions front office doesnt pick-up calls
poor concierge arrangements
Overall not a good feeling about the stay but then the guest relation caring which was at its best!!

Not satisfied

Very nice exeprienced. Fromm Food to room service , everything was great !!! Really enjoyed food and all the facilities. It was rememberable experienced. Overwall it was nice experienced and staff was also very responsive to our needs and helpfull. 

Stay at Hyatt

This property was surprisingly peaceful, despite being in a very busy area. It is maintained fabulously. The staff are amazing, and the FOOD was out of this world. Every single thing we ordered was better than the last. By the end of the trip we ended up going to the buffets because we wanted to try it all.

I cannot say enough great things about it. The experience was so great I became a Hyatt Member by the end of it. Definitely going to go back! 

Gem in the middle of the city

Astonishing experience at the Hyatt Centric. One month feeling at home. Thanks to the entire Hyatt Team for providing such a pleasant and welcoming experience. 4 weeks arriving to a place that feels like home, smooth, clean, with instant solutions and with an amazing team ready to support in every single detail, 3am arrivals, crazy amount of luggage, all coordinated and delivered on time like if it was 10am. Totally grateful on trusting on the Hyatt team for my arrival, and soon, for the arrival of my family.

5 stars service for the whole team, specially for the breakfast team, best reason to arrive late to office every morning, food is fantastic, but specially the service is top!

Feeling at home

Travelled here for a weekend getaway, the check in process was smooth and the rooms were comfy. Did not get a chance to order from room service but the buffet was good. The bacon I tried here was pretty good and the spread overall was pretty good. The staff was quite hospitable and the chef equally so. Checkout process was smooth as well. Overall it was a comfy stay at the heart of Bangalore. Would reccomend.

Pretty chill staycation

Lovely hotel, clean, central location with attentive staff. I'd stay there again. The breakfast buffet is lovely, the room was clean and quiet, the hotel staff was very helpful including the one morning when my Uber refused to show up.

Great stay!

Small ans Cozy rooms but great breakfast options. Very close to the many famous stops in Bengaluru. MG road also has many shopping options and UB city has many great bars including farzi cafe (mg favourite)

Great experience all the staff was great, hotel are very clean and they offered free complimentary laundry and round trip hotel pick up from hotel to the airport which really helpful especially for the guess who are not familiar with the location

Great experience

Breakfast service staff and reception staff could do a better job with their communication. Breakfast staffs forgot my coffee and omelet conservative two days. Learn to say sorry when mistakes are made 

Not too good

Loved my recent stay at Hyatt, Bangalore. Food was excellent - want to mention some of the team members Nehya, Bikram, Rakesh, Aaron who were excellent in taking care of our needs. 
Location is fantastic, most of the shoppings places are within 10-15 min away

Great location, awesome food!

Hyatt Centric MG Road Hotel located at approx. 30 minutes to ITC Centre, where I stayed during a business trip in Bangalore. The food served with good quality and is delicious. There is a small mall in walking distance about 5 minutes. Some good restaurants surrounding the hotel, but price is above average.

7 days in Bangaluru

Felt at peace and rested while staying here, have a nice selection to eat from and polite staff. Had plenty of water, air conditioning, breeze, nature. Thank you very much for the stay would recommend to anyone 

Was well looked after

It was a good stay and very comfortable stay , hotel staff was very humble and polite ….location is great , with great facility like swimming pool and gym. Good option available for food with multiple choice 

Happy to share feedback

The location is superb just next to LIDO Mall and TAJ.
Hotel is very clean. Room was a little small but it was fine for me as I was single. 
Breakfast was excellent and had covered almost everything. The Tomato Rava Bath was the most delicious dish I had. Ms. Nehya, Mr. Priyojit and Mr. Rakesh at the breakfast looked after me really well.

Excellent experience and attention. Perfect for business and very well located.
The staff was really kind in all my stage process. I recommend if also for the very good location near a Mall, restaurants and easy access. 

Excellent hotel near business locations

This was the second time we stayed at this property - and we will do so again in the future. The team at the Hyatt is wonderful. The location is convenient for our business needs. The property is in great shape with a lovely breakfast area, next to the pool. We made use of the business centre and the staff were extremely helpful. And did I mention the team are wonderful. So helpful, kind, and pleasant.

Quality Hotel with the right staff and good food and great location!! Highly recommend the hotel for both Business Trips and Family vacation. Spa treatment was superb and the Gym was very clean and Hygenic.

Home away from Home!!!

Stayed for 3 nights. The location is perfect around City centre and staff is courteous. However, had better rooms with other hotels at this price. The breakfast is decent but has limited options. All amenities are good but the check-in and check-out process can be improved

Good location and service but small and dark rooms

If you had stayed at oberoi hotel next door you would know the difference. Taj hotel is also very close. They are better any day than being strictly business property here. No smiles , just stiff faces at the front office here. Acts as if you got a favor to stay here. I wish not to come back

Business hotel. Stiff faces and no smiles from front office.

Dated hotel, poor service. Hyatt website mis sells this property with Renovated rooms, but the staff told me it was last renovated 6 years ago. The rooms look tired, dated. Feel cheated by Hyatt. How a brand like Hyatt even own such a property. When I told the front desk staff about the description on the website, I was told we let the Sales team know. Apalling.

Terribly Disappointed

Rooms and breakfast at the Hyatt Centric are fantastic, we especially love the shower and design of the bathrooms. Vansh at the front desk and Arun at breakfast were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely return! 

The hotel located in the prime area of Bangalore and good for the business trip. The breakfast buffet is okey for few days but not for long stay. The menu keeps on repeat. The room service also average. The front office and house keepings were excellent service.

Good for Business Trip

I have been staying at this property for a couple of weeks and I’m very impressed by the hospitality of the staff. With time, they have learnt my FNB preferences and always keep my morning coffee ready at breakfast. The restaurant interiors too are very lively and the plants bring life to the place. If you’re looking for a place to stay near MG road, I highly recommend Hyatt Centric!

Vibrant youthful interiors with super helpful staff!

Stayed for 5 days for a business trip.  The staff is extremely helpful and attentive. Great loction -  There are many dining options nearby within a short walk.  My favor in room dining options -chicken biryani and rajon ghosh.  Will be back again.

A wonderful business stay

Everything from check-in to breakfast to gym to housekeeping to checkout.  Amazing staff and extremely friendly.  Special shoutout to Inder during breakfast!!!  Thanks for having my coffee ready and getting my table ready!

Outstanding Staff and Hospitality

The rooms and the bathrooms are small , but everything else was a pleasure. The staff and food was excellent. They are very courteous and friendly. 
located in the city and hence quite reachable to many places in Bangalore.

Overall good experience. Very clean and maintained hotel. Breakfast was also good with lot of variety Indian, continental, live counters etc. The hotel is at the center so if u need to travel different location within bangalore it will be good.

Nice hotel at the centre of bangalore

The Hotel is nested away in the end of MG Road near Unity Building, very open and relaxed environment, the Restaurant and Breakfast area is open to the sky, the breakfast has a large spread and the overall experience is absolutely great.

A Very Impressive Stay

I would recommend this hotel although the room tariff is a bit high (considering the room size). Breakfast was excellent and very caring! Staff are cordial and very helpful. Security was unnecessarily tight (compared with other hotels). All in all, very good stay! 

Enjoyed our stay!

Great location, Decent Hotel,  Helpful staff, Good hygiene. Breakfast is sumptuous and well served in a great setting, 
overlooking the pool. The rooms are bit smaller and breakfast on Sunday was a tad disappointing,  may be due to extra crowd. Overall, a good hotel.

A Nice Hotel , centrally located.

Rooms are clean and staff is awesome. However, the taxi service is horrible. Taxi were most of the time late or not shown. Need to call the lobby several times to get an update and the they were not really responsive. Room prices were almost 3 time higher than the Mercure Hôtel for the same date. Be careful, room size are not that big but everything is there.

Staff is had a very callus attitude and seemed to be truly unprofessional. I will never ever organize my event in the hotel. I thought a brand like hyatt will have never ever faced such a bad operational issues

Hyatt Centric Bangalore has always been business friendly hotel be it be its staff or proximity to business hub within the city. Apart from size of the room I love every aspect of my stay at Hyatt. You will always find courteous staff and wonder breakfast spread with live counters. 

Excellent stay at the heart of Garden city

Room service was bad. Didn’t have a iPhone charger. I was without phone for a day. Needed Vitamin C but didn’t have . It was net net not a good experience. Staff is friendly though. Chef Nayla and Arun 1 were very good. They catered to my needs 

It was ok properly

This five-star hotel is the best choice for business people. There is nothing unnecessary in the hotel that could distract attention but in a room there is all one needs to work and concentrate on projects: a desk, sun, sofa and a round table for discussions. The staff is incredibly helpful. The hotel is situated next to Lido Mall that offers a big supermarket.  I had an enjoyable and  impressive stay at Hyatt Centric in Bangalore.    

A Gem for Business Travelers

This is my 2nd stay in the hotel in the past 2 years.  I love how secluded the hotel feels in a city like Bangalore.  We stayed in the suite so had access to the private garden which was fabulous.  The amenities are very well taken care of.  As always the staff are helpful.  

The location is quite good, there are places that can be walked to easily from the hotel.

Happy to choose Hyatt MG as a short vacation with family for sometime away from home.

House keeping , front office & other team Hyatt are really good host, with smile all around & prompt to your need or requirements. They feel pleased to serve & cater at there best. 
Just meet Amit while check in , he will make your stay smooth n hassle free , he works professionally but keeping guest at there comfort level to make them feel happy always. 

 


A wonderful stay within city & a home away from home !!!!!

Room sizes are very small, and the most disturbing part is DJ music which was loud and clear at late night too. . People stays in hotel will not be able to sleep during night time.. DJ was at 4th floor and stay was at 10th floor still couldn't sleep.

Everything was way above our expectation. Though the stay was short we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Room for three occupants was Big, bathroom was very good. Overall service was exceptional.The best hotel experience in recent time.

Hyatt Bengaluru was exceptional in customer care and satisfaction. Room was clean. Nice gym and pool. Very helpful staff in all departments. As Hyatt World member I have stayed in Hyatts around the world and Hyatt Bengaluru was quite nice too.

Amazing

Easily the most spaced out staff and tiniest rooms on MG road.  Not worth the cost, avoid this place. They do not provide basic amenities and essentials, half the tv channels don’t work and the breakfast service was abysmal.  Never staying here again.

The overall experience was nice and I enjoyed my stay. I would definitely recommend this to my dear ones and will consider this for my future trips. The breakfast and dinner buffet was good and there was a variety of food options.

Nice and Comfortable stay

The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of lighting in the room with bedside switches for ease of control. Clean bathroom and shower head with exceptional pressure. Room charge does not include pricey breakfast.

Basically a three star budget hotel, positioned as a five star hotel. The FNB was in line with the Hyatt standards. However, the rooms, FO and HK staff did not live up to the Hyatt standards. Looking at the rooms and overall experience, this property is definitely not up to Hyatt standards.

Great hotel. I had a 90 minute massage from Gineesh in the spa.  It was the best massage I have ever had! Highly recommended, ask for Gineesh, it is well worth it.

Good breakfast and good Indian food in the restaurant.

Fantastic stay. Beautiful, modern hotel. Nice bathroom, good pool. Excellent view. Great value - excellent breakfast. Perfect for a vacation with friends or family. Good central location and helpful staff 

Excellent stay - highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric MG Road Bangalore. I loved how clean it was. Although the room was smaller than the other hotels we have stayed in Bangalore, it was definitely worth it. Hot water was really hot (which was excellent for winter), the hair dryer was readily available, iron and ironing board in the room were useful in preparing for my meetings etc. 

The room was cosy, free from any cigarette smell (just as we had requested it to be) and there was no mould smell as well (after the pandemic). 

Breakfast was also amazing!

All the staff from reception till the end of the stay were very friendly and accommodating.

Really great experience and nice stay in HYATT, hospitality of their staff nice and their food very good. Booking experience to appreciated because of the addon features like checkout time extension etc.
